Wishes have been pouring in from across the world on the 48th birthday of the architect of “Kaam ki Rajneeti” (politics of work) in India, AAP National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who gave the world-class model of governance to the country by providing excellent schools, good healthcare, uninterrupted power supply and free bus travel to women.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders and workers across the country, including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, celebrated his birthday by cutting cake on Friday. AAP volunteers also gathered outside the Tihar jail in Delhi and cut cake to celebrate the birthday of their leader Arvind Kejriwal.
Leaders of various political parties, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav also congratulated Arvind Kejriwal on his birthday. In Delhi, lakhs of mothers, sisters and elders prayed to God for the long life of their son and brother Arvind Kejriwal and for his early release.
On Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s birthday, his wife Sunita Kejriwal posted on ‘X’ (erstwhile Twitter): “People of Delhi are sending greetings on the birthday of their CM, Arvind Kejriwal. Thank you very much to everyone. In this political conspiracy, I have full faith that the Constitution of the country is still intact and SC will protect democracy and deliver justice soon.”
Former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia posted a video with the song ‘Bande Mein Hai Dum, Vande Mataram’ made for Arvind Kejriwal on his birthday and posted it on his ‘X’ handle: “Wishing the Chief Minister of Delhi, my dearest friend and political guru, @ArvindKejriwal ji a very happy birthday, who has fought the toughest battle against the dictatorship prevailing in the country. We are proud to be soldiers of a patriot and revolutionary leader who chose to go to jail rather than kneel before a dictator. Today the country’s democracy is imprisoned in the form of Arvind Kejriwal.”
