नई दिल्ली। “दिलीप पांडे मेरे अनुज हैं। बहुत अच्छे इनसान हैं। इनको आप अपना आशीर्वाद दीजिए जिससे ये खुश रहें और आपको भी खुश रखें। दिलीप पांडे एक सोशल एक्टिविस्ट के तौर पर आप सब लोगों के हक के लिए कई वर्षों से आपकी आवाज बुलंद कर रहे हैं। आप इन्हें मजबूत कीजिए। अगर आप इन्हें मजबूत करते हैं तो अरविंद केजरीवाल जी मजबूत होंगे और इससे मुझे व्यक्तिगत तौर पर बहुत खुशी होगी” जाने-माने अभिनेता, सांसद और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा ने एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान ये बातें कहीं।
स्किल डेवलपमेंट ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम को संबोधित करते हुए शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा ने मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के प्रयासों की तारीफ करते हुए ये भी कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार ने शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में क्रांतिकारी काम किये हैं।
इस मौके पर दिल्ली के उप-मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा, “हमें हमेशा शत्रुघ्न जी की उपस्थिति, आशीर्वाद और प्यार मिला है। पर इस नेक काम में आपकी उपस्थिति बहुत मायने रखती है।“
उन्होंने कहा कि देश की राजधानी में बैठकर हम आर्टिफीशियल मैनेजमेंट, ऑटोमेशन, डाटा मैनेजमेंट, रोबोटिक्स जैसी टेक्नोलॉजी की बड़ी-बड़ी बातें करते हैं लेकिन राजधानी में ही हमारे बहुत से भाई-बहन ऐसे हैं जिन्हें अपनी जीविका के लिए लोगों का मैला उठाना पड़ता है। वहां ये सारी बड़ी-बड़ी बातें फेल हो जाती हैं।
हम आज इस मंच पर भाषण देने, विश्लेषण करने या चिंता करने नहीं आए हैं बल्कि इसका सलूशन लेकर आए हैं। ये कार्यक्रम यहां पायलट तौर पर शुरू होगा इसके बाद हम इसे पूरी दिल्ली में करेंगे।
स्किल डेवलपमेंट ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम के जरिए मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स की जिंदगी को बेहतर बनाने के लिए दिल्ली की अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार ने एक कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है जिसे उत्तर पूर्वी जिले के नंदनगरी स्थित जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में लांच किया गया।
इस कार्यक्रम को शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, दिल्ली के डिप्टी सीएम और शिक्षामंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के अलावा सामाजिक कल्याण मंत्री व स्थानीय विधायक राजेंद्रपाल गौतम, दिल्ली साहित्य कला परिषद के सदस्य और उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा प्रभारी दिलीप पांडे ने भी संबोधित किया।
दिलीप पांडे ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार लगातार सामाजिक सुधार और सामाजिक न्याय की दिशा में काम कर रही है। हमें खुशी है कि हमारे क्षेत्र में मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स की पहचान कर उनकी जिंदगी में बदलाव लाने की कोशिश हो रही है यह बहुत ही सराहनीय कदम है। जल्द ही पूरी दिल्ली में मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स को खत्म किया जाएगा और मशीनों का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। उनके काम और हुनर को सम्मान दिया जाएगा और वह सारे लोग पहले से ज्यादा कमाई करके समाज में सम्मानित जिंदगी जिएंगे।
इस कार्यक्रम का खास मकसद मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स की जिंदगी में बदलाव लाने की है। मैनुअल स्वेवेंजर्स को मौत के जोखिम को खत्म करना है और उनके जीवन स्तर को बढ़ावा देकर और उन्हें सम्मानित जीवन में लाना है।

Well known actor and Member of Parliament Mr. Shatrughan Sinha praised the Kejriwal Government at the inaugural function of the Skill Development Training Program held in the District Office of North-East Delhi’s Nand Nagri area.
“Dilip Pandey is like my younger brother. Please bless him to be happy so that he is empowered to take care of your happiness. Dilip is a well known activist and has been contributing towards the welfare of people since many years. Please do give him strength so that Arvind Kejriwal gets stronger to serve the capital. It will make me very happy,” said Mr. Sinha at the program.
Addressing the Skill Development Training Program, Mr. Shatrughan Sinha praised the efforts of Delhi Government for making the life of manual scavengers better. He added that the Delhi Government has brought a revolutionary change in the Education and health sectors.
Mr. Manish Sisodia, Dy. Chief Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi stated that “We are here to provide the solution to Manual Scavengers with great enthusiasm. It’s a pilot project started in Shahdara District, and in near future, will be implemented by every District and lauded the role of DM, Shahdara. ”
The Kejriwal Government in Delhi has started a new program through the Skill Development Training which will help in improving the quality of life of the manual scavengers. This program was launched at the District office of North East Delhi’s Nand Nagri area.
Apart from Mr. Shatrughan Sinha and Mr. Sisodia, this program was attended by the Social Welfare Minister Mr. Rajendra Pal Gautam, Member of Delhi Art and Culture Council and North-East Delhi Lok Sabha In-charge of AAP Mr. Dilip Pandey.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Dilip Pandey said that the Delhi Government is continuously working in the direction of social welfare and social justice. I am happy that the Delhi Government has recognised the manual scavengers and is working for their betterment. The step taken by the Kejriwal Government is worth praising. Delhi is soon going to be free from manual scavengers who will be replaced by machines. The work of scavengers will be utilized and respected in every aspect and every scavenger will earn well and lead a good life.
The main objective of this program is to change the life of manual scavengers. It will also help save the scavengers from risking their lives and to provide them a respectful and good quality of life.
