2019 Lok Sabha elections will determine the future of India’s democracy
Aam Aadmi Party statement on PM Modi’s lies at Ramlila Maidan :
True to the character of the BJP, its Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi on Saturday chose to spread lies ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
The AAP is very clear that the coming Lok Sabha elections will determine whether India will remain a democracy.
With the Modi government approaching the end of its five year undemocratic, anti-federal and dictatorial tenure, the voters of India will decide whether such a regime was in their interest.
Having no concrete achievement to tell the country about his tenure, the Prime Minister is harping on lies to mislead the nation.
The Modi government left no stone unturned in targeting its political opponents using all its might through the illegal and blatant misuse of central agencies, and it destroyed all institutions of the country.
It is a joke that the Prime Minister is talking about having been targeted by the previous central government when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat and is trying to gain sympathy by stating that he was questioned for nine hours.
What has he done differently when he became the Prime Minister ?
Just a look at Delhi will make everything clear :
· Office and home of elected Delhi Chief Minister has been raided by CBI and Delhi Police
· Deputy Chief Minister and two ministers have been raided and questioned by central agencies.
· Atleast 20 MLAs were arrested on fake charges by politically manipulated Delhi Police and all cases which have been tried so far in courts have fallen flat
· More than 400 files of Delhi government were illegally seized in a bid to implicate the Chief Minister and council of ministers in fake cases – but Modi government badly failed in its sinister design.
· Officers were instigated to remain on strike for four months to paralyse the elected government.
· Officers were directed to speak publicly against the elected government in violation of all laws and rules. Those officers who followed the Modi government’s illegal directions were rewarded and those who opposed were punished.
· All important policies and welfare measures of elected Delhi government were stalled through the illegal use of Lieutenant Governor office.
Above mentioned are only a few examples of how democracy was murdered in Delhi and an elected government was strangulated for its only fault that it was opposed to the BJP and Prime Minister Modi.
It is only due to the determination and firm resolve of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his council of ministers that they have been able to deliver despite such a hostile Central government, which did not believe in either democracy of federalism – the basic features of our Constitution.
Next, PM Modi talking about having provided a corruption free government is a joke the way his government has been exposed in how he used all his might to remove the CBI director Alok Verma.
Modi government unleashed the CBI and Delhi Police on Kejriwal government so many times during last four years, and subjected it to countless raids and inquiries, so much so that more than 400 files of Delhi government were illegally seized by the Modi government
Kejriwal government was not afraid at all of these raids and so-called probes since it had not indulged in any wrong doing even of a single paisa, even though the Modi government tried its level best to frame the Delhi government in multiple fake cases.
Now, it has come to light that the Modi government wants to purchase Rafale fighter aircrafts at a very high price – the cost of one fighter aircraft is around Rs 600 crore and they want to purchase it at Rs 1600 crore per aircraft – meaning 36 fighter jets at an extra Rs 36,000 crore to the government exchequer.
This is what was to be probed by Mr Alok Verma, what was wrong if this had been probed ?
For this precise reason, the Prime Minister had put all his might in removing Mr Alok Verma as CBI director since last two months. Why ?
If the Prime Minister had done no wrong, what was the problem in letting the Rafale probe go on ?
Had the probe been conducted, everything would have become crystal clear to the country. What was the fear ? Using such might and removing somebody forcibly from will wreck the entire system.
It is still too early to say how many skeletons will tumble out in the CBI case, since the CVC office and institution appears to have been already compromised to save the Prime Minister.
AAP has already made its stand clear on how the Election Commission of India lost its impartiality during last five years and its partial, politically loaded and ill-advised opinion recommending disqualification of 20 Delhi MLAs was struck down by the Delhi High Court last year.
In the coming days, the AAP will come out with details of how Modi government destroyed institutions and democracy during last five years so that the voters know the reality before they decide the future of the country in 2019.
