वीरवार, पार्टी कार्यालय में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा प्रभारी आतिशा ने कहा कि अक्सर विवादों में घिरे रहने वाले भाजपा के नेता एवं विधायक ओपी शर्मा ने एक और विवादास्पद बयान देते हुए आज सुबह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दिल्ली में ग्रीन पटाखे जलाने और केवल 2 घंटे ही पटाखे जलने के फैसले को हास्यास्पद बतायाI ओपी शर्मा ने कहा की सुप्रीम AC कमरों में बैठकर ऐसे ऐसे फैसले सुना रहा है जिनको क्रियान्वित करना संभव ही नहीं हैI सबरीमाला मंदिर और दीवाली पर ग्रीन पटाखे का उदहारण देते हुए उन्होंने कहा की आजकल सुप्रीम कोर्ट अजीब अजीब से फैसले सुना रहा हैI
जैसा कि आप सबको ज्ञात है कि दिल्ली में प्रदुषण का स्तर खतरे के निशान से कहीं ऊपर पंहुचा हुआ हैI आस- पास के राज्यों में पराली के जलने के कारण दिल्ली पहले से ही गैस चेंबर बना हुआ हैI और ऐसे में दीपावली के दिन भारी मात्रा में जो पटाखे जलाए जाते है, उसके धुंए से एक ही दिन में प्रदुषण बहुत अधिक मात्रा में बढ़ जाता है, जो की जान लेवा भी हो सकता है हैI इन सब परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए कुछ दिन पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली और आस-पास के इलाके में केवल 2 घंटे ही पटाखे जलाने की अनुमति दी, और साथ ही साथ लोगो को ग्रीन पटाखे ही इस्तेमाल करने को कहा थाI
सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस देश का सर्वोच्च न्यायालय है, और सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश कानून होता हैI पूरी दिल्ली कि जनता ने और आम आदमी पार्टी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले का सुवागत कियाI क्यूंकि हम सभी जानते है, कि ये प्रदुषण हमारे और हमारे बच्चो के लिए खतरनाक हैI सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा उठाया गया ये कदम हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभदायक हैI लेकिन भाजपा की अराजकता के राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक ओपी शर्मा जो की पहले भी कई बार अपनी अराजकता का प्रमाण दे चुके है, जो पहले भी बता चुके है कि वो महिलाओं का सम्मान नहीं करते, जो पहले भी विधानसभा का अपमान कर चुके है जिसके लिए अगले तीन विधानसभा सत्र के लिए उन्हें बाहर कर दिया गया था, आज उन्होंने देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय पर दिप्पणी कर अपनी अराजकता सबसे बड़ा प्रमाण प्रस्तुत किया हैI
मिडिया के माध्यम से आतिशी ने भाजपा और उनके शीर्ष नेताओं से कुछ प्रश्न किये……
1-क्या भाजपा के शीर्ष नेता ओपी शर्मा के इस बयान का समर्थन करते है?
2-क्या भाजपा ओपी शर्मा के द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवमानना का समर्थन करती है?
3- क्या भाजपा ओपी शर्मा द्वारा की गई सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवमानना के लिए ओपी शर्मा के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही करेगी?
अगर देश में संवेधानिक संस्थानों का सम्मान नहीं किया जाएगा, तो इस देश में लोकतंत्र नहीं चल सकताI और हम सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपील करते हैं कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ओपी शर्मा के खिलाफ सीधे सीधे कार्यवाही करेI सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश की अवहेलना करने एवं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को हास्यास्पद बताने और देश की जनता को कानून का उलंघन करने के लिए उकसाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ओपी शर्मा के खिलाई सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करेI
AAP response on BJP leader terming hon’ble Supreme Court order laughable
AAP response to the BJP comments ridiculing the hon’ble Supreme Court order on green crackers and timing regulation for bursting of crackers on Diwali night in Delhi-NCR :
Attention of the Aam Aadmi Party was drawn towards the comments made to the media by BJP MLA from Delhi Mr OP Sharma, which he ridiculed the hon’ble Supreme Court’s order on green crackers and timing regulation for bursting of crackers in Delhi-NCR.
In her response, senior AAP leader and party’s national spokesperson Atishi said Mr OP Sharma is a national symbol of BJP’s absurdity. In his comments to the media, Mr Sharma stated on Thursday morning that the hon’ble Supreme Court order on green crackers and timing regulation was “laughable and the court should desist from passing such orders”.
In her response, Atishi said :“It is extremely shocking and beyond any reasonable understanding that the BJP is casting aspersions on the hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the highest and final court of the country, whose judgements are law of the land and binding on each and every citizen of the country. This party has unleashed anti-social elements on the highest court of the country.”
The AAP leader further stated :“It was for the benefit of the residents of Delhi and NCR that the hon’ble Supreme Court came out with an order on green crackers. It was for our health and well being, what was wrong with that order ? Such an order deserved to be wholeheartedly welcomed and was done so by all concerned citizens.”
Atishi said the fact is that Delhi air quality witnesses deterioration between the October 25-November 15 period each year primarily due to the impact of crop residue burning in parts of northern India and the bursting of crackers during Diwali, as is clear from the data of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
She said the residents of Delhi/NCR are indebted to the hon’ble Supreme Court for its complete ban on crackers last year and the regulations this year. “It is clear from the fact that due to all year efforts of the people of Delhi and government and concerned agencies, air quality dipped to severe only twice this year before Diwali,” Atishi said.
Challenging the BJP to come clean on the issue, Atishi posed the following questions to the Centre’s ruling party :
1) Is the statement of OP Sharma the BJP’s official stand on hon’ble Supreme Court order on Diwali ?
2) What are the views of union Environment Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan and BJP national president Mr Amit Shah on the issue ?
3) Does the BJP think that the hon’ble Supreme Court order was laughable and it should desist from passing such orders ?
4) What does the BJP have to say about the health and wellbeing of the residents of Delhi/NCR ?
5) Is Mr OP Sharma the national symbol of BJP whose absurd statements are a matter of pride for this party ?
