The Aam Aadmi Party is strengthening its grip over the entire Delhi with its unique election campaign to bring people of Delhi together for Parivartan from BJP’s rule in MCD for 15 years, which was synonymous with corruption and maladministration. This was clearly evident from the overwhelming response of people to Jansamvad of AAP’s Senior Leader Shri Manish Sisodia is an example of it. On Wednesday, Senior AAP leader and Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia held back-to-back Jansamvad in 9 wards of Kalkaji, Sangam Vihar and Tughlakabad. During the Jansamvads, Shri Sisodia interacted with people and took note of civic issues being faced by them due to the misdeeds of the BJP in MCD. He appealed to the public to vote for change in MCD.
Shri Sisodia said, “Kejriwal’s government is going to be formed in MCD too and all his councillors will work for the public interest. If the wards will have Kejriwal’s councillor then he will focus on cleanliness and sanitation issues in the area, whereas if a BJP councillor is elected then he will only focus on stopping the development works. Upon election, BJP councillors’ main agenda would be to only fight with Arvind Kejriwal.
He added that in the past 15 years BJP has converted Delhi into a dumpyard. Cleanliness in Delhi was the core responsibility of MCD but they failed terribly in managing it. Instead, they gave the capital three mountains of garbage. Along with this corruption and extortion increased rampantly during their reign. The condition of MCD schools and hospitals deteriorated in the past 15 years. Due to this public is frustrated and is now questioning that if Arvind Kejriwal can make government schools and hospitals world-class in just 5 years, provide free electricity, and free pilgrimage to the elderly then why didn’t BJP do anything in the past 15 years in MCD? But the BJP does not have an answer to this. They just know how to abuse Arvind Kejriwal.
Senior AAP Leader said, “When the people of Delhi gave an opportunity to Arvind Kejriwal, he fulfilled all his promises. And now people will give an opportunity to the AAP in MCD too. Under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party fulfilled all its responsibilities as an honest government in Delhi, so now people want Kejriwal in MCD too.” Appealing to the public, he said that it is certain that the Kejriwal government will be formed in MCD. That’s why the public should choose only Kejriwal’s councillor from his ward because only he will focus on development work.
BJP converted national capital into a dumpyard; couldn’t fulfill MCD’s core responsibility to keep Delhi clean
Shri Sisodia said, “This is such a shame that BJP has turned the national capital into a dumpyard due to their failure to manage the garbage. Because of them, today there is a pile of garbage on the streets and roads of Delhi. It seems like there is no authority like the municipal corporation in Delhi. So now it is the responsibility of people to choose to vote AAP into power in MCD and throw out the BJP from there which has done nothing in the past 15 years. We ensure the cleanliness of the city in just 5 years, which BJP failed to do in 15 years.”
The AAP senior leader further added that in the past 15 years the core responsibility of the BJP was to ensure the cleanliness of parks, roads, bylanes, and sewers across Delhi. But BJP failed in this terribly, instead, corruption became rampant during their reign. He added that BJP gave three mountains of garbage to the people of Delhi and now they want 16 more to be established across the capital. In 2017, BJP said that it will finish all the mountains of garbage from the capital and now when they are asked about this, they say that if the people are staying here, then mountains of garbage will be formed, it is obvious. These mountains of garbage are actually the towers of failure of the BJP in MCD. The public is fed up with them and this time by bringing the Aam Aadmi Party to the MCD, it will not only clean the mountains of garbage but will also clean the BJP from the MCD.
Instead of cleaning the garbage of the city, BJP cleaned the pockets of the common public through Lenter Mafias
Shri Sisodia said that garbage has piled up on all streets across Delhi but BJP is not at all concerned about it. But when a common man is building his house with hard-earned money, BJP-MCD people reach there immediately and extort money from them for lenter. They loot the hard-earned money of the common man. He said that BJP’s MCD collected lakhs of crores of rupees from traders in the name of parking charges etc. but till date, they have not been given parking facilities to them.
