I am Arvind Kejriwal, your own Chief Minister speaking – Namaste – how are you ?
I am always extremely worried about women safety in Delhi and I want to talk to you for two minutes about this.
As you are already aware, we have done a lot of work for Delhi during last four years – Education, Health, Electricity, water and now CCTVs are going to be installed very soon all over Delhi. However, there are many serious problems faced by Delhiites, which can only be resolved if Delhi becomes a full state.
Please tell me one thing – whether you feel safe and secure in Delhi ? Obviously not ! Just see even what small girl children in Delhi go through !
But Why ? These beasts have no fear, they are not even afraid of the police.
Why does the Delhi Police not listen to the people of Delhi ? It is because the Delhi Police is under the direct control of the Prime Minister of India.
Nobody can meet the Prime Minister since he does not have time.
Whne Delhi will be a full state, the Police will be under the control of your own elected Chief Minister, and then the Police will have to listen. Like we have improved the government schools and hospitals, I am telling you when Delhi will be a full state the law and order of Delhi will be such that even if you step out of your home at 11 PM in the night, nobody will even dare to look at you.
BJP and Congress, both, in the past had said they will provide full statehood for Delhi, but of them deceived you.

This time we will ensure that Delhi becomes a full state so that you feel safe, secure and truly independent here.

हैलो, हां नमस्कार जी। मैं अरविंद केजरीवाल बोल रहा हूं। आपका अपना मुख्यमंत्री। कैसी हैं आप? दिल्ली में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर मैं बहुत चिंतित रहता हूं। उसी बारे में आपसे दो मिनट बात करनी है।
आपको तो पता है कि पिछले चार साल में हमने खूब काम किये हैं। शिक्षा,स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, पानी… और अब पूरी दिल्ली में बहुत जल्दी सीसीटीवी कैमरे भी लगने जा रहे हैं। पर, दिल्ली वालों की बहुत सारी प्रॉब्लम्स ऐसी हैं जो तभी ठीक होंगी, जब दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य बनेगी।
अच्छा एक बात बताइए क्या आप अपने आपको दिल्ली में सुरक्षित महसूस करती हैं? नहीं ना। आज दिल्ली में छोटी-छोटी बच्चियों के साथ भी…।
आखिर क्यों? इन दरिंदों को किसी का डर क्यों नहीं है। पुलिस का डर भी नहीं है। पुलिस लोगों की क्यों नहीं सुनती? क्योंकि दिल्ली पुलिस सीधे प्रधानमंत्री जी के अंडर में आती है। प्रधानमंत्री जी से तो कोई मिल ही नहीं सकता। प्रधानमंत्री जी के पास तो टाइम नहीं है।
दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य बनेगी तो पुलिस आपके चुने हुए मुख्यमंत्री के अंडर में आएगी। तब पुलिस को आपकी सुननी पड़ेगी। जैसे, हमने दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल और अस्पताल ठीक किये ना … वैसे ही दिल्ली की कानून-व्यवस्था ऐसी कर देंगे कि अगर आप रात को 11 बजे भी अपने घर से बाहर निकलेंगी तो भी किसी की हिम्मत नहीं होगी कि आपकी तरफ आंख उठाकर भी देख सके।
बीजेपी और कांग्रेस दोनों ने कहा था कि दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य बनाएंगे। दोनों ने धोखा दिया। आम आदमी पार्टी, आपकी अपनी पार्टी है। इस बार आम आदमी पार्टी को वोट देना। इस बार दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य बनवाकर रहेंगे ताकि आप अपने आपको सुरक्षित और आजाद महसूस कर सकें। जय हिंद।
