New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed a gathering of volunteers in the Rohini district of Delhi on Thursday. He slammed the BJP for being a corrupt political party and credited his volunteers for the work done by the AAP in the last five years.
The Chief Minister said, “I had a family of seven people, which got bigger when I formed AAP. When I became the chief minister of Delhi, I got an even bigger family of 2 crore people. The entire Delhi is my family now. Whatever we have done is out of our love for the people. I belong to a middle-class family, and I understand the pain of a common man. I felt the pain of the family who would suffer because their child needs medical attention. And so, we came up with Mohalla clinics. I felt the pain of the family whose child did not receive a quality education from the government schools.”
The Chief Minister said, “The amount of energy that our volunteers have today, I do not think that they had this much energy back in 2015. This is because the work that we have done in the last five years, no other state government has done it ever. No one could ever imagine that government hospitals or government schools could be improved.
Today an AAP volunteer walks everywhere with pride and honor because of the work that we have done in Delhi. The 5-year terms of the previous governments were full of corruption scandals and misappropriation. These political parties also had us inspected through various means, but our government turned out to be the only non-corrupt government in the history of politics. No other party has ever received so much appreciation from the people in the last 70 years. We have changed our campaigning pattern, we stopped giving speeches this time. We are mute spectators, and the audiences are telling us about the work we have done.”
Electricity bills and free treatment a joy for the people: CM Kejriwal
“I recently met an elderly lady, who got free treatment worth 6 lakhs from GTB hospital in Delhi. She has blessed us happily, and she is a volunteer now. All the people who have been treated by our Mohalla clinics and government hospitals are our volunteers now. The future of the children studying in government schools is bright, their parents are our volunteers now. 14 lakh families have got zero electricity bills last month, and 35 lakh families are estimated to get zero electricity bills in December. All of them are our volunteers now. Our volunteer count has increased manifold.,” said CM Kejriwal.
Dengue cases see a significant reduction, 650 cases till date this year: CM Kejriwal
The chief minister said, “Out of the 100 countries and cities suffering from dengue, Delhi is the only city to have brought the disease under control. From 15000 cases and 60 deaths by Dengue in 2015, the numbers have come down to 650 cases and zero deaths this year. I credit all of this to my family of 2 crore people. Cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Varanasi, Chennai, and Bangalore are suffering from high pollution levels, but Delhi is the only city to have witnessed a 25% decrease in pollution.”
He also slammed the center for not permitting him to travel to Denmark for the C40 summit in Copenhagen. He said, “I was invited to a summit in Denmark recently, where 98 cities were invited. Mayors of New York, Paris, Tokyo were also invited. They wanted to invite me to brief them about the implementation Odd-Even policy and how the pollution levels in Delhi went down. But the center did not let me go. I was happy that our work is being recognized all across the world, and they wanted me to attend the summit through video conferencing. While I briefed them about the efforts, I also told them this would not have been possible without the support of the people. The only reason that BJP that they did not call one of the BJP mayors is because even they know the corrupt face of the BJP politicians. One and a half months back, Manish Ji was invited to a meeting in Moscow, where the education ministers from across the world were invited. Manish Ji was invited to speak on the educational reforms done in Delhi, but the Centre did not let him go as well. Just 7 days back, Satyendra Ji was invited to Melbourne, to explain the concept of Mohalla clinics to them, but he was not allowed to go. The prime minister of the Netherlands visited India and the first thing she did was to visit a mohalla clinic in Pitampura, Delhi. The Secretary-General of the UN also visited the Pitampura mohalla clinic. This is a matter of pride for the AAP volunteers.”
AAP volunteers have earned the blessings of the people: CM Kejriwal
The CM said, “I was asked by one of the workers, the electricity was free, the schools were good, the hospitals were good, all these things were done for everybody, what did I get? I wonder if Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru would have thought about what they would get by getting hanged. What would have happened if Gandhiji or Nehruji would have thought why they should fight for freedom because they would not get anything? But the fact of the matter is that in the society today, every Aam Aadmi Party worker has earned respect, the people look at him with respect. Today, when you call yourself an Aam Aadmi Party worker, people look at you with respect. The blessings and the respect that the AAP volunteers have earned through their good works are much more than what any other party volunteers may have earned ever. Our Teerth-yatra scheme has also earned us a lot of blessings, people are so happy when they come back from the yatra. The families of the children who are getting an education are giving you blessings.”
Even BJP and Congress workers will vote for us now: CM Kejriwal
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “The party has become a big family, and the people who have gotten zero electricity bills have turned into our volunteers. 14 lakh families have got zero electricity bills this month, and 35 lakh families are estimated to get zero electricity bills in December. The entire Delhi is supporting us now, and we are doing bigger things for them with them.”

अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि आज कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच चौथा दिन है। 2015 में भी इतनी ऊर्जा नहीं थी कार्यकर्ताओं में, जितनी आज है, क्योंकि उनकी पार्टी और सरकार पर कोई आरोप नहीं है। पांच साल में ऐसे ऐसे काम किए जो 70 साल में नहीं हुए। कोई सोच नहीं सकता था कि सरकारी अस्पताल व स्कूल ठीक हो सकते हैं। आप की सरकार ने पांच साल में इसे कर आपका सीना चौड़ा कर दिया। पहले की सरकारों में इतना घोटाला होता था कि कार्यकर्ता निकल नहीं पाता था। निकलने पर लोग घोटालों की बात करते थें। हमारी सरकार की सारी जांच करा ली, कुछ नहीं निकला। कोई घोटाला नहीं निकला। हम चौराहों पर काम गिना रहे है। अब आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता नहीं बोल रहे, जनता काम गिना रही, हम सुन रहे। पहले मेरे परिवार में 6 लोग थे। पार्टी बनाई तो परिवार और बढ़ा। मुख्यमंत्री बना तो परिवार 2 करोड़ हो गया। इस परिवार में कोई बीमार होता था तो तकलीफ होती थी। सरकारी स्कूल देख तकलीफ होती थी, उसे ठीक किया। इसलिए क्योंकि मैं जनता से मोहब्बत करता हूं। दिल्ली की दो करोड़ जनता को परिवार का सदस्य मानता हूं। परिवार की तरह ध्यान रखा। अरविंद केजरीवाल उत्तरी दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र के रोहिणी जिला-किराड़ी और बादली जिले का कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन रोहिणी विधानसभा में संबोधित कर रहे थें।
अब बिजली बिल आना त्योहार बन गया
सीएम ने कहा मैं आम आदमी हूं इस कारण उनका दर्द जानती हूं। एक अम्मा मिली। उनका आपरेशन होना था। निजी अस्पताल में 6 लाख रूपये मांगे। दिल्ली सरकार के जीटीवी अस्पताल में फ्री इलाज हुआ। आपरेशन हुआ। वह अम्मा अब दुआएं दे रही है। पहले लोग बिजली बिल आंख मलकर देखते थें। उन्हें झटका लगता था। अब वह बिजली बिल देखकर दीवाली मनाते हैं। एक आदमी ने कहा बस 2 यूनिट से रह गया, नहीं तो मेरा भी बिल शून्य आता। अब बिजली बिल आना त्योहार बन गया है।
अभी तक डेंगू के 650 केस ही आए
उन्होंने कहा आज 100 देश में डेंगू है। अकेले दिल्ली में इसपर कंट्रोल पाया गया। अब तक 650 केस ही आया है। कोई मौत नहीं हुई। जबकि पिछले साल यह साढ़े 15 हजार थें। हमने प्रदूषण कम किया। सभी अन्य शहरों में प्रदूषण बढ़ रहा। दिल्ली में 25 प्रतिशत कम हो गया। डेनमार्क में 98 बड़े शहरो का प्रोग्राम था। मुझे प्रदूषण कम करने का तरीका बताने के लिए बुलाया। आँड इवन बताने के लिए बुलाया। मुझे जाने नहीं दिया लेकिन चर्चे और डंके हमारे ही हो रहे। हमसे वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग से बताने को कहा यह दिल्ली के लिए गर्व। मैंने बताया हमने कैसे प्रदूषण कम किया। मैंने बताया लोग साथ थें तभी यह हुआ। मनीष जी को मास्को बुलाया शिक्षा क्रांति के बारे में बताने के लिए। इन्हें भी नही जाने दिया। एक साल पहले सतेंद्र जैन को बुलाया। मोहल्ला क्लीनिक के लिए। नीदरलैंड के पीएम , यूएन के महासचिव आए और मोहल्ला क्लीनिक देखकर गए। वह मोहल्ला क्लीनिक के मुरीद हुए। आस्ट्रेलिया ने सतेंद्र जैन को बुलाया लेकिन जाने नहीं दिया। कोई बात नहीं लेकिन डंका हमारा ही बज रहा है। अरे दुनिया को पता है कि भाजपा के मेयर काम नहीं करते इसलिए उन्हें नहीं हमें नहीं बुलाते हैं। अब चुनाव आ रहा। इतना काम हुआ कि आप सीना चौड़कर कह सकते हैं। पूरी दुनिया में दिल्ली में काम की बात होती है। इससे चर्चे तो हमारे ही होते हैं। डंका तो अपना ही बज रहा।
