Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal hit out at the BJP over the repeated leaking of recruitment exam papers under its governments, saying the party has forced thousands of angry youth onto the streets in Uttarakhand and shattered their future. Pointing out that students had earlier protested against SSC (Staff Selection Commission) exam scams and are once again back on the streets, Arvind Kejriwal said BJP has betrayed the trust of an entire generation of youth. Meanwhile, Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia called Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silence on the issue nothing less than a crime.
AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal shared a video on X of the massive protests being staged by students in Uttarakhand against the paper leak. He stated, “Look at what BJP has done to the youth of this country. Thousands of young people are on the streets in Uttarakhand against the paper leak in the recruitment exam. Just a few days ago, lakhs of youth had staged a long protest against the irregularities in the SSC exams.”
He added, “Be it BJP’s central government, BJP’s Uttarakhand government or BJP’s Gujarat government, everywhere the story is the same — paper leaks. Crores of youth from ordinary and poor families prepare for years for these exams, their poor parents cut down on their own needs to send them to coaching, and in the end the exam papers get leaked. What should the youth of the country do?”
Meanwhile, senior AAP leader and Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia stated on X, “On one side children are sweating blood, studying 15 hours a day in libraries, while on the other side recruitment papers like UKSSSC in Uttarakhand are being sold for ₹15-15 lakh. Unemployment has today become the biggest national tragedy. In states like Uttarakhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh — wherever there is a BJP government — the paper leak mafia is looting the future of the youth. Prime Minister, when the future of the country is raising its voice on the streets for its rights, then your silence is a crime.”