आने वाला 2019 का लोकसभा चुनाव तय करेगा कि भारतीय लोकतंत्र का भविष्य क्या होगा।
राम लीला मैदान में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा बोले गए झूठ पर आम आदमी पार्टी की प्रतिक्रिया :
2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले मोदी जी ने जानता के सामने झूठ बोल कर एक बार फिर भाजपा का असली चेहरा देश की जनता ला दिया है।
आम आदमी पार्टी का मानना है कि आने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव के नतीजे तय करेंगे की भारत में लोकतंत्र जिन्दा रहेगा या नहीं ।
भाजपा के पांच साल के अलोकतांत्रिक, तानाशाह और जन-विरोधी शासन काल के बाद अब जानता को तय करना है कि क्या यही शासन उन्हें दौबारा चाहिए?
भाजपा सरकार ने पिछले पांच सालों में ऐसा कोई काम नहीं किया, जिसके अधर पर वो जानता से वोट मांग सके। इसीलिए प्रधानमंत्री जानता के बीच झूठ बोलकर उन्हें लुभाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
मोदी सरकार ने अपने विरोधियों को समाप्त करने के लिए शाम,दाम, दण्ड, भेद सब कुछ इस्तेमाल किया। अपनी नाकामियों को छुपाने के लिए संविधान को तांक पर रखकर सारे असंवेधानिक काम किए। देश के सभी बड़े बड़े सरकारी संस्थानों जैसे सीबीआई,सीवीसी आदि का दुरूपयोग किया।
ये बड़ा ही हास्यास्पद है कि आज जब भाजपा के पास देश की जानता के सामने बताने के लिए कोई काम नहीं है जो उन्होंने जन-हित में किया तो मोदी जी दशकों पहले की बातें निकालकर जानता से साहनुभूति बटोरने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। देश में आज भाजपा की सरकार है और मोदी जी कांग्रेस को निशाना बनाकर अपनी राजनीतिक नैया को एक बार फिर पार लगाने की फ़िराक में हैं।
नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने देश का प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद जो भी कार्य किए उन्हें कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओ के माध्यम से समझा जा सकता है, जो निम्न प्रकार हैं…..
-दिल्ली के निर्वाचित एवं लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के घर और दफ्तर पर सीबीआई और दिल्ली पुलिस की रेड करवाई।
दिल्ली के उप-मुख्यमंत्री एवं दो अन्य मंत्रियों पर भी भिन्न भिन्न केन्द्रीय एजेंसियों द्वारा रेड करवाई, पूछताछ के बहाने कई कई घंटो प्रताड़ित किया।
-आम आदमी पार्टी के लगभग 20 विधायकों को दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा झूठे केसों में फसाया, जिसके लिए अदालत में दिल्ली पुलिस और केंद्र सरकार को फटकार झेलनी पड़ी।
-दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे जनहित के कार्यों की 400 से अधिक फाइलें, गैरकानूनी तरीके से जब्त कर दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्रियों को झूठे केसों में फ़साने की कोशिश की, और कई सालों तक दिल्ली की जनता के हित के कार्यों को रोक कर रखा।
-दिल्ली की जनता द्वारा प्रचंड बहुमत से चुनी हुई सरकार के खिलाफ़ अधिकारियों को भड़काकर, तथा डरा धमका कर उनसे चार महीनों तक हड़ताल करवाई और दिल्ली सरकार को अपाहिज बनाने की कोशिश की।
-अधिकारियों को सारे नियम क़ानून तांक पर रखकर चुनी हुई सरकार के खिलाफ़ जानता के बीच झूठ फ़ैलाने को कहा गया। जिन अधिकारीयों ने भाजपा सरकार के इशारे पर काम किया उन्हें पदोन्नति से नवाज़ा गया, और जिन अधिकारियों ने मोदी जी की बात नहीं मानी, उन्हें भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार से प्रताड़ित किया गया।