Potholed roads, choked sewerage, dilapidated parks and stray animal menace are the issues what BJP has given to Delhi in the past 15 years
Shri Sisodia said, “The streets and drains of the colonies have become dilapidated under the BJP rule. Due to the breakdown of drains, dirty water spills over streets and leads to many problems in the area. This increases mosquito breeding and the outbreak of diseases. The condition of MCD parks is even worse, which have not been maintained for years.”
Condition of MCD’s schools-hospitals deteriorated in the past 15 years of BJP rule
AAP Senior Leader said, “Schools and hospitals under MCD across Delhi are in dilapidated condition. Lakhs of children in Delhi are forced to study in these schools by risking their lives every day. Where there are neither basic facilities for studies nor desks for them to sit. The condition of the toilets in the school is bad. Similar is the condition of MCD hospitals which have become worse and worse under the BJP rule. Patients do not get medicines here, doctors are forced to work without salary.” He added, on the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal made the Delhi government schools and hospitals world-class in just 5 years. Now students at Delhi government schools get a better education than those in private schools. Arvind Kejriwal did all this in just 5 years, but BJP’s useless government has done only one work of deceiving the people of Delhi in the past 5 years.
Public ready to bring Aam Aadmi Party into power in MCD too
Shri Sisodia said, “People of Delhi are now fed up with BJP and will give a chance to AAP in the MCD too. For the last 15 years, the BJP has ruined the whole of Delhi. The core responsibility of the BJP-ruled MCD was to clean Delhi, but they failed terribly and turned the city into a dumpyard. Whereas, the Aam Aadmi Party government under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal built excellent schools all over Delhi, built excellent hospitals, provided free and 24-hour electricity and fulfilled all its responsibilities as an honest government.
He added that whenever the public is asked about Arvind Kejriwal’s work, they have a long list to share, but nothing in the case of BJP has been in MCD for the past 15 years. BJP just knows how to abuse Arvind Kejriwal. CM Arvind Kejriwal has earned the trust and love of people because of his work whereas BJP knows only to spread hatred. BJP neither has the guts to count the work done by the MCD in the last 15 years nor does it have the guts to tell what it will do in the next 5 years. The people of BJP only do the work of stopping the development work of the public and abusing Arvind Kejriwal.
If there will be Kejriwal’s government in MCD, then the councillor should also be of Kejriwal
Shri Sisodia said, “People across Delhi have taken their decision to give a chance to Kejriwal in MCD too because when they gave a chance to Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi government, he did several works and made Delhi a better place to live. People need to understand that if there will be a Kejriwal government in MCD and councillors will be of BJP in any ward, then the chances of development in that particular area might reduce because after the elections, BJP councillors will have just one agenda which is to fight with Arvind Kejriwal and restrict development work. The kind of development an AAP councillor will bring into the ward, that is not possible in the tenure of a BJP councillor.”

