In a fierce rebuttal to BJP’s demand for President’s rule in Delhi, senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh declared that BJP’s loss in the capital is inevitable. The AAP MP challenged the BJP to decide whether it wants to face defeat today or in four months, asserting that calling for President’s rule only signals BJP’s desperation to lose sooner.
Responding to the question of BJP’s demand to dismiss the Delhi government and impose President’s rule, senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that BJP people have to decide whether they want to lose Delhi after four months or lose now. If BJP wants to lose Delhi Assembly elections now, then announce the elections now. “I want to tell BJP that Delhi BJP and PM Narendra Modi have to decide whether they want to lose Delhi Assembly elections after four months or four months earlier. BJP should announce the dates of the elections tomorrow. We are not backing down,” he affirmed.
The senior AAP leader stated, “BJP feels that it has to wait for many months to lose, if it wants to lose soon then it should announce the elections soon. BJP feels that if the President’s rule is imposed in Delhi, it means that they intend to lose four months earlier. BJP may lose Delhi after four months or four months earlier, but their defeat is certain.”
Sanjay Singh said that reservation has been implemented in this country keeping in view the conditions of the deprived society. Those who have been subjected to untouchability and discrimination for thousands of years, those who are economically and socially disadvantaged, have reservations. Therefore, there is no question of ending or stopping reservation. Reservation will continue. Now I cannot tell how the BJP people twist and present it.
Responding to media questions about the Lok Sabha elections, MP Sanjay Singh said that there are many questions about the Lok Sabha elections. Recently, many figures and facts have come to light about the Lok Sabha elections, how irregularities were committed in the counting of ballot papers and other things.
Responding to a question on Sikhs, the AAP MP affirmed that as far as the BJP is concerned about Sikhs, the BJP called Sikhs Pakistani, ‘Khalistani’, terrorists. What did the BJP not do to the Sikhs during the farmers’ movement? It is not hidden from anyone how much ill-will the BJP has towards the Sikhs.
