मुंडका में जनसंवाद
केजरीवाल के कामों से किसान भी खुश।
आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय के नेतृत्व में की जा रही जनसंवाद यात्रा के पांचवे दिन ने मुंडका विधानसभा में जन संवाद का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें विधायक और कार्यकर्ता समेत भारी तादाद में आम लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया।
आज की जनसंवाद विशेष रूप से किसानों पर केन्द्रित रही। इसकी वजह यह है कि मुंडका जैसे बाहरी इलाके दिल्ली के ऐसे विधानसभाओं में आता है जहां किसानों कि संख्या बाकी जगहों के मुक़ाबले ज्यादा है। किसानों के मसले पर आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा किए जा रहे कामों की चर्चा के दौरान एक किसान खड़ा हुआ और भावुक होते हुए कहा कि आज केजरीवाल सरकार फसल के बर्बाद होने पर 50000 रुपये प्रति हेक्टेयर का मुआवजा दे रही जो देश भर में सबसे ज्यादा है यह हम जैसे गरीब किसानों के लिए बहुत बड़ी मदद है। इस किसान की बात में अपनी बात जोड़ते हुए एक अन्य व्यक्ति ने बताया कि इस तरह की मदद से हम किसानों को मजदूर बनने से रोक सकते हैं।
एक दूसरे किसान ने बताया कि जहां केंद्र सरकार स्वामीनाथन आयोग को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दी वही दिल्ली सरकार इसे लागू करने जा रही है। जिससे सरकार की तरफ से फसलों की मिलने वाली कीमत 1800 से बढ़कर 2600 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल हो जाएगा। बता दें कि इसे लागू करने के बाद दिल्ली किसानों को देश भर में सबसे ज्यादा न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य देने वाला राज्य बन जाएगा।
एक अन्य व्यक्ति ने बताया कि जहां देश के कई हिस्सों में किसान बर्बाद हो रहे हैं, आत्महया करने पर मजबूर हो रहे हैं वही दिल्ली में किसानों के लिए इतना कुछ किया जा रहा है इसके लिए मौजूदा सरकार की जितनी सराहना की जाए वह कम है।
बिजली बिल के मुद्दे पर एक किसान ने अपनी बात रखते हुए कहा कि 200 यूनिट बिजली की माफी हम किसानों के लिए वरदान साबित हुआ है। एक अन्य बुजुर्ग किसान ने बुजुर्ग पेन्सन बढ़ाने और बुजुर्गों को तीर्थ यात्रा कराने के लिए केजरीवाल को आज का श्रवण कुमार घोषित किया। किसानों के एक समूह ने दिल्ली के किसानों के लिए किए जा रहे इन कामों के लिए कृषि मंत्री गोपाल राय को धन्यवाद भी दिया।
इसके अलावा वहां जिन कामों पर चर्चा हुई उनमें स्कूल, अस्पताल, बिजली और पानी के क्षेत्र में किये गए बदलाव प्रमुख हैं।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान 41 मंडल प्रभारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे गए। साथ ही बहुत सारे लोगों ने पार्टी की सदस्यता भी ग्रहण की।

Farmers are also happy and satisfied with the works of Kejriwal
‘Jan sanvaad yatra’ being organized Under the leadership of Delhi unit chief Gopal Rai was held at Mundka Constituency on the 5th day. Meeting was attended in large numbers by residents, MLA’s and party workers.
Today’s discussion was primarily focused on farmers. Reason for the same was that Mundka constituency being in the outskirts of Delhi has a large section of population with farming background as compared to other parts of Delhi.
During the talk while the discussion of work done by Aam Aadmi Party for farmers was going on, one of the farmers got up and emotionally spoke that when the crop gets destroyed Kejriwal government is providing Rs.50000 per hectare as compensation which is highest among all states in India. He explained how this compensation plays a huge role in supporting his family at times of agrarian crisis. Another person adding his thoughts to the same explained that this is the only way that a farmer can be stopped from becoming a factory labourer.
Another farmer explained that where on one hand Central Government is not taking any stern action in implementing the recommendations of Swaminathan Commission, Delhi Government has taken all the possible steps to implement the same. This will result in increase in rate of crops from 1800 to 2600 per quintal. After the application of these rates Delhi will become the state with the highest Minimum support price.
Another person explained that at a time where there is an ongoing agrarian crisis in the nation and farmers are forced to commit suicides, farmers of Delhi have been supported well by there government in these tough times which is a step that hasn’t been seen in Indian politics before the Kejriwal Government.
On the issue of Electricity bill one farmer said that free on consumption of 200 units of electricity comes as a blessing for a small farmer. Another old farmer proclaimed Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi’s Shrawan Kumar to increase old age pension and starting ‘teerth yatra’ for senior citizens. A group of farmers thanked Agriculture Minister Gopal Rai for all these steps taken by Delhi Government for welfare of farmers. Other than this reforms in education, health, electricity and water were also discussed and appreciated by the gathering.
During the programme 41 mandal incharges were given their letter of appointment. Along with the same a large section of crowd also took the membership to Aam Aadmi Party.