दिल्ली एमसीडी चुनावों में आम आदमी पार्टी को जबरदस्त जनसमर्थन मिल रहा है। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ट नेता व दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया की जनसंवाद में बुधवार को उमड़ी भीड़ इसका परिणाम है। मनीष सिसोदिया ने बुधवार को कालकाजी, संगम विहार और तुगलकाबाद के सभी 9 वार्डो में ताबड़तोड़ जनसंवाद किया। भाजपा के कुशासन के कारण एमसीडी में जनता के सामने आ रही विभिन्न समस्याओं को जाना और जनता से अबकी बार एमसीडी में बदलाव लाने की अपील की।
इस मौके पर मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि इस बार एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनने जा रही है तो केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद जनता के सारे काम करवाएगा। केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद बनेगा तो खूब अच्छे से सफाई करवाएगा, जनता के सारे काम करवाएगा। गलती से किसी और पार्टी का पार्षद बना तो वो जनता के सारे काम रुकवाएगा, 24 घंटे सिर्फ केजरीवाल जी से लड़ने का काम करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 15 सालों में भाजपा ने देश की राजधानी को कूड़ा-कूड़ा किया है। भाजपा एमसीडी में सफाई का अपना मूल काम करने में पूरी तरह फेल साबित हुई है। भाजपा ने दिल्ली के कूड़े को साफ़ करने के बजाय अपने भ्रष्टाचार, वसूली और लेंटर माफिया के माध्यम से सिर्फ लोगों की जेबें साफ़ करने का काम किया है। इनके 15 सालों के कुशासन में एमसीडी के स्कूल-अस्पताल भी बदहाल हो गए हैं। इसलिए जनता आज भाजपा से एक सवाल पूछ रही है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने मात्र 5 सालों में स्कूल-अस्पताल शानदार बनाये, फ्री बिजली दी, बुजुर्गों को फ्री तीर्थ यात्रा करवाई तो भाजपा ने एमसीडी में 15 साल के अपने शासन में क्या किया? लेकिन भाजपा के पास इस सवाल का जबाव नहीं है वो बस केजरीवाल जी को गाली देना जानती है।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने अरविंद केजरीवाल जी को एक मौका दिया तो केजरीवाल जी ने अपने सारे वादे निभाए। अब जनता एमसीडी में भी अपने सारे काम करवाने के लिए ‘आप’ को मौका देगी। अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में आम आदमी पार्टी ने एक ईमानदार सरकार के रूप में अपनी सारी जिम्मेदारियां निभाई। इसलिए अबकी बार जनता एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार लाने की तैयारी में है। उन्होंने जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि एमसीडी में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार आना तय है। इसलिए अपने वार्ड से जनता केजरीवाल जी के पार्षद को ही चुनें। यदि किसी और पार्टी का पार्षद बना तो वो सिर्फ जनता के काम रुकवाएगा।

उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह बेहद शर्म और दुःख कि बात है कि देश की राजधानी दिल्ली को भाजपा ने अपने नाकामी की वजह से कूड़ा-कूड़ा कर दिया है। इनकी वजह से आज दिल्ली की गलियों-सड़कों पर कूड़े का अम्बार लगा हुआ है। शहर को देख कर ऐसा लगता ही नही है की यहां नगर निगम जैसी कोई अथॉरिटी है। इसलिए इस बार नगर निगम को ठीक करने की जिम्मेदारी दिल्ली की जनता की है जो अपने वोट के दम पर एमसीडी में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनाएगी और जो काम भाजपा से पिछले 15 सालों में नहीं हुआ उसे मात्र 5 साल में करके दिखाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि एमसीडी में बीजेपी के पास 15 साल से एक ही काम था। भाजपा शासित एमसीडी का काम दिल्ली के पार्को, गलियों, नालियों की सफाई करना था लेकिन भाजपा ने दिल्ली की सफाई तो नहीं की बल्कि अपने भ्रष्टाचार से दिल्ली के लोगों कि जेबें साफ़ कर दीं। भाजपा ने दिल्ली को साफ़ करने के बजाय पिछले 15 सालों में दिल्ली में कूड़े के तीन पहाड़ खड़े कर दिए और अब इनकी प्लानिंग दिल्ली में 16 और कूड़े के पहाड़ खड़े करने की है। 2017 तक भाजपा कहती थी कि दिल्ली से कूड़े के पहाड़ ख़त्म कर देंगे लेकिन अब जब लोग इनसे कूड़े पर सवाल पूछते हैं तो बीजेपी वाले बोलते है की लोग रहेंगे तो कूड़े के पहाड़ बनेंगे ही। कूड़े के पहाड़ भाजपा की नाकामी के पहाड़ है। जनता इनसे त्रस्त है और अबकी बार एमसीडी में आम आदमी पार्टी को लाकर न केवल कूड़े के पहाड़ों को साफ़ करेगी बल्कि एमसीडी से भाजपा का सूपड़ा भी साफ करेगी।
