- Bhatia to give detailed presentation on Thursday to government
Hotmail founder Mr. Sabeer Bhatia on Monday called on the Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal at the Delhi Secretariat.
Mr. Bhatia shared several technology initiatives with the Delhi Chief Minister. Both of them discussed the best practices in technology being used throughout the globe.
The use of technology in governance and to make governance better was also discussed in the meeting. Mr. Bhatia shared several ideas and discussions were held on them. Both agreed on use of the latest technology for swifter redressal of issues in several areas of governance.
Mr. Bhatia said they can be used in emergency situations as well as day to day functioning of departments like transport, water, traffic etc.
The Chief Minister asked Mr. Bhatia to give a detailed presentation on Thursday on use of technology for better governance. Mr. Sabeer Bhatia will present it to the cabinet and senior bureaucrats of Delhi government on Thursday at the Delhi Secretariat.
