In view of the assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party is organizing workers’ conferences in all 70 assembly seats of Delhi. In this series, a successful worker conference was organized in Chhatarpur Assembly on Monday.
Senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party and minister in Delhi government Imran Hussain, MLA Sahiram Pehalwan and state organization secretary Gunish Agarwal along with other officials were present in the workers’ conference.
Imran Hussain said till now we have successfully organized workers’ conferences in more than 20 assembly segments. Our local MLAs are presenting the details of the four and a half years of work done before the public.
He further said that along with going among the public and showing our report card, we are also telling people about the conspiracy of the BJP. We are telling people how the central government conspired and put our top leadership inside the jail. Misusing the ED and the CBI, Modi government put Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and our leader Arvind Kejriwal in jail. The ED and the CBI have not been able to present single evidence in the court yet.
While thanking the Supreme Court for granting bail to Delhi former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, Imran Hussain said the bail from the Supreme Court is a tight slap on the face of the BJP.
Imran Hussain further said that we are confident that soon Arvind Kejriwal ji and Satyendar Jain will also come out of jail. Even before this, many obstacles were put in the way of the Aam Aadmi Party, but the party kept progressing by leaps and bounds. “We are not going to bow down to the dictatorship of the central government. Our party will continue to work in the interest of the country. Going to jail for the service of the people is a very small thing, we are ready to give up our lives for the country. We are staunch honest people. We are not going to be afraid of Modi government’s ED and the CBI,” he said.
Imran Hussain said Manish Sisodia was behind bars for 17 months, but he did not bow down to the BJP. Saluting Manish Sisodia for his courage, Imran Hussain said the release of the former deputy chief minister from jail has brought new enthusiasm among the workers. Manish Sisodia is working continuously after coming out of jail. He is visiting schools and meeting children and is going among the people of Delhi through padyatra. No matter how much atrocities the BJP commits on us, no matter how many fake cases it files against us, we are not going to be afraid. We are soldiers of Arvind Kejriwal. We will continue our work with honesty.
Imran Hussain said today, whoever asks questions to the Modi government is put in jail. This dictatorship of the Modi government is not going to last long. “In the upcoming assembly elections, the public will give a befitting reply to the BJP. Once again, the Aam Aadmi Party government will be formed in Delhi under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal,” he said.
