Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal launched the ‘AAP ka Bachat Patra’ campaign on Friday in the Chandni Chowk Assembly constituency. He visited a family in Chandni Chowk constituency and sat with them to assess their savings under the schemes run by the AAP government, as well as the benefits they would receive after the implementation of newly announced schemes.
“I handed over ‘AAP ka Bachat Patra’ to the family and calculated that they will save ₹50,200 per month. Under an AAP government, every family in Delhi will save between ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 monthly,” said Arvind Kejriwal. Appealing to the people of Delhi, he urged, “Do not make the mistake of voting for the BJP and losing these savings. Press the broom button and elect an AAP government.”
Arvind Kejriwal further stated, “We have launched the ‘Bachat Patra’ campaign across Delhi. Currently, several of our key schemes are running, including free education, free healthcare, free electricity, free water, and free bus travel for women. These initiatives have resulted in significant savings for Delhi residents.”
He continued, “In addition, we have announced three new schemes that will directly benefit every household.
• The first is the ‘Mahila Samman Yojana,’ under which women will receive ₹2,100 per month.
• The second is the ‘Sanjeevani’ scheme, which will provide free healthcare for senior citizens.
• The third initiative includes free bus passes for students and a 50% discount on Delhi Metro fares.
Arvind Kejriwal emphasized, “We are reaching every household in Delhi. Our leaders and workers will visit homes and calculate how much families are benefiting from government schemes and how much they will gain in the future. As part of this effort, I personally visited the home of Roshanji, a resident of Chandni Chowk. His family of 18 members will save ₹50,200 per month under the AAP government.”
Appealing to Delhi’s citizens, Arvind Kejriwal stated, “If you press the broom button, you will gain ₹50,200. If you press the lotus button, you will start losing ₹50,000 every month. Everyone must ensure AAP’s victory to secure their family’s future. Who can afford to lose ₹50,000 every month? Even those earning ₹2 lakh per month cannot sustain such a loss. That is why all of us must unite, vote for AAP, and never press the lotus button by mistake. Otherwise, your family will suffer, Delhi will be ruined, and everything will be lost.”
