नई दिल्ली – मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ली की जनता को फिर एक तोहफा दिए हैं। दिल्ली में आने वाली एक हजार स्टैंडर्ड फ्लोर बसों की खेप के तहत 100 नई बसों को राजघाट डिपो से हरी झंडी दिखाए। ये बसें खास हैं। इन बसों में हाइड्रोलिक लिफ्ट,पैनिक बटन,सीसीटीवी कैमरे,जीपीएस समेत सभी आधुनिकतम सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं। इस दौरान परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत व अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थें। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री 25 अक्टूबर को भी 104 नई बसों को द्वारका सेक्टर 22 डिपो से हरी झंडी दिखाए थें।
अगले 6-7 महीनों में 3000 बसें आ रही हैं, जिसमें 1000 इलेक्ट्रिक बसें भी होंगी – अरविंद केजरीवाल
बसों को रवाना करने के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि मैं दिल्ली के लोगों को बधाई देना चाहता हूं कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी की सड़कों पर 100 नई बसों को हरी झंडी दिखाई गई। दिल्ली को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य के लिए पूरी दुनिया में पहचाना जा रहा है, जल्द ही दिल्ली को अपने पब्लिक बस सिस्टम के लिए भी जाना जाएगा। दिल्ली सरकार अगले 6-7 महीनों में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी की सड़कों पर 3000 बसें उतारने वाली है। जिसमें से 1000 इलेक्ट्रिक बसें भी दिल्ली में आएंगी। यह भारत में किसी राज्य में अब तक का सबसे बड़ा इलेक्ट्रिक बसों का बेड़ा होगा। बसें सीसीटीवी कैमरे, पैनिक अलार्म बटन, अलग-अलग एबल्ड के लिए हाइड्रोलिक लिफ्ट और सभी आधुनिक सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित हैं।
हम बसों का समय पर रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करेंगे : अरविंद केजरीवाल
नई क्लस्टर बसों के समय पर रखरखाव के सवाल पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बसों के फीचर मेंटेंर रहेंगे। पहले सुविधा डिलीवरी की समस्या था। अब ऐसा नहीं होगा। बसों का रखरखाव होगा। जैसे हम अस्पतालों का रखरखाव कर रहे, वैसे ही बसों का भी करेंगे। स्कूलों और अस्पतालों को बनाए रखने के लिए पिछली सरकारों को भी बजट स्वीकृत किए गए थे, लेकिन केवल इस सरकार ने उस बजट के साथ स्कूलों और अस्पतालों को बेहतर बनाने पर काम किया है। उसी तरह यह सरकार बसों की सभी सुविधाओं का समय पर रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करेगी।
11 व 12 को आँड ईवन से छूट पर होगी बैठक
सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि गुरु नानक जयंती के कारण 11 और 12 नवंबर को ऑड-ईवन योजना से छूट पर निर्णय लेने के लिए बैठक होगी। हम सिख समुदाय की भावनाओं का सम्मान करते हैं। कई सिख संगठन ने अनुरोध किया है कि 550 वीं गुरु नानक जयंती के कारण 11 और 12 नवंबर को ऑड-ईवन ड्राइव से छूट दी जाए।
इस तरह की हैं सुविधाएं
आँरेंज कलर की ये नई बसें 37 सीटों वाली हैं। सभी बसों में हाइड्रोलिक लिफ्ट है। जिससे दिव्यांग जनों को बस में सवार होने में सहूलियत होगी। । इसके अलावा बस में 14 पैनिक बटन लगाए गए हैं। हर साइड में 7-7 पैनिक बटन हैं। इसके साथ ही तीन सीसीसीटीवी कैमरे अंदर लगाए गए हैं।

- व्हील चेयर से चलने वाले सवारियों के बोर्डिंग और अलाइटिंग की सुविधा के लिए अलग-अलग एबल्ड पर्सन के लिए हाइड्रोलिक लिफ्ट्स
- महिला सुरक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे
- हूटर के साथ पैनिक बटन
- बस की ट्रैकिंग के लिए जीपीएस सिस्टम
- आरामदेह सीटें
पैनिक बटन
- हर बस में यात्री केबिन में विभिन्न प्वाइंट पर यह पैनिक बटन होंगे। एक बार जब कोई यात्री पैनिक बटन दबाएगा, तो बस का सीसीटीवी फुटेज सीधे सेंट्रल कमांड सेंटर पर चला जाएगा और पुलिस हॉटलाइन तुरंत सक्रिय हो जाएगी। बस का जीपीएस लोकेशन स्वत बैकएंड तक पहुंच जाएगा। पैनिक बटन हर बस में सीसीटीवी और जीपीएस के ज्वाइंट सेट के साथ हैं।

