नई दिल्ली। “मैं जेपी नड्डा जी और विजय गोयल जी को चुनौती देता हूं कि बीजेपी के किसी भी राज्य के टाॅप 10 सरकारी स्कूल चुन लें। मैं केजरीवाल एजुकेशन माॅडल टाॅप 10 सरकारी स्कूल चुन लेता हूं। मैं आपके स्कूलों की विजिट करूंगा, आप हमारे स्कूलों की विजिट कर सकते हैं। तब बहस करते हैं कि क्या उपहास का विषय है और क्या देखकर रोना आता है।”
दिल्ली के उप-मुख्यमंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने ये बात, भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा के उस बयान के जवाब में कही हैं, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि आम आदमी पार्टी उपहास का विषय बन गई है।
मनीष सिसोदिया ये भी कहा, “जेपी नड्डा जी केजरीवाल के एजुकेशन मॉडल को देख कर आप कम से कम हँस तो रहे हैं। बीजेपी के एजुकेशन मॉडल को देखेंगे तो आपको भी रोना आएगा।”
आम आदमी पार्टी कार्यालय में हुई एक प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा, “भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा जी ने कल आम आदमी पार्टी के बारे में एक टिप्पणी की थी। उन्होंने कहा था कि आम आदमी पार्टी उपहास का विषय बन गई है। बीजेपी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष दिल्ली के लोगों का उपहास उड़ा रहे हैं। वह कह रहे हैं कि दिल्ली के लोग उपहास का विषय बन गये हैं। उनको शायद याद नहीं है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने भी लोकसभा में अपने भाषण में कहा था कि लोग जनादेश का मजाक बनाते हैं। चुनी हुई सरकारों का मजाक बनाना, एक तरह से देश का मजाक बनाना है। ये सब खुद प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कहा था लेकिन नड्डा जी का विजन प्रधानमंत्री जी के विजन से अलग है। वह दिल्ली के लोगों ने चुनी हुई सरकार, चुने हुए मुख्यमंत्री और उनके काम का मजाक उड़ा रहे हैं। वह केजरीवाल जी के एजुकेशन मॉडल का मजाक उड़ा रहे हैं।”
दिल्ली के शिक्षा मंत्री ने ये भी कहा, “मैं नड्डा जी को कहना चाहता हूं कि आपकी सरकार बहुत सारे राज्यों में है। कुछ एक को छोड़कर लगभग सभी में ही है। कई राज्यों में आपने 15-15, 20-20 साल सरकारें चलाई हैं। मैं बीजेपी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष नड्डा जी को चुनौती देकर कहना चाहता हूं कि आप बीजेपी के किसी राज्य के बारे में बता दीजिये जहाँ केजरीवाल सरकार जितना एजुकेशन पर काम हुआ हो। बीजेपी शासित राज्य की एक भी सरकार बता दीजिए, जहां आपने केजरीवाल मॉडल पर काम किया हो? आप आज केजरीवाल मॉडल का मजाक उडा रहे हैं? आप केजरीवाल के गवर्नेंस मॉडल का मजाक उड़ा रहे हैं? आप केजरीवाल की सरकार का मजाक उड़ा रहे हैं? आपने 15-15, 20-20 साल सरकारें चलाई हैं, आप बताइए कि जनता के लिए आपने क्या किया है?”
