पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ भरद्वाज ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी गंभीरता से इस बात को मानती है कि मुख्य सचिव अंशु प्रकाश, जो कि लंबे समय से भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेताओं से जुड़े रहे हैं, को दिल्ली की चुनी हुई सरकार को अस्थिर करने की योजना के साथ दिल्ली में तैनात किया गया था। अंशु प्रकाश द्वारा बनाई ढीली ढाली कहानी केवल और केवल राजनीति से प्रेरित, विरोधाभासी बयान और अप्राकृतिक आचरण की एक गठरी मात्र है।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल को बदनाम करने और दिल्ली की जनता द्वारा चुनी हुई सरकार को अस्थिर करने का ये षड्यंत्र 1 9 फरवरी 2018 की रात को उपराज्यपाल साहब के घर में मुख्य सचिव अंशु प्रकाश, एलजी अनिल बैजल और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अफ़सर की मौजूदगी में रचा गया जो पीएमओ के इशारे पर रची गई।
इस मुक़दमे से पहले भी कई बार आम आदमी पार्टी के मंत्रियों और विधायकों को झूठे मुकदमों में फ़साने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन हर बार भाजपा को मुंह की खानी पड़ी। और हमें यकीन है की इस केस में भी सत्य की जीत होगी और एक बार फिरसे षड्यंत्रकारियों को मुंह की खानी पड़ेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस केस में बहुत से ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु हैं जो ये साबित करते है की मुख्य सचिव अंशु प्रकाश राजनिति से प्रेरित होकर मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल को फ़साने और दिल्ली की चुनी हुई सरकार को अस्थिर करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
1. 11 लोगों द्वारा योजना बनाकर पीटा जाने के बाद मुख्य सचिव अंशु प्रकाश CCTV कैमरा में बड़े आराम से टहलते हुए मुख्यमंत्री आवास से बहार जाते हुए नज़र आ रहे है। क्या ऐसा संभव है?
2. इस घटना के बाद FIR दर्ज कराने के बजाय, मुख्य सचिव उपराज्यपाल साहब के घर गए, सूत्रों के हवाले से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार दिल्ली के पुलिस के आला अधिकारी भी वहां पर मजूद थे, और उन लोगो के साथ मिलकर षड्यंत्र की रचना की गई। इसी षड्यंत्र के तहत फिर अगले दिन सचिवालय जाकर मुख्य सचिव ने आईएएस अधिकारीयों और अन्य अधिकारीयों की असोसीएशन के साथ मीटिंग करके दिल्ली सरकार को अपंग बनाने की साजिश रची।
3. सचिवालय में अधिकारीयों के साथ सभी व्यस्त बैठकों के बाद, जब याद आया की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट की ज़रूरत पड़ेगी, तब जाकर मुख्य सचिव साहब डाक्टर के पास अगली रात को मेडिकल जांच करवाने गए।
4. डाक्टर द्वारा बनाई गई मेडिकल रिपोर्ट का झूठ तब सामने आ जाता है जब रिपोर्ट में केवल दोनों कानों के पीछे सूजन की बात कही जाती है। ये बड़ा ही हास्यास्पद है कि 11 लोगो द्वारा पीटे गए व्यक्ति के शारीर पर मात्र कानों के पीछे हल्की सी सूजन आती है! और ये इसलिए कहा गया क्योंकि एक दिन पहले सभी मीडिया में मुख्य सचिव साहब की तस्वीरे दिखाई गई थीं, और उनमे कहीं भी, किसी भी प्रकार की चोट का कोई निशान नहीं दिखाई दे रहा था।
ये बेहद ही शर्मनाक और अफ़सोस की बात है कि एक षड्यंत्र के तहत, जनता के टैक्स के पैसों से तनख्वा लेने वाले मुख्य सचिव साहब ने राजनीति से प्रेरित होकर संविधान को तांक पर रख कर, आईएएस अधिकारियों की असंवेधानिक हड़ताल करवाई, उसका नेतृत्व किया, और 4 महीने तक उसी जनता के कल्याण के सभी कार्यों को रोक कर रखा। और आज भी मुख्य सचिव अंशु प्रकाश जनता के नहीं बल्कि केंद्र सरकार के एक एजेंट के रूप में काम कर रहे हैं और दिल्ली सरकार की हर प्रमुख योजना जैसे डोर स्टेप डेविलरी ऑफ राशन, सीसीटीवी इत्यादि में बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहे हैं।
Midnight conspiracy to defame CM, Dy CM & others hatched by the Centre’s Modi govt
A midnight conspiracy to defame the Delhi Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and 11 MLAs in a false and laughable case, was hatched at the highest level by the Centre’s Modi government through its politically appointed Lieutenant Governor and the pro-BJP Chief Secretary.
Modi government has turned the Delhi Police into a laughing stock through its consistent political misuse to frame the CM, Deputy CM, ministers and MLAs in legally untenable, imaginary and false cases, which are falling flat in courts of law almost every day.
BJP’s central government, all investigative agencies at their command, their politically appointed LG and pliant tool the Delhi Police have failed in all their conspiracies so far to terrorise, demoralise or break the Aam Aadmi Party, and will fail yet again in their latest attempt.
The Aam Aadmi Party is of the clear view that Mr Anshu Prakash who has been associated with senior BJP leaders for long, was posted as chief Secretary of Delhi with a sinister plan to paralyse the elected Delhi Government.
The concocted story of Mr Anshu Prakash is a bundle of contradictory, false, misleading and defamatory statements and unnatural conduct.
A conspiracy to defame the Chief Minister and destabilise the elected Delhi Government was executed at the Delhi LG’s house on the night of 19th February 2018.
LG Mr Anil Baijal, Chief Secretary Mr Anshu Prakash and Delhi Police Commisione are main players who implemented this conspiracy, hatched at the behest of the PMO.
Like other fabricated cases that were filed against AAP Ministers and MLAs, even this case will not stand scrutiny of a criminal trial in the court of law.
Few basic facts given below show how the cock and bull story will flat in the court of law and how all Delhi Police plants will remain imaginary stories :
1. Chief Secretary was conveniently walking out of the CM residence after his claim of having been allegedly beaten up by 11 men?
2. Instead of filing a police complaint immediately at night, the CS after having been allegedly beaten up as per his claim, went straight to the LG house, hatched a conspiracy then slept. Next day, he held series of meetings with IAS and other officers associations and worked on the plan to paralyse the elected Government.
3. After all the hectic meetings, when questioned for Medical evidence, he finally visits a doctor for having been assaulted, almost 24 hours after the alleged incident.
4. The Doctor discovers / fabricates the swelling just behind both his ears. ( because lot of photos in Media through out the day are evidently showing that there was no visible swelling).
5. The CS spearheaded an illegal strike of IAS officers and stalled the public welfare works for four months.
6. The CS is still working as a stooge of the Central Government and is creating hurdles in every flagship scheme of the Govt like Doorstep Delivery of Ration, CCTV etc.