दिल्ली के कूड़े को साफ़ करने के बजाय भाजपा ने लेंटर माफिया के माध्यम से साफ़ की लोगों की जेबें
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली में जगह-जगह कूड़े का अम्बार लगा हुआ है, लेकिन भाजपा वालों का उस तरफ ध्यान नहीं जाता। जब एक आम आदमी अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से अपना घर बना रहा होता है तो भाजपा की एमसीडी के लोग वहां तुरंत पहुंच जाते हैं और हर लेंटर के लिए वसूली करते हैं। आम आदमी की मेहनत की कमाई को लूटते हैं। पार्किंग चार्ज आदि के नाम पर भाजपा की एमसीडी ने व्यापारियों से लाखों-करोडो रुपये वसूले लेकिन आज तक उन्हें पार्किंग की सुविधाएं नहीं दी।
टूटी पड़ी गलियां-नालियां, पार्क बने कूड़ा घर, कॉलोनियों-सड़कों पर भटकते रहते हैं आवारा जानवर
उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि भाजपा के शासन में कॉलोनियों की गलियां-नालियाँ टूटी पड़ी हैं। नालियों के टूटने की वजह से गंदा पानी गलियों में भर जाता है, जिससे लोगों को बहुत सी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। इसकी वजह से मच्छर और बीमारियां पनपती हैं। इससे भी ज्यादा बुरी हालत एमसीडी के पार्कों की है, जिनका सालों से रख-रखाव नहीं किया गया।
भाजपा के 15 सालों के शासन में बदहाल हुए एमसीडी के स्कूल-अस्पताल
श्री सिसोदिया ने कहा कि दिल्ली भर में एमसीडी के स्कूलों-अस्पतालों की हालत जर्जर है। दिल्ली के लाखों बच्चे रोजाना अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर इन स्कूलों में पढने को मजबूर हैं। जहां न तो पढ़ने के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाएं हैं, न बच्चों के बैठने के लिए डेस्क है। इनमें से कई स्कूलों की हालत ऐसी है जहां कभी भी छत का प्लास्टर उखड कर गिर जाता है। स्कूल में शौचालय के हालत बदहाल हैं। ठीक ऐसी ही हालत एमसीडी के अस्पतालों की है, जो भाजपा के शासन में बद से बदतर हो चुके हैं। यहां मरीजों को इलाज-दवाइयां नहीं मिलती। डॉक्टरों को महीनों तक वेतन नहीं मिलता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अरविंग केजरीवाल जी ने मात्र 5 सालों में दिल्ली के सरकारी अस्पतालों को शानदार बना दिया। सरकारी स्कूलों को इतना शानदार बना दिया कि गरीब परिवार के बच्चों को उसमें प्राइवेट स्कूलों से भी बेहतर पढ़ाई मिलने लगी। अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने मात्र 5 साल में ये सब कर दिखाया लेकिन भाजपा की निकम्मी सरकार ने 15 सालों से सिर्फ दिल्ली के लोगों को धोखा देने का काम किया है।
अबकी बार एमसीडी में केजरीवाल की सरकार लाने को तैयार जनता
उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता भाजपा से त्रस्त है और इस बार एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी को मौका देने जा रही है। भाजपा ने पिछले 15 सालों से पूरी दिल्ली का बेडागर्क कर रखा है। भाजपा शासित एमसीडी की प्रमुख और प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी दिल्ली की साफ़-सफाई करना, कूड़ा साफ़ करना था लेकिन भाजपा इसमें पूरी तरह फेल साबित हुई। पूरी दिल्ली को कूड़ा घर बना दिया। अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार ने मात्र 7 सालों में पूरी दिल्ली में शानदार स्कूल बनवाए, शानदार अस्पताल बनवाए, फ्री और 24 घंटे बिजली दी और एक ईमानदार सरकार के रूप में अपनी सारी जिम्मेदारियां निभाई।