The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has condemned the Tihar Jail administration for publicly releasing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s medical report. Senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh pointed out that the administration is endangering CM Arvind Kejriwal’s life, calling it a criminal act according to jail rules. The AAP Rajya Sabha MP highlighted the Delhi Chief Minister’s severe health decline, with significant weight loss and dangerously low sugar levels, suggesting a conspiracy against the Chief Minister.
Senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that publicizing the medical report of any patient is a crime. The jail administration has released the medical report of CM Arvind Kejriwal not once but many times. By releasing the medical report of a Chief Minister, the jail administration is proving that it is playing with the life of Arvind Kejriwal. The jail administration is hatching a deep conspiracy to play with CM Arvind Kejriwal’s life. Making the Delhi Chief Minister’s medical report public is a part of this conspiracy. According to the jail rules, the jail administration cannot make the medical report of any patient public, not just the Chief Minister. Therefore, action should be taken against the jail administration for making CM Arvind Kejriwal’s medical report public.
The AAP Rajya Sabha MP continued, “The jail administration did a great job for us by releasing the Delhi Chief Minister’s medical report. At least the people of the country will be able to know the truth about the CM’s medical report. AIIMS doctors have examined Arvind Kejriwal. The team of doctors said that CM Arvind Kejriwal has a problem of weight loss i.e., his weight is decreasing and secondly he is suffering from hypoglycemia. During his stay in jail, Arvind Kejriwal’s sugar level has dropped below 50 five times. This is not a normal thing. Therefore, I want to say that this matter is not just about his arrest, but this matter is a play with Arvind Kejriwal’s life. This matter is part of a conspiracy to harass Arvind Kejriwal at any cost and to do something untoward to his life.”
MP Sanjay Singh shared, “I have been in jail. If you are unwell and you keep ringing the bell for hours, but the doctor does not come. On the other hand, a person whose sugar level suddenly drops below 50 five times at night cannot even get up and ring the bell to save himself. He can go into a coma, some untoward incident can happen to him, who will take responsibility for this? Therefore, I want to say that on March 21, the Modi government’s agency arrested Arvind Kejriwal, that day his weight was 70 kg and today his weight is 61.5 kg. Till now his weight has decreased by 8.50 kg and his sugar level has come below 50 five times. In which he can also go into a coma and some unfortunate incident can also happen with his life. I am saying this with full responsibility.”
In response to a question, the Senior AAP Leader said that it is a crime to make public the medical report of not only the Chief Minister but also of any ordinary prisoner. CM Arvind Kejriwal talks to his wife Sunita Kejriwal for about 5 minutes every day. We have said this based on the information given by Sunita Kejriwal. “He is losing weight and his sugar level has gone below 50 five times. The team of AIIMS doctors has examined him and written that he has the problem of hypoglycemia. His sugar level has decreased several times. He has the problem of weight loss. This is written in the medical report of AIIMS doctors. This is not just a matter of arrest, but this is a matter of playing with the life of Arvind Kejriwal,” Sanjay Singh concluded.
