In a powerful display of support, AAP’s Haryana State Vice President Anurag Dhanda, flanked by Senior AAP leader and Ex-Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, filed his nomination for the Kalayat assembly seat.
Anurag Dhanda’s day began with the inauguration of his election office by performing ‘havan’, followed by a vibrant roadshow where enthusiastic supporters showered Manish Sisodia and him with flowers, marking his campaign with a surge of energy and public support.
During this, Senior AAP leader and Ex-Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia said, “Today I am delighted that I got the opportunity to come to Kalayat for the nomination of Anurag Dhanda. The AAP has declared Anurag Dhanda as a candidate for the Kalayat assembly seat. There has never been and will never be a candidate as capable as Anurag Dhanda in the history of the Kalayat assembly constituency. By electing him from Kalayat, you will elect such an MLA who will work for Kalayat as well as the whole of Haryana.”
The Senior AAP leader further said that the BJP has ruined Haryana in 10 years. BJP has closed 5,000 government schools, now where will these children study? Now the people of Haryana will bring those to power who have opened schools in Delhi and Punjab and will wipe out the BJP. It is not about forming a government, it is about building government schools and hospitals and giving employment to the youth, it is about giving 24-hour free electricity and water. Only Arvind Kejriwal can build good schools, colleges and hospitals. Arvind Kejriwal has shown his work in Delhi and Punjab, now it is Haryana’s turn.
“Arvind Kejriwal has given a guarantee to the people of Haryana that if the AAP forms the government, the electricity bill will be zero like in Delhi and Punjab. If your children want a good education, then there is only one guarantee for it in the country, Arvind Kejriwal. The people of Delhi trusted Arvind Kejriwal and excellent schools have been built there and children are going to IITs. Apart from this, Arvind Kejriwal has also bridled the fees of private schools for the last 10 years,” said the Ex-Deputy CM of Delhi.
Manish Sisodia mentioned, “The people of Punjab trusted Arvind Kejriwal, and now the government schools of Punjab are also getting better. Vote in the name of schools this time in Haryana as well. The guarantee of making schools better has come to Haryana.”
“Arvind Kejriwal has given five guarantees to the people of Haryana. The first guarantee is to build good schools and give free and excellent education to every child. Go anywhere in the country, the guarantee of good education implies Arvind Kejriwal’s guarantee. He can take electricity bills to zero. He has done it in Delhi and Punjab, now he will do it in Haryana,” said the senior AAP leader.
He stated that Arvind Kejriwal built Mohalla Clinics in Delhi. This time, form an AAP government and we will build excellent hospitals and Mohalla Clinics in Haryana too. The public won’t need to go to private hospitals; this is Arvind Kejriwal’s guarantee.
“He is a son of Haryana, born in a small village here, and he made a mark in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has done outstanding work in Delhi. The guarantee of Delhi has now come to Haryana. What he accomplished in Delhi, he will do in Haryana too,” stated Manish Sisodia.
Meanwhile, the AAP Haryana State Vice President and candidate from Kalayat assembly seat Anurag Dhanda said, “Ever since the top leadership of the AAP announced my name as the candidate from Kalayat assembly, I have visited and bowed my head in all the temples of Kalayat. It has been 30 years, and Kalayat’s politics has been entangled in three families. These three families have had MLAs and ministers, yet there isn’t a single industry in Kalayat where youth can get jobs.
“There isn’t even one government school in Kalayat where children can receive a good education. The roads in all the villages of Kalayat are dilapidated, there are no arrangements for water drainage in any village, and there is no provision for drinking water in the villages,” said the AAP candidate.
He stated, “They have made the lives of the people of Kalayat miserable. People are unable to get treated in the hospital. Don’t the people here deserve good hospitals? I assure the people of Kalayat that I will fight for Kalayat’s cause until my last breath. The struggle you all have started will lead us to success. I do not doubt that this time, the broom (AAP’s symbol) will sweep in Kalayat.”
Anurag Dhanda added that a few days ago, during a BJP rally here, Chief Minister Nayab Singh kept asking people to sit down, but no one did. No one was even ready to listen to him. On the other hand, the AAP didn’t offer anyone a single bottle of alcohol, yet three times more people attended the AAP rally compared to other parties’ rallies.
“We are not fighting this battle to come to power. Arvind Kejriwal was a Commissioner in the Income Tax department, and Manish Sisodia was a renowned journalist. The AAP is fighting for the future of your children. You will need to invest your time in this struggle and contest the election as your own. Elect me as your representative from Kalayat this time, and I will remain indebted to you for life. Just press the button with the ‘jhadu’ (broom) symbol, and no power will be able to stop the AAP from forming the government and your representative from becoming an MLA,” affirmed Anurag Dhadha.
The AAP Haryana State Vice President further added that they are fighting for the ticket. They only want power, they are hungry for power. Therefore, we have to end their politics and start the politics of the common people. They are fighting for their family and ticket and we are fighting for Kalayat and the progress of Kalayat.
“Kalayat MLA Kamlesh Dhanda got a chance to become a minister, but she did nothing for Kalayat and did not value the people of Kalayat. The BJP has challenged the people of Kalayat by giving her a ticket again. Therefore, you people should also take a pledge that you will defeat Kamlesh Dhanda with the biggest margin in the entire Haryana,” concluded the AAP candidate.