लोक – प्रलोक दोनों आप के कार्यकर्ताओं का बदला
सीएम ने कहा मुझसे एक कार्यकर्ताओं ने कहा, मुझे एक कार्यकर्ता ने पूछा, बिजली फ्री हो गई, स्कूल अच्छे हो गए, अस्पताल अच्छे होगए, ये सारे काम तो सभी के लिए हुए, मुझे क्या मिला? मैं सोच रहा था अगर भगत सिंह, सुखदेव, राजगुरु भी यही सोचते, की ये सूली ओर चढ़ कर हमें क्या मिलेगा? गांधी जी, नेहरू जी तो लड़ ही रहे हैं आजादी के लिए, हम क्यों अपनी जान दे दे? लेकिन सच्चाई ये है कि आज समाज में आम आदमी पार्टी के हर कार्यकर्ता की इज्जत है, सम्मान के नजर से देखते हैं लोग। ये मिला है हर कार्यकर्ता को। आज जब आप अपने आप को आम आदमी पार्टी का कार्यकर्ता बताते हो तो लोग इज्जत देते है। जितने कार्यकर्ता पार्टी में है, वह सोच ले देश के लिए आए हैं। इतना पुण्य कहीं नहीं कमा सकते। एक बुजुर्ग का फार्म भरकर तीर्थ यात्रा करा दो। इतना पुण्य मिलेगा , जिसकी कल्पना नहीं कर सकते। शिक्षा जिन बच्चों को मिल रही, उनके परिवार पुण्य दे रहे। आपको आज इस पार्टी से लोक और प्रलोक दोनों सुधर गए। आप के कार्यकर्ताओं ने बगैर पैसे के चुनाव लड़कर दिखाया। आपका तो सीना चौड़ा होना चाहिए।
भाजपा और कांग्रेस को लोग आप को वोट देने को तैयार
सीएम ने कहा हमारे काम की वजह से भाजपा और कांग्रेस के लोग आप को वोट देने को तैयार बैठे है।
पांच साल में पुण्य और आशीर्वाद के अलावा कुछ नहीं कमाया। अब जहां लोग आम आदमी पार्टी के लोगों को देखते हैं, उनकी इज्जत करते हैं।
सीएम ने कहा मुझे आरएसएस कार्यकर्ता मिले। उन्होंने कहा विधानसभा चुनाव में आपको वोट देंगे। मेरा बेटा सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ता है। स्कूल में बदलाव देखा है। अगर वोट न दिया तो बेटे के साथ अन्याय होगा। सीएम ने कहा आज हमारा परिवार बड़ा हो गया है। जो भी मुफ्त बिजली लिए वह हमारे परिवार के सदस्य हैं।। 14 लाख लोगों का बिजली बिल इस माह शून्य आया।। अब अगले माह 33 लाख के बिल शून्य हो जाएंगे। दिल्ली के दो करोड़ लोग आम आदमी के कार्यकर्ता बन गए हैं। जब तक मैं जिंदा हूं सरकार एक ऐसा काम नहीं करेगी, जिससे आपका सिर नीचे हो। आप आज से चार माह लग जाए। यह सोचकर काम करें कि देश के लिए काम करें। जब भी भारत का इतिहास लिखा जाएगा, यह वक्त सुनहरे अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा। आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को इतिहास बड़े सम्मान से याद करेगा।
दिल्ली बोले दिल से केजरीवाल फिर से
- देश में कई जगह सरकारें बनती है। पांच साल बाद जब जनता पूछती है क्या काम हुआ है तो नेता कहते हैं जाति और धर्म की बात करो। लेकिन दिल्ली में इतने काम हुए कि कोई भी एक बार में गिना नहीं सकता। अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व में ऐसा काम हुआ कि इतिहास में कभी नहीं हुआ। भाजपा के लोग अरविंद केजरीवाल को बदनाम करने में लगी है जबकि केजरीवाल काम में लगे हैं। भाजपा से सफाई और सुरक्षा का दो काम नहीं हो पाया। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कई काम कर दिए हैं। आज भाजपा के पास अरविंद केजरीवाल के सामने चेहरा नहीं है। इसी कारण नरेंद्र मोदी जी को मुख्यमंत्री के रुप में पेश कर रही है। लेकिन दिल्ली में तो केजरीवाल का नारा है। भाजपा के पास जनता का दर्द समझने वाला कोई नेता नहीं है। – गोपाल राय, प्रदेश संयोजक, आम आदमी पार्टी