-दिल्ली सरकार ने दिल्ली की जानता के हित में जो महत्वपूर्ण पॉलिसी बनाई थीं, उपराज्यपाल की शक्तियों का दुरूपयोग करके भाजपा ने उन सभी पॉलिसियों को रोकने का काम किया।
ये सभी बिंदु तो केवल उदहारण मात्र हैं कि किस तरह से भाजपा ने लोकतंत्र की हत्या की है। किस तरह एक चुनी हुई सरकार नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की गलत नीतियों का विरोध करने का खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ रहा है।
यह दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और अन्य मंत्रियों की कर्तव्य निष्ठां, और दिल्ली के जनता के प्रति समर्पण का कमाल है कि इतनी रूकावटो के बावजूद आज दिल्ली में जो आमूलचूल परिवर्तन के काम हुए हैं, वो देश के किसी और राज्य की सरकार ने नहीं किए।
नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने रामलीला मैदान के मंच से कहा की भाजपा ने देश को एक साफ़ छवि वाली सरकार दी है। एक बार फिर मोदी जी का झूठ जानता के सामने तब आ गया जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद अपनी शक्तियों का गलत प्रयोग करके, सीबीआई डाइरेक्टर को छल पूर्वक मोदी जी ने उनके पड़ से हटा दिया।
मोदी सरकार ने लाख कोशिशे की, कि किसी प्रकार से अरविंद केजरीवाल या उसके मंत्रियों एवं विधायको को फसाया जा सके। दर्जनों बार सीबीआई और दिल्ली पुलिस की रेड करवाई, विधायकों पर झूठे केस करवाए, हर वो कोशिश की जिससे दिल्ली सरकार की छवि जानता की नजरो में खराब की जा सके। इतने सबके बावजूद भी न तो अरविंद केजरीवाल और न ही उनके मंत्री, विधायक भाजपा की in गन्दी चालों से डरे। क्यूकी पूरा देश जानता है की अगर देश में सबसे ईमानदार पार्टी कोई है तो वो है आम आदमी पार्टी। सारी कोशिशों के बावजूद भी मोदी जी एक पैसे का भी भ्रष्टाचार अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनके सहयोगियों पर साबित नहीं कर पाए।
जैसा कि सभी को ज्ञात है की मोदी सरकार ने 600 करोड़ का एक राफेल जहाज 1600 करोड़ में खरीदना तय किया है। सरकार ने अभी 36 राफेल जहाज खरीदने का प्रस्ताव पास किया है। भाजपा सरकार एक जहाज को लगभग 1000 करोड़ रूपए अधिक कीमत पर खरीद रही है। 36 जहाज अर्थात सरकारी कोष को 36 हज़ार करोड़ का चूना। सीबीआई डायरेक्टर रहते हुए अलोक वर्मा ने इसकी जांच के आदेश दिए थे। और शायद यही कारण रहा की मोदी जी को आनन् फानन में अपनी शक्तियों का गलत इस्तेमाल करके उनको सीबीआई डायरेक्टर के पद से हटाना पड़ा। अगर जांच होती तो शायद राफेल में हुए घोटाले का सच पूरी दुनिया के सामने आ जाता। अगर मोदी जी ने राफेल की खरीद में कोई घोटाला नहीं किया तो जांच से क्यों घबरा रहे है।
चुनाव आयोग की बात करें तो आम आदमी पार्टी ने पहले ही अपना रुख स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि कैसे पिछले पांच वर्षों के दौरान भारत के चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी निष्पक्षता खो दी।उच्च न्यायालय का आदेश इस बात पर मोहर लगता है कि चुनाव आयोग ने जो दिल्ली के 20 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित करने की सिफारिश की थी, वो किस प्रकार से राजनीतिक रूप से भरी हुई और गैर-सलाह वाली राय थी।
आने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली और देश की जानता के समक्ष भाजपा के सारे कच्चे चिट्ठे खोल कर रख देगी, और जानता को भाजपा की गन्दी राजनीति से रु-बरु करने का काम करेगी, ताकि 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में जानता इस देश का अच्छा भविष्य तय कर सके।
