कृष्णानगर विधायक के ख़िलाफ़ फ़र्जी FIR की निंदा करती है आम आदमी पार्टी
तीन साल पहले वापस ली गई एक पुरानी शिकायत के आधार पर एसीबी कर रही है काम, बीजेपी के इशारे पर किया जा रहा है राजनीतिक षडयंत्र
तीन साल पहले बनाई गई एक कपटपूर्ण ऑडियो क्लिप के आधार पर एक बुजुर्ग़ वकील को किया जा रहा है परेशान
कृष्णानगर से आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक और एक बुजुर्ग़ सेल्स-टैक्स वकील श्री एस के बग्गा के ख़िलाफ़ एक फ़र्जी मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है जिसकी आम आदमी पार्टी कड़े शब्दों में निंदा करती है। तीन साल पुरानी एक आधारहीन शिकायत के आधार पर एसीबी ‘आप’ विधायक के ख़िलाफ़ काम कर रही है जो शिकायत तीन साल पहले साल 2015 में शिकायतकर्ता ने वापस भी ले ली थी।
यह किसी की भी समझ से परे है कि बीजेपी द्वारा बंधक बनाई गई एसीबी, जो दिल्ली के लोगों द्वारा की गई भ्रष्टाचार की वास्तविक शिकायतों के खिलाफ़ तो कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करती है लेकिन आम आदमी पार्टी के निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों के ख़िलाफ़ फ़र्ज़ी और पुरानी शिकायतों के आधार पर उन्हें निशाना बनाती है, ज़ाहिर है एसीबी अपने बीजेपी के राजनीतिक मालिकों के आदेश पर ही ऐसा कर रही है।
वर्तमान तथ्य यह दिखाते हैं कि एसीबी ने अगस्त 2015 में दी गई एक शिकायत के आधार पर श्री बग्गा के खिलाफ़ अब एफआईआर दर्ज की है, आपको बता दें कि शिकायतकर्ता ने नवंबर 2015 में ही तीन महीने के भीतर ही अपनी शिकायत को वापस ले लिया था।
शिकायतकर्ता ने खुद जांच अधिकारी को लिखित में दिया है कि उन्होंने 2015 में स्थानीय विधायक (श्री बग्गा) के ख़िलाफ़ कुछ व्यक्तिगत कारणों की वजह से शिकायत दायर की थी, और तीन महीने बाद उन्होंने कम से कम 10 गवाहों की उपस्थिति में उनके खिलाफ़ लगाए गए सभी आरोप वापस ले लिए थे।
यह चौंकाने वाला है कि एसीबी द्वारा दर्ज़ की गई झूठी एफआईआर का आधार तीन साल पुरानी एक ऑडियो क्लिप है, जिसकी फोरेंसिक जांच में यह भी पता नहीं लगाया जा सकता कि क्या वो ऑडियो क्लिप वास्तविक है भी या फिर उसके साथ कोई छेड़छाड़ की गई है।
दिल्ली पुलिस और भाजपा शासित केंद्र सरकार की अन्य एजेंसियों द्वारा अपने विधायकों के उत्पीड़न को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी मूक दर्शक नहीं बनी रहेगी, भाजपा शासित केंद्र सरकार अपनी पुलिस और एजेंसियों के माध्यम से राजनीतिक षडयंत्र के तहत ही आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायकों और नेताओं को झूठे मामलों में फंसा कर आतंकित करने की कोशिश कर रही हैं।
आम आदमी पार्टी अपने विधायक के ख़िलाफ़ की गई इस फर्जी एफआईआर के खिलाफ़ जाते हुए कानूनी सहारा लेगी और दिल्ली पुलिस और एसीबी के नापाक मंसूबों का पर्दाफ़ाश करेगी, ज़ाहिर है भाजपा के इशारे पर ही दिल्ली पुलिस और दूसरी जांच एजेंसियां दिल्ली के निवासियों और उनके निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों के हितों के ख़िलाफ़ काम कर रही हैं।

AAP strongly condemns the bogus FIR against its Krishnanagar MLA on a withdrawn complaint
· Defunct ACB has acted on a three year-old complaint already withdrawn
· Dubious audio clip recorded three years back being used to harass a veteran lawyer
Aam Aadmi Party strongly condemns the bogus FIR registered against its Krishnanagar MLA and a veteran sales tax advocate Mr SK Bagga by the Anti Corruption Branch on a three year-old frivolous complaint, which had even subsequently been withdrawn by the complainant in 2015 itself.
It is beyond any reasonable understanding that the defunct ACB, which has failed in taking any action against genuine complaints of corruption by residents of Delhi, is targeting the elected representatives of the Aam Aadmi Party on frivolous grounds merely by taking orders from political bosses of the BJP.
Facts show that the ACB has registered the FIR against Mr Bagga on the basis of a complaint given to it in August 2015, which the complainant subsequently withdrew within three months, in November 2015.
The complainant himself has given in writing to the Investigating Officer that he had filed the complaint due to some personal grudge against the local MLA (Mr Bagga) in 2015, and three months later he withdrew all the allegations against him in presence of atleast 10 witnesses. It is shocking that the basis of this false FIR is a three year-old audio clip, which has not even been forensically examined to establish whether it is genuine and whether it has been tampered with.
The Aam Aadmi Party will not remain a mute spectator to the harassment of its MLAs by the Delhi Police and other wings of the BJP’s central government, which are trying to terrorise political rivals by foisting false cases against them.
The party will take legal recourse against this bogus FIR and will expose the nefarious designs of Delhi Police and ACB, which are acting against the interests of the residents of Delhi and their elected representatives.