300 इलेक्ट्रिक बसों के लिए टेंडर प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ
दिल्ली परिवहन निगम (डीटीसी) 300 इलेक्ट्रिक बसों की खरीद के लिए टेंडर जारी कर चुका है। ये बसें 1,000 क्लस्टर ई-बसों के अलावा होंगी, जिन्हें पहले से ही मौजूदा बेड़े में जोड़ा जाना तय है। टेंडर जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 13.11.19 है। 1,000 लो-फ्लोर, वातानुकूलित, सीएनजी-रन क्लस्टर बसों के लिए वित्तीय बोली भी खोली गई है। 2019-20 के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के बजट के अनुसार, इस वर्ष लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए आदर्श आचार संहिता सहित विभिन्न कारणों से ई-बस खरीद परियोजना में एक वर्ष से अधिक की देरी हुई। इससे पहले, दिल्ली सरकार ने इस साल 2 मार्च को 385 पूर्ण-इलेक्ट्रिक बसों के पहले बेडे के लिए निविदाओं को मंजूरी दी थी। निविदाएं 10 मार्च को मंगाई गई थीं, लेकिन मतदान के कारण प्रक्रिया बाधित हो गई थी।
एक हजार बसों से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में परिवहन व्यवस्था होगी सुदृढ
एक हजार नई बसें दिल्ली के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में परिवहन व्यवस्था को ठीक कर देंगी। यह क्षेत्र अब तक बसों की कमी का सामना कर रही थीं। मेट्रो स्टेशनों, अस्पतालों और ट्रैफिक इंटरचेंज हब के लिए कश्मीरी गेट, आनंद विहार टर्मिनल और सराय कालेन खान में मेट्रो स्टेशनों, कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करने वाले अतिरिक्त मार्गों को इन बसों द्वारा सेवा दी जाएगी।

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday flagged off the third lot of 100 new buses from the 1000 standard floor buses that started being delivered last month. The buses are equipped with ultra-modern facilities and state-of-the-art features like GPS trackers, panic buttons, CCTV, and hydraulic lifts for the convenience of the differently-abled. 129 buses have already been flagged off in the previous month. CM Kejriwal flagged-off the 100 new buses along with Dy CM Shri Sisodia and Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot and other Delhi government officials.
3000 buses, 1000 electric buses to come up in the next 6-7 months
The Chief Minister said, “I want to congratulate the people of Delhi that 100 new buses have been flagged off on the roads of the national capital. Delhi is being recognized all over the world for quality education, health, we are also trying to strengthen our transportation system. 3000 buses will hit the roads of the national capital in the next 6-7 months, out of which 1000 will be electric buses which is the biggest electric bus deployment ever. The buses are equipped with CCTV cameras, panic alarm buttons, hydraulic lifts for the differently-abled, and all modern advancements.”
We will ensure timely maintenance of the buses: CM Arvind Kejriwal
On the timely maintenance of the new buses, the Chief Minister said, “Earlier, we used to witness issues with the last-mile delivery of various services. Budgets have been sanctioned even by the previous governments for maintaining schools and hospitals, but only this government has worked on maintaining schools and hospitals with that budget. In the same way, this government will ensure timely maintenance of all the features of the buses.”

These buses are 37 seater buses. All buses have hydraulic lifts for the convenience of differently-abled. Also, 14 panic buttons have been installed inside the bus. Each side has 7-7 panic buttons. At the same time, three CCTV cameras have been installed inside the bus.

1000 Low floor AC buses
In addition to the above buses, 1000 Low floor AC buses are also being inducted in the scheme. These buses will be suitable for boarding and alighting of differently-abled persons, elderly persons, children, and women. The contract of 650 Low Floor buses has already been awarded by the Department of Transport for three clusters and these buses will start coming from January 2020. The tender for balance 350 buses is being floated soon.
Further, the Delhi government is also inducting 1000 Electric buses in phases. In the 1st phase, the tender for 300 Electric Buses (Low Floor, 12 meters) was floated on 15th October. The last date for the submission of bids is 13th November 2019. The financial bid for 1,000 low-floor, air-conditioned, CNG-run buses has also been opened.
On whether the Delhi government will revoke the Odd-Even scheme on 11th and 12th November due to the 550th birth anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “We respect the sentiments of the Sikh community, and many Sikh organizations have come up before us to request the relaxation of the Odd-Even drive on 11th and 12th November due to 550th Guru Nanak Jayanti. We will have a meeting in this regard and take a decision.”
