BJP is hand-in-glove with the ration mafia and its stand welcoming the cancellation of ration cards has exposed its anti-poor character.
It is extremely shocking that the BJP is defending the officers responsible for the large-scale corruption going on in ration distribution system in Delhi since many years.
Why are the BJP, their appointed LG and the concerned officers silent on the primary question that even if a single ration card was found to be fake – then which employee/officer is responsible for it ? When were such ration cards made ?What action was taken against officers and the then Sheila Dixit Govt ?
All these Ration cards were made during Sheila dixit regime. Why is BJP ‘s LG not taking action on culprits ?
What is further shocking is that in the month of April, the Delhi government had detected a scam and had asked the Delhi Lieutenant Governor to probe the ration scam in which multiple ration cards were registered on a single mobile number and such cards were found to be in thousands.
Aam Aadmi Party challenges the BJP and their LG to make public what action was taken on the evidence provided by the elected government of Delhi ?
BJP is senselessly talking about e-pos without being aware of the ground realities about hardships faced by poor people on the ground due to Aadhar and E-pos failures.
When large number of people faced problems in getting their ration due to E-pos, the concerned officers tried to bluff in the month of March stating that they have given the OTP option. This option led to a scam which was detected by the government in April .
There is a large population of poor families who have migrated from states like Bihar & UP to Delhi for work as daily wagers, maids, drivers etc. They stay in rented rooms in urban villages, unauthorised colonies etc and keep changing their rented accommodation. After failure of POS devices, their ration was suspended and they were asked to submit proofs like current electricity bill of their earlier accommodations as mentioned in their ration cards. How can poor people keep updating their Adhar Cards and other documents while they change their rented accommodation every 1-2 years. BJP should understand such practical difficulties of the poor. This led to large numbers of genuine poor who have been denied ration permanently.
It was the duty of FCS department to conduct door to door survey to ascertain that genuine ration beneficiaries are not denied their right.

मंगलवार को एक बयान जारी करते हुए पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ भरद्वाज ने कहा कि ये बड़ी ही हैरान करने वाली बात है की भाजपा उन अधिकारीयों का बचाव कर रही है, जिनके सहयोग से पिछले कई सालों से राशन वितरण में एक बड़े स्तर का घोटाला चल रहा है! भाजपा का ये रुख साफ़ साफ़ दर्शाता है की भाजपा राशन माफियाओं के साथ मिली हुई है।
राशन विभाग के अधिकारीयों ने केंद्र सरकार के इशारे पर दिल्ली में 3 लाख गरीब परिवारों के राशन कार्ड रद्द कर दिए। अगर ये राशन कार्ड फर्जी हैं तो सवाल ये उठता है कि भाजपा और भाजपा के द्वारा निर्वाचित उपराज्यपाल साहब, और सम्बंधित अधिकारी इस सवाल पर क्यों चुप है कि इन फर्जी राशन कार्डो के लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है। ये राशन कार्ड कब बने और किसके इशारे पर बने, क्या तत्कालिक शीला दीक्षित सरकार और अधिकारीयों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही की गई। जवाबदेही तो तय करनी पड़ेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि अप्रेल 2018 में दिल्ली सरकार ने राशन वितरण में एक बड़े घोटाले का पर्दा फाश किया था। दिल्ली सरकार ने पाया की एक ही मोबाइल नंबर पर हजारों राशन कार्ड रजिस्टर्ड किये हुए है। दिल्ली सरकार ने इसकी जानकारी साक्ष्यों समेत उपराज्यपाल साहब को भी दी थी। हम भाजपा और दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल को चुनौती देते है की वो जनता के सामने आएं और बताएं की अब तक उस मसले पर क्या कार्यवाही की गई। और अगर अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है, तो ये इस बात को दर्शंता है की पहले कॉंग्रेस और अब भाजपा की मिलीभगत से ही राशन वितरण में ये भ्रष्टाचार फल फूल रहा है।
जमीनी हकीकत को जाने बिना भाजपा E-Pos के बारे में बेवकूफी भरी बाते कर रही है। भाजपा को इस बात का ज़रा भी अंदाज़ा नहीं है की आधार कार्ड और E-Pos की विफलताओं के कारण गरीब लोगो को कितनी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसकी वजह से हजारो गरीब लोगो को उनके हक का राशन नहीं मिल पा रहा है। और जब सम्बंधित अधिकारी से इस बारे में पूछा गया तो वो ये कहकर गुमराह करने की कोशिश करता है की लोगो को OTP का विकल्प भी दिया गया है। सही माइने में दिल्ली सरकार ने अप्रेल महीने में जिस घोटाले का पर्दा फाश किया था, वो इस OTP वाले विकल्प के चलते ही संभव हो पा रहा था।
भाजपा को ये समझना पड़ेगा की दिल्ली में एक बहुत बड़ी जनसँख्या है जो की अलग-अलग राज्यों से दिल्ली में काम की तलाश में आए है। ये लोग दिल्ली के गाँव के इलाकों में, अन-ओथ्राइज़ड कालोनियों में किराय पर रहते हैं। ये लोग में मजदूरी करते है, लोगो के घरो में काम करते है, और अपना जीवन यापन करते हैं।
किराय पर रहने के कारण वश इनको अक्सर अपने निवास स्थान बदलने पड़ते रहते हैं। POS डिवाइस की विफलताओं के कारण जब इन किराय पर रहने वाले गरीब लोगो से उनके निवास का प्रमाण माँगा जाता है, जो की उनके राशन कार्ड में लिखा हुआ है, तो वो उसे उपलब्ध कराने में असमर्थ होते हैं क्यूकि वो वहां से घर बदल चुके हैं। और इस तरह से उनके हक़ का राशन जो उन्हें मिलना चाहिए वो उन्हें नहीं मिल पाता है, बल्कि उसे राशन माफियाओं द्वारा काला बाजारी के तहत मार्किट में बेच दिया जाता है।
यही सब कारण है जिनकी वजह से दिल्ली में राशन वितरण में एक बड़े स्तर का भ्रष्टाचार चल रहा है। और इसी भ्रष्टाचार पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए ही दिल्ली सरकार बार बार डोर-स्टेप-डिलिवरी की मांग कर रही है।
