Remove Dictatorship Save Democracy rally at Jantar Mantar on 13th February
AAP Delhi Convenor Gopal Rai issued the following statement :
India is currently passing through a decisive phase. The Modi-Shah duo is bent upon destroying the Constitution and Democracy, which our country succeeded in achieving due to the sacrifices of millions of freedom fighters.
Today it is the duty of every patriotic Indian to stand up for safeguarding the country’s Constitution and Democracy.
To take forward this struggle, Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi and West Bengal – Mr N Chandrababu Naidu, Mr Arvind Kejriwal and Ms Mamata Banerjee – will address the Remove Dictatorship Save Democracy Rally at Jantar Mantar on Wednesday, 13th February.
Main leaders on non-BJP parties will also participate in this rally.
Trinamool Congress chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Ms Mamata Banerjee is coordinating with non-BJP parties for the participation of their leadership in this Save Democracy movement.
Elected governments of non-BJP parties have been targeted by the Narendra Modi government, which has made a mockery of the federal structure of the Constitution.
Modi government has crossed all limits through blatant misuse of central agencies to throttle political opponents and it has no respect for the rule of law.
All those who want to save the country from this dictatorial duo should come forward to safeguard democracy.

नई दिल्ली, 11 फरवरी, सोमवार। एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक एवं कैबिनेट मंत्री गोपाल राय ने कहा कि पिछले 5 साल में भाजपा की सरकार ने नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में जो विपक्षी पार्टियों को कुचलने का, देश से लोकतंत्र खत्म करने का काम किया है, आज पूरा देश उससे छुटकारा पाना चाहता है।
नरेंद्र मोदी और अमित शाह की तानाशाह जोड़ी के खिलाफ पूरे देश में विपक्ष के द्वारा लगातार आवाजें उठती रहे हैं। उसी कड़ी में आने वाली 13 फरवरी को दोपहर 12:00 बजे पूरा विपक्ष जंतर मंतर पर इकट्ठा होने जा रहा है। जिसके माध्यम से “तानाशाही हटाओ लोकतंत्र बचाओ” नमक सत्याग्रह शुरू किया जाएगा।
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल, पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी और आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू जी के नेतृत्व में देश भर की विपक्षी पार्टियों के साथ संपर्क साधने का काम चल रहा है। हमें पूरी उम्मीद है कि सभी विपक्षी दलों के लोग 13 फरवरी को तानाशाही हटाओ लोकतंत्र बचाओ सत्याग्रह में शामिल होंगे।
आज पूरे देश में भाजपा के खिलाफ जो माहौल है, उसके मद्देनजर अलग-अलग राज्यों की अलग-अलग पार्टियां इस मुहिम को लेकर आगे बढ़ रही हैं। दिल्ली में इस सत्याग्रह को आगे बढ़ाने का भार आम आदमी पार्टी ने अपने कंधों पर लिया है। क्योंकि लोकसभा चुनाव नजदीक हैं इसी के मद्देनजर आम आदमी पार्टी के सभी विधायक और पार्षद अपने अपने इलाके में, घर घर जाकर, जनता को इस तानाशाह सरकार की हकीकत बताने का काम करेंगे, और देश से इस तानाशाह सरकार को हटाने में सहयोग की अपील करेंगे।
आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर “तानाशाही हटाओ लोकतंत्र बचाओ” सत्याग्रह को पूरे देश की जनता के सामने लेकर जाएंगे।
