पानी बिल माफी के मुद्दे पर दिल्ली की जनता के हितों के खिलाफ़ है भाजपा।

आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता दिलीप पांडे ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि आज विजय गोयल जी के जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम में यह बात स्पष्ट हो गई है कि भाजपा दिल्ली की जनता के विरोध में खड़ी हुई है। भाजपा नही चाहती कि दिल्ली की जनता को सरकार द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की सुविधाएं मिले।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक तरफ तो विजय गोयल जी खुद ट्वीट के माध्यम से जनता को संवाद के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं और जब हम जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे और जनहित के मुद्दों पर उनसे सवाल किया तो उनके पास किसी भी सवाल का जवाब नही था।
उन्होंने बताया कि मैंने बहुत ही सम्मान पूर्वक विजय गोयल जी से कुछ प्रश्न पूछे जो निम्न प्रकार से है….
1) दिल्ली सरकार ने जो पानी के बकाया बिल माफ किए हैं, आप उसके पक्ष में है या विरोध में हैं?
2) जिन लोगों ने पानी का बिल नियम अनुसार भरा आप उनके पैसे वापस लौटाने की बात करते हैं, तो क्या आप अपने इस बार के घोषणा पत्र में इस बात को लिखेंगे, कि भाजपा की सरकार बनने पर सभी के पैसे वापस लौटाए जाएंगे?
3) जिन राज्यों में भाजपा की सरकार है उन राज्यों में जनता द्वारा जो पानी के बिल आज तक भरे गए हैं उनके पैसे भाजपा वापस लौटा दें, तब सवाल उठाएं तो तर्कसंगत है, नही तो जनता इस नौटंकी को समझेगी।
मेरे इन प्रश्नों का जवाब देने के बजाय विजय गोयल जी के संवाद कार्यक्रम में मौजूद भाजपा के लोगों ने हमारे साथ धक्का-मुक्की की, बदतमीजी की और पुलिस को बुलाकर हमें बाहर निकालने को कहा गया। लोकतंत्र में जनसंवाद बेहद जरूरी है और विजय गोयल जी के आमंत्रण पर ही हम लोग जनसंवाद के लिए गए थे। परंतु भाजपा के लोगों द्वारा जो अमानवीय एवं अभद्र कृत्य उस कार्यक्रम में किए गए, वह बेहद ही निंदनीय हैं। भाजपा के नेता गण पूरी दिल्ली में घूम घूम कर जो ढकोसला कर रहे थे, आज जनता के सामने उनका असली चेहरा बेनकाब हो गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि 200 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली और पानी के बकाया बिल माफी पर भाजपा अपना पक्ष स्पष्ट करे, कि वह जनता के साथ है या जनता के विरोध में हैं?

Dilip Pandey, senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, commenting on BJP leader Vijay Goel’s Jan Samwad program, said, “It has become clear that the BJP has taken an anti-people stand in Delhi. BJP does not want the people of Delhi to get any kind of facilities from the government.”
“On the one hand Vijay Goel ji himself invited the public, but when we reached the program and questioned him on issues of public importance, he did not have any answer. Very respectfully, I asked just three questions to him,
1) Are you in favor or in opposition to the water bills that Delhi government has waived?
2) If you talk about returning the money of the people who paid their water bills, then will you write it in your manifesto this time that money will be returned to everyone if the BJP government is elected?
3) In those states where the BJP is in power, will they return the money collected in the name of water bills?
“Instead of answering these questions, the BJP members present at Vijay Goel Ji’s dialogue program shouted at us, abused us and called the police and asked that we be thrown out. The inhuman behaviour by the BJP members in that program is extremely condemnable. Today, the real face of the BJP has been exposed,” said Pandey.
