In a show of strength, AAP’s senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha accompanied Amandeep Jundla as he filed his nomination for the Assandh Assembly Constituency. Addressing party workers and after leading a vibrant roadshow, the AAP MP declared the upcoming Haryana elections as the most crucial yet, with AAP contesting all 90 seats with full force. “AAP doesn’t contest elections to lose; we fight to serve the nation by forming the government,” Raghav Chadha asserted amidst a grand public welcome.
Senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha stated that the people of Haryana have given a chance to all the parties. No one has worked for Haryana, they have only worked to make their party and family rich. “The people of Haryana have tried BJP, JJP, Congress and INLD by forming governments but no one has served the people. This time the people of Haryana should give a chance to the AAP. The people of Delhi had tried the AAP once and now they press the ‘jhadu’ (broom) button and say ‘I love you, Kejriwal’ every time ” he said.
Taking potshots at the BJP and JJP, the senior AAP leader said, “This time BJP and JJP have to be turned into a ‘Jamanat Jabt Party’ (the party whose deposit has been forfeited). The condition of BJP in Haryana has become like a flop picture. Those who wanted to become BJP candidates are sitting at home today and those to whom BJP is giving tickets are returning their tickets. Even some people are withdrawing their nominations, such has become the condition of BJP.”
“On the other side is the JJP which is being popularly addressed as the ‘Jamanat Jabt Party’ party in the whole of Haryana. JJP betrayed people or Haryana. Now the people of Haryana are eager to defeat them. Congress also did not do any good to the people,” asserted the AAP MP.
Highlighting the achievements of the AAP governments of Delhi and Punjab, Raghav Chadha appealed to the voters to vote for AAP and Amandeep Jundla in the Assandh Assembly seat this time. “AAP asks for votes in the name of work. AAP has built government schools in Delhi which are better than international schools. 24-hour electricity is available, even the biggest operations are free in hospitals, bus travel is free for women and pilgrimage for the elderly is free and apart from this, all services like education, health, electricity and water have been made free,” he shared.
The AAP leader mentioned, “If you want Arvind Kejriwal’s Delhi-like schools, Mohalla Clinics, free bus travel, free pilgrimage and free electricity and water in Haryana too, then press the ‘jhadu’ (broom) button and form the AAP government in Haryana too. The most important thing is that your son Arvind Kejriwal himself is from Haryana.”
“Today your son Arvind Kejriwal is fighting for you. This time, press the broom symbol button to form Arvind Kejriwal’s government in Haryana. You must have heard that those who listen to Mirchi (Radio Mirchi) are always happy, similarly, those who choose Arvind Kejriwal are always happy,” affirmed the AAP MP.
Raghav Chadha further added that Haryana has Delhi on one side and Punjab on the other side where the AAP is in power. “If the AAP forms the government in Haryana too, then this ‘triple engine’ together will progress more than any other state in the country. There will be basic facilities like free electricity, water, education and health,” he added.
Pointing out to rampant unemployment in Haryana, the AAP MP expressed that the people of Haryana blessed the leaders of all parties, but the BJP has worked to humiliate and harm the youth and farmers of Haryana. “If there is the highest unemployment anywhere in this country, it is in Haryana. It is not the fault of the people of Haryana but of the leaders of Haryana, who kept Haryana unemployed. Now the time has come that the people of Haryana should make these corrupt leaders unemployed, only then will unemployment in Haryana be removed.” he affirmed.
The AAP leader further added that in Punjab, the AAP government has provided employment to lakhs of youth in just 2.5 years. In Delhi too, Arvind Kejriwal has provided employment to lakhs of people. “That is why this time we have to elect an AAP MLA in the Assandh assembly seat too. Try using a ‘jhadu’ (broom) in Haryana once, in every election to come, your hand will automatically go to the ‘jhadu’ (broom) button,” appealed the AAP MP.
Raghav Chadha said that the AAP is genuinely a party of common people, this time in Haryana, big dynasties, families, and owners of thousands of crores have entered the fray. “We do not have as much money as them, as much promotional material and as much media machinery as they have. But with your strength, a candidate from an ordinary family can win the election and a candidate from an ordinary family can become the Chief Minister. That is why this time we have to press the ‘jhadu’ (broom) button and form the AAP government in Haryana,” he concluded.
