Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Ashok Mittal expressed his joy over the party’s National Convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, choosing his residence to stay with his family. The MP shared that after Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the post of Chief Minister, he learned that Kejriwal did not have a place to live. Along with other party leaders and workers, Dr. Ashok Mittal also extended an invitation to Arvind Kejriwal to stay at his home, and he felt fortunate that the former Delhi CM chose his house. He expressed confidence that in the upcoming Delhi elections, the people would once again give a massive majority to AAP, and Arvind Kejriwal would return to lead Delhi.
In a video message released on Thursday, Dr. Ashok Mittal stated that when Arvind Kejriwal resigned as the Chief Minister of Delhi a few days ago, he came to know that he had no place of his to stay in. “I invited him to be my guest at my Delhi residence, and it brings me great joy that he accepted,” he said.
He further added that, like him, many other AAP leaders and workers had also invited Kejriwal to stay at their homes. “I am delighted to know that Arvind Kejriwal has chosen my house to stay for the time being.”
Ashok Mittal concluded by saying that, as an AAP worker and MP, it is a moment of happiness for him to have Arvind Kejriwal as his guest, and he is eager to learn from him. He expressed hope that in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections, the people would once again strongly support the Aam Aadmi Party, and Arvind Kejriwal would return with a full majority to lead Delhi.