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज जनता से केजरीवाल जी का एक काम पूछो वो 10 गिनवाते हैं। भाजपा के नेता अपना एक काम नहीं बता पाते सिर्फ केजरीवाल जी को गाली देते हैं। ’आप’ के पास जनता को बताने को काम है लेकिन भाजपा के पास सिर्फ गालियां हैं। केजरीवाल जी ने अपने काम के दम पर जनता का प्यार जीता है लेकिन भाजपा केवल नफरत करना जानती है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा के पास ना तो पिछले 15 सालों के एमसीडी के अपने काम गिनवाने की हिम्मत और न ही अगले 5 सालों में क्या करेंगे, वो बताने की हिम्मत है। भाजपा के लोग बस जनता के काम रुकवाने और केजरीवाल जी को गाली देने का काम करते हैं। इसलिए इस बार एमसीडी से जनता के काम रोकने वाले लोगों को हटाना है।
एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार तो पार्षद भी केजरीवाल जी का हो
उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि पूरी दिल्ली में ‘एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल’ की गूंज चल रही है। दिल्ली में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार तो है ही, एमसीडी में भी केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनना तय है। लेकिन ऐसा न हो जाये कि नगर निगम में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार हो और किसी इलाके में भाजपा का पार्षद बन जाये। ऐसा हुआ तो वो केवल लड़ता रहेगा, जनता के काम रुकवाएगा। केजरीवाल जी काम करवाएंगे। साफ़-सफाई करवाएंगे, सड़के-गलियां बनवायेंगे, पार्कों को ठीक करवाएंगे, आवारा पशुओं से छुटकारा दिलवाएंगे। भाजपा का पार्षद सारे काम रुकवाकर केवल लड़ता रहेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सरकार है। इस बार एमसीडी में भी आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनने जा रही है। जब दोनों जगह आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार होगी तो जनता का कोई भी काम नहीं रुकेगा और सारे काम होंगे। इसलिए द्वारका कि जनता भी अपने यहां आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षद को ही चुने। आम आदमी पार्टी का पार्षद जनता के सारे काम करवाएगा। खूब अच्छे से सफाई करवाएगा, गलियां बनवायेगा लेकिन यदि किसी और पार्टी का पार्षद बनेगा तो वो 24 घंटे सिर्फ जनता के काम रुकवाएगा। केवल अरविंद केजरीवाल जी से लड़ने का काम करेगा। इसलिए जनता लड़ाई-झगडे करने वाले, जनता के काम को रोकने वाले लोगों को रोकने के लिए एमसीडी में भी आम आदमी पार्टी को ही वोट दे। दिल्ली में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार है और आपके क्षेत्र में भी केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद होगा, तो आपके सारे काम होंगे।

मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि केजरीवाल जी की सरकार तो एमसीडी में बन ही रही है, लेकिन हर वार्ड के लोगों को ये सुनिश्चित करना है कि एमसीडी में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार है तो उनके वार्ड में भी केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद होना चाहिए। क्योंकि वो काम जो केजरीवाल जी के पार्षद करवाएंगे वो कभी भी भाजपा के पार्षद नहीं करवा सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा के पार्षदों का चुनाव के बाद केवल एक ही काम रह जायेगा वो है केजरीवाल जी से लड़ना। दिल्ली में जहां भी भाजपा के 2-4 पार्षद बन गये वो 24 घंटे सिर्फ केजरीवाल जी से लड़ेंगे। केजरीवाल जी साफ़-सफाई करवाएंगे भाजपा के पार्षद उसे रुकवायेंगे। केजरीवाल जी सड़क बनवायेंगे ये सड़क काम काम रोकेंगे।
ऐसे में उप मुख्यमंत्री ने अपील करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता केजरीवाल जी की सरकार तो बनवा ही रही है लेकिन हरेक व्यक्ति यह सुनिश्चित करे कि उनके इलाके में पार्षद भी केजरीवाल जी का ही हो। क्योंकि गलती से किसी वार्ड में भाजपा का पार्षद बन गया तो वो सिर्फ जनता के काम रुकवाएगा। एमसीडी में केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनने जा रही है, यह तय है। लेकिन हर वार्ड में जनता को सुनिश्चित करना है कि केजरीवाल जी की सरकार में उनके वार्ड में केजरीवाल जी का पार्षद ही बने।