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा, “आप भाजपा शासित एक राज्य बता दीजिये जहां के सरकारी स्कूलों में इतना इंप्रूवमेंट किया हो जितना केजरीवाल सरकार ने पिछले साढ़े चार साल में दिल्ली में किया है। एक राज्य बताइए जहां के सरकारी स्कूलों का रिजल्ट दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों की तरह इंप्रूव हुआ हो। एक राज्य बता दें जहां के सरकारी स्कूलों का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर ठीक किया हो।
एक राज्य बता दें जहां पर बीजेपी ने केजरीवाल जी की तरह एजुकेशन का बजट 25 परसेंट किया हो। एक राज्य बता दें जहां पर उन्होंने प्राइवेट स्कूलों की फीस पर इतनी लगाम लगाई हो जितनी दिल्ली सरकार ने पिछले साढ़े चार साल में लगा कर रखी है। बगल के गुरुग्राम, नोएडा, गाजियाबाद, लोनी इत्यादि के बच्चे आज दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ने आ रहे हैं। आज उपहास तो इस चीज का उड़ रहा है कि जहां आपकी सरकारें हैं, वहां आप कुछ कर नहीं रहे हैं। “
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा, “मैं बीजेपी के राज्य गिना देता हूं जहां लगातार सरकारी स्कूल बंद हुए हैं। उत्तराखंड से लेकर महाराष्ट्र तक। आपकी महाराष्ट्र में सरकार है। आपकी यूपी में सरकार है। आपकी हरियाणा में सरकार है। खुद आप हिमाचल प्रदेश से आते हैं, वहां भी आपकी सरकार है। “
मनीष सिसोदिया ने ये भी कहा,” हमें खुशी है कि आप कम से कम हंसने की बात तो करते हैं, आपके बनाये हुए सरकारी स्कूलों में जिस दिन हम जाएंगे या जब जनता जाती है तो वहां पर रोना आता है। हमारे स्कूलों के बारे में आप मजाक उड़ाते हैं तो आप हंसने की बात तो करते हैं, आपने जो कर रखा है उस पर तो आपको रोना आएगा। मैं फिर से अपनी चुनौती दोहरा रहा हूं कि आप अपने 10 सरकारी स्कूल चुन लें। विजय गोयल जी बता दें। नड्डा साहब बता दें। हम अपने 10 सरकारी स्कूल बता देते हैं। आप हमारे स्कूलों में आइए। हम आपके स्कूलों में चलते हैं। फिर पता चल जाएगा क्या उपहास का विषय है और क्या देखकर रोना आता है। “

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party’s working president JP Nadda’s statement about the Aam Aadmi Party yesterday has been published today in the newspapers. He said during a meeting of the BJP that AAP had become a “laughing stock”. Responding to JP Nadda’s distasteful comments on the people’s mandate, Deputy chief minister and senior leader of the AAP, Manish Sisodia addressed a press conference today at the party headquarters.
“The BJP’s working President is ridiculing the people of Delhi in a way. By calling the choice made by the people of Delhi a subject of ridicule. I want to remind him about what Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his maiden speech in the new Lok Sabha. He said that when some people make fun of his elected government, they are making fun of the people of the country. Perhaps Nadda ji’s views differ from the Prime Minister’s,” said Manish Sisodia.
Attacking Nadda for mockung an elected government, Sisodia said, “You are actually ridiculing the Kejriwal model of governance, the Kejriwal model of education. Your party has state governments in most states in the country, some for the last several decades. Let’s compare the work done by your party in any state in education with the Kejriwal education model.”
Taking the comparison of education policy further, Sisodia said,”Delhi schools posted the best result in Delhi’s history this year with 94% pass rate. What is the best result in your states? Delhi has the highest proportion of the Budget at 26%, do any of your states have such a high allocation for education? Show us even one state run by the BJP where the school infrastructure has been developed which can be compared with the Kejriwal model.”
Taking on the neighbouring BJP ruled states of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, Dy CM Sisodia said, “Children from Gurgaon, Noida, Loni, Ghaziabad are travelling to Delhi to study in our government schools because BJP governments have failed at improving government schools. Is it a “joke” that Delhi’s Aam Aadmi Party government has successfully regulated private school fees, and the CM of a neighbouring state had recently said private school fees can’t be controlled? Is it a joke that Delhi has 25% Budget for education? Or that Delhi school teachers go abroad for training?”
“I challenge JP Nadda sahab and Vijay Goel sahab to choose top 10 govt schools of the BJP’s education model from any BJP state. I’ll choose top 10 govt schools of the Kejriwal education model. I’ll visit your schools and you can visit ours. Let’s then debate. Tell me the place and date, I’ll be there to visit your top 10 schools. You want to make fun of Arvind Kejriwal? Stand in the Delhi government schools and then make fun of him. You’ll be ridiculing the children of Delhi, the teachers of Delhi,” said Dy CM Sisodia.
“I can count the BJP states right now, where government schools have been shut down, from Uttarakhand to Maharashtra. You have a government in Maharashtra, your government is in UP, you have a government in Haryana, Nadda sahab is from Himachal Pradesh. Pick any 10 government schools from these states, which can compete with the government schools of the Kejriwal model, then we can debate,” continued Dy CM Sisodia.
Ending with a sharp attack on the BJP, the education minister said, “At least Kejriwal’s education model is inciting laughter from you. BJP’s government schools will make even you cry!”
