National Convenor of Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a tweet on Friday said that since the BJP government came to power, the country has been living in an undeclared emergency. As BJP government’s tenure comes to an end, it has crossed all limits of ethics. The Government’s decision to monitor the public’s computers are in violation of constitutional rights of the public. Can such kind of curtailment of rights be tolerated in a democracy?
It is not hidden from anyone that the BJP has misused all the government institutions of the country for its political advantage. Whether it is the RBI, the CBI, the ACB or other government institutions in the country. The BJP has misled these institutions for its personal benefit. Today the situation of the RBI has become so tragic that two successive governors in the RBI left their position after being troubled by the BJP’s dictatorship. The same situation remains in the CBI today. The whole country saw how the CBI officials were fighting nuder the government of BJP. The country’s most powerful institution stands on the verge of collapse. The same is true of the rest of the other government institutions in the country.
The Home Ministry has issued a notification and said that 10 government institutions have been given the right to investigate the computers of any citizen of the country. It seems that this country has not got the Prime Minister but a detective who wants to spy every citizen of the country and wants to look in every house. By making these laws, the BJP wants to seize the leaders of its opposition party. They are just interested in finding out what are the weaknesses of the opposition leaders and how can they be blackmailed?
The Aam Aadmi Party believes that these instructions implemented by the BJP are unconstitutional, undemocratic and this is a direct attack on every citizen’s right to privacy. The order is in contempt of the Supreme Court’s August 2017 verdict of privacy being a fundamental right. The Aam Aadmi Party will strongly oppose it in both the Houses, and to take back the order will press the Government to take it back.

नई दिल्ली, शुक्रवार को एक ट्वीट करके आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक एवं दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जब से देश में भाजपा की सरकार आई है, तब से देश एक अघोषित आपातकाल में जी रहा है। सरकार के कार्यकाल के आखिरी कुछ महीनो में तो भाजपा सरकार ने नैतिकता की सारी हदें पार कर दी। सरकार का जनता के कम्प्यूटर्स पर निगरानी रखने का फैसला, जनता के संवैधानिक अधिकारों का हनन है। क्या जनता के अधिकारों में इस प्रकार का हस्तक्षेप बर्दाश्त किया जा सकता है?

यह बात किसी से भी नहीं छिपी है कि भाजपा ने अपने राजनितिक लाभ के लिए देश के सभी सरकारी संस्थानों का गलत उपयोग किया है। चाहे आरबीआई हो, सीबीआई हो, एसीबी हो या देश की अन्य सरकारी संस्थान। भाजपा ने अपने निजी लाभ के लिए इन सभी संस्थानों का बेड़ा गर्क कर दिया है। आज आरबीआई की स्थिति इतनी खरब हो चुकी है कि आरबीआई में एक के बाद एक दो गवर्नरो ने भाजपा की तानाशाही से परेशान होकर अपना पद छोड़ दिया। वही हालात आज सीबीआई में भी बनी हुए है। पूरे देश ने देखा कि किस प्रकार से भाजपा की सरकार में सीबीआई अधिकारी आपस में ही लड़ रहे हैं। देश का सबसे शक्तिशाली संसथान टूट के कगार पर खडा हुआ है। देश के बाकी सरकारी संस्थानों का भी यही हाल है।
गृह मंत्रालय ने एक नोटिफिकेशन जारी करके कहा है कि देश की 10 सरकारी संस्थानों को अधिकार दिया गया है कि वो देश के किसी भी नागरिक के कम्प्यूटर्स की कभी भी जांच कर सकते हैं। ऐसा लगता है इस देश को प्रधानमंत्री नहीं बल्कि एक जासूस मिला है, जो देश के हर नागरिक की जासूसी करना चाहता है, हर घर में झांककर देखना चाहता है। ये क़ानून बनाकर भाजपा अपने विरोधी पार्टी के नेताओं पर सिकंजा कसना चाहती है। विरोधी नेताओं की क्या कमजोरियां है, किस तरह से उन्हें ब्लैकमेल किया जा सकता है।
आम आदमी पार्टी का मानना है कि भाजपा द्वारा लागू किया गया ये निर्देश असंवेधानिक है, अलोकतांत्रिक है, और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा लोगो के निजिता के अधिकारों को सुरक्षित रखने का जो आदेश है उस पर हथोडा चलाने और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों का अपमान करने का का काम भाजपा ने किया है। आम आदमी पार्टी दोनों सदनों में इसका पुरजोर विरोध करेगी, और सरकार पर ये आदेश वापस लेने का
दवाब डालेगी ।
