Against the illegal arrest and mistreatment of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the INDIA Alliance is gearing up for a massive protest at Jantar Mantar on July 30. Key AAP leaders, including National General Secretary (Organisation) Dr. Sandeep Pathak and senior MP Sanjay Singh, convened with Delhi state vice presidents and other party officials to strategize for the demonstration, which they assert is a stand against the Modi government’s oppressive tactics. Apart from this, Dr. Sandeep Pathak held a meeting with the state’s organization ‘Mahamantris’, district presidents, district secretaries, and presidents of all the wings of the party.
During this, AAP National General Secretary (Organisation) Dr. Sandeep Pathak shared that today they held several important meetings one after the other at the party headquarters. In these meetings, they discussed in detail with the state vice-presidents and other organization officials about the preparations and strategy for the INDIA Alliance protest to be held on 30 July at Jantar Mantar. The BJP government first conspired and put Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in jail, after which now Arvind Kejriwal’s life is being played with.
The AAP National General Secretary (Organisation) continued, “CM Arvind Kejriwal has been a diabetic patient for a long time and he is given insulin daily. The Modi government first stopped Arvind Kejriwal’s insulin and now his health is being played with in the jail. All the constituent parties of the INDIA Alliance are united against the BJP regarding CM Arvind Kejriwal’s deteriorating health and the playing with his health. We are going to organize a huge protest against the Modi government at Jantar Mantar on 30 July.”
Dr. Sandeep Pathak further said that even after getting bail from the special court and the Supreme Court, the BJP has kept CM Arvind Kejriwal in jail. A deep conspiracy is being hatched against him. Every possible effort is being made to keep him in jail. The sugar level of Arvind Kejriwal, who is in jail, is continuously decreasing, which is very dangerous for his life. I want to tell the BJP that if you cannot match the politics of the work of Arvind Kejriwal, then at least do not play with his life.
“Our (BJP’s and AAP’s) ideologies may be different but our objective should be the same. Our objective should be to make the country number one. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and the AAP are working in the interest of the country. The country is paramount for us. We will continue to work to make the country number one. We are not going to be afraid of any threat from the BJP,” he affirmed.
After the meeting, AAP Delhi State Vice President and MLA Dilip Pandey said that today we held several important meetings. Our National General Secretary (Organisation) Dr. Sandeep Pathak and our senior leader Sanjay Singh attended the meeting. We are going to hold a massive protest on July 30. Everyone knows that CM Arvind Kejriwal’s sugar level has gone below 50 more than 36 times. Those who have a sugar patient in their family can understand this pain very well. Rapid fall in sugar levels is a very serious problem for any patient. If the patient’s sugar level goes below 50, he can go into a coma anytime.”
“The BJP has conspired and kept Arvind Kejriwal in jail. Now a deeper conspiracy is being hatched by playing with his health. On the AAP’s request, the constituent parties of the INDIA Alliance are going to raise their voices together at 12:00 noon on 30th July. The leaders of AAP were fighting against the hooliganism of the BJP yesterday, are fighting today and will continue to fight in future too. On the 30th, a strong message will be sent to the ears of the BJP government that the people of Delhi are with their son and their Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal,” the AAP Delhi State Vice President concluded.
