Star campaigners from across the country to lend their strength to the election campaign
Ever since Atishi has been declared the candidate for East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, leaders across party lines, social activists, etc have endorsed her candidature. Yashwant Sinha, Javed Jaffery, Gul Panag, Rajmohan Gandhi, Admiral Ramdas, Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti have already expressed the need for Atishi to be elected to Parliament.
As the last leg of the campaign approaches, star campaigners Jignesh Mevani, youth leader and independent MLA from Gujarat is set to hit the road in East Delhi tomorrow. He said, “The work Atishi has done in the education sector deserves cross party support and every Indian must help Atishi win from East Delhi.
Dr Kafeel Khan, who shot to fame after his heroic role during the BRD Hospital tragedy in Gorakhpur, will also join the campaign.
Actor Prakash Raj, who announced his support for all AAP candidates in Delhi will spend time in the East Delhi constituency tomorrow.
