- Dy CM Manish Sisodia inaugurated open gyms in eight societies of Patparganj assembly constituency*
- Local people are availing facilities of 32 open gyms in Patparganj assembly so far.*
New Delhi- Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Shri Manish Sisodia inaugurated open gyms at eight different societies of Patparganj. The residents of the area will soon be availing facilities of 70 open gyms that are being set up in the Patparganj assembly constituency . Shri Manish Sisodia who is the sitting MLA of the Patparganj constituency inaugurated open gyms at Ankur Apartments, Konark Apartments, Dharma Apartments, Chetna Apartments, Deepa Apartments, Navkunj Apartments, Priyadarshini Apartments and the Ambedkar Park. So far, 32 open gyms have been functional in the area.
Addressing the residents of the area, Shri Manish Sisodia said that due importance should be given to one’s health. He also advised the residents to dedicate a small amount of their time everyday to exercise and work on their physical health. “If you set aside 5-10 minutes of your time everyday, to go to the gym or for your morning walk, your health will be fine.
This gym is made out of your money and you should use it as much as you can. That’s how the purpose of installing these gyms would be served,” said Shri Manish Sisodia.
” We have come into politics to change politics. We have seen immense progress in the fields of health and education. There is still a lot to be done for which we need your cooperation,” he added.
Shri Manish Sisodia also wrote in his tweet, “Open gyms in eight different societies started in Patparganj Assembly Constituency this morning. So far, 32 gyms have been set up in Patparganj by the Delhi government. In total, 70 gyms are being set up.”
In another tweet, Manish Sisodia wrote, “Happy to see that our children, elderly and young people are using the open gyms. May God keep everyone healthy and make everyone happy.”
During the inaugural event of the open gyms, residents of Patparganj strongly welcomed Shri Manish Sisodia. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia expressed his happiness on receiving positive response from the people.

दिल्ली के उप-मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया की विधानसभा क्षेत्र पटपड़गंज में 70 ओपन जिम लगाए जा रहे हैं। मनीष सिसोदिया ने रविवार को पटपड़गंज विधानसभा में आठ अलग-अलग सोसाइटियों में ओपन जिम का शुभारंभ किया। उप-मुख्यमंत्री ने रविवार को अंकुर अपार्टमेंट, कोणार्क अपार्टमेंट, धर्मा अपार्टमेंट, चेतना अपार्टमेंट, दीपा अपार्टमेंट, नवकुंज अपार्टमेंट, प्रियदर्शिनी अपार्टमेंट और अंबेडकर पार्क में ओपन जिम का शुभारंभ किया। पटपड़गंज विधानसभा में 70 ओपन जिम खोले जाएंगे। अब तक 32 ओपन जिम खोले जा चुके हैं।
मनीष सिसोदिया ने इस दौरान लोगों को संबंधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सुबह टहलने के दौरान अगर थोड़ा समय जिम में दे दें तो स्वास्थ ठीक रहेगा। पांच – दस मिनट का टाइम भी दे देंगे तो सब लोग स्वस्थ रहेंगा। यह जिम मेरे पैसे से नहीं आप लोगों के पैसे से ही बना है। इस कारण इसका ज्यादा से ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करें। तभी इसकी सार्थकता है। पिछले पांच साल में आपके विधायक ने कोई ऐसा काम नहीं किया होगा, जिससे आपको शर्मिंदा होना पड़े। हमलोग राजनीति को बदलने के लिए राजनीति में आए हैं। शिक्षा और स्वास्थ के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व काम हुआ है। अभी बहुत कुछ करना है। जिसमें आप सबका सहयोग चाहिए।
मनीष सिसोदिया ने अपने ट्वीट में लिखा, “आज सुबह पटपड़गंज विधानसभा में आठ अलग अलग सोसाइटियों में ओपन जिम का शुभारम्भ हुआ। दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से अभी तक पटपड़गंज में 32 जिम लगाए जा चुके है। कुल मिलाकर 70 लगाए जिम लगाए जा रहे हैं।
एक अन्य ट्वीट में मनीष सिसोदिया ने लिखा,”यह देखकर ख़ुशी होती है कि ओपन जिम का इस्तेमाल हमारे बच्चे, बुजुर्ग, नौजवान सब कर रहे हैं। ईश्वर सबको स्वस्थ रखे सबको ख़ुश रखे।”
इस दौरान लोगों ने मनीष सिसोदिया का जोरदार स्वागत किया। जिम उद्घाटन के साथ हीलोग उसका इस्तेमाल करने लगें। जिस देखकर उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने हर्ष व्यक्त किया।
