नई दिल्ली: आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शकूर बस्ती विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सरस्वती विहार में पार्टी के मुख्य चुनाव कार्यालय का उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि पांच साल पहले दिल्ली निवासियों ने हमें ईमानदारी के लिए वोट देकर भारी बहुमत से दिल्ली की सत्ता सौंपी थी। हमने बड़ी ईमानदारी के साथ काम करके एक-एक पैसा बचाया। उसी पैसे से हमने महिलाओं की बस यात्रा फ्री की। दिल्ली वासियों को बिजली और पानी फ्री देने के साथ तमाम सुविधाएं दी। इस बार हमें काम के नाम पर वोट देना। आज तक किसी पार्टी में यह हिम्मत नहीं हुई, जो पांच साल सरकार चलाने के बाद आकर कह सके कि हमें काम पर वोट देना। मुख्य चुनाव कार्यालय उद्घाटन के दौरान पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता व मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन समेत सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता भी मौजूद रहे।
मुख्य चुनाव कार्यालय का उद्घाटन करने के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि पहली बार देश में ऐसा हो रहा है कि किसी सरकार को पांच साल पूरे करने पर लोग उस सरकार की कमियां निकालने की बजाय उसके काम की तारीफ कर रहे हैं। दिल्ली में जहां भी जाइए, लोग उस सरकार के काम गिना रहे हैं। हम कहीं पर भी जाते हैं। हम अपने काम नहीं गिनाते हैं, बल्कि लोगों से पूछते हैं कि हमने कोई काम किया। इस पर लोग खुद हाथ उठा कर काम गिनाने लगते हैं। कोई कहता है कि स्कूल अच्छे कर दिए। कोई कहता है कि दवाइयां अच्छी कर दी। बिजली मुफ्त और 24 घंटे कर दी। इतने काम हुए और इसका सारा श्रेय आप सभी लोगों पर जाता है। पांच साल पहले आप लोगों ने करिश्मा करके दिखाया था। बीजेपी और कांग्रेस दो बड़ी पार्टियां थीं। हम तो कुछ भी नहीं थे। किसी को उम्मीद ही नहीं थी कि हम जीतेंगे। इसके बाद भी आप लोगों ने 70 में से 67 सीटें दे दी। एक छोटी पार्टी को भारी बहुमत देकर दिल्ली की सत्ता और जिम्मेदारी सौंपी थी। आप लोगों को लगा कि यह ईमानदार लड़के हैं। किसी से डरते नहीं है। एक मौका इन्हें मिलना चाहिए। आप लोगों ने नई पार्टी को वोट दिया है। हमारी एक ही ताकत थी कि हम कट्टर ईमानदार हैं। हम सरकार में आए और एक-एक पैसा बचाया। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि सतेंद्र जैन जी पेशे से आर्किटेक्ट हैं। फ्लाई ओवर बनाने के दौरान उनसे सलाह ली गई। वजीरपुर का फ्लाई ओवर 300 करोड़ रुपये में बनना था। सतेंद्र जैन की वजह से यह फ्लाई ओवर मात्र 200 करोड़ रुपये में बन गया और इसमें हमने 100 करोड़ रुपये बचाए। वहीं, भाजपा शासित एमसीडी ने रानी झांसी फ्लाई ओवर बनाया है। वह फ्लाई ओवर 400 से 500 करोड़ रुपये बनना था, लेकिन उसे बनाने में 1500 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए गए। रानी झांसी फ्लाई ओवर को बनाने में 15 साल लग गए। एक तरफ, भाजपा शासित एमसीडी का माॅडल है, जिसमें 400-500 करोड़ रुपये का फ्लाई ओवर बनते-बनते 1500 करोड़ रुपये में बना। यही हालत पूरे देश का है। यह कोई अकेला फ्लाई ओवर नहीं है। पूरे देश में कोई भी सरकारी प्रोजेक्ट हो, वह 300-400 करोड़ का बनना होता है, तो बनते-बनते 1500 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच जाता है। दो साल में पूरा होना होता है, तो वह 10 साल में पूरा होता है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ, आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार का माॅडल है। हमारे जितने भी काम है, उन सभी कामों में हमने पैसे बचाए। इसी वजह से आज महिलाओं की बसों में फ्री यात्रा हो गई। बिजली व पानी फ्री हो गया। स्कूल अच्छे हो गए। शिक्षा फ्री हो गई। दवाइयां फ्री हो गई।
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि बीजेपी वाले बार-बार कह रहे हैं कि दिल्ली निवासियों को मिल रही यह सभी सुविधा 31 मार्च को खत्म हो जाएंगी। मैं आज आप लोगों के बीच कह कर जा रहा हूं कि जब तक केजरीवाल है, तब तक सारी चीजें फ्री रहेंगी। इसमें से कुछ भी खत्म नहीं होने वाला है। अलबत्ता, बीजेपी या कांग्रेस को वोट दे दिए, तो जरूर सभी सुविधाएं खत्म हो जाएंगी। इसलिए वोट डालने के दौरान इस बात का आप सभी जरूर ध्यान रखना। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि हमने अपने लिए एक पैसा नहीं कमाया है। यह आपका चुनाव है। इसे आपको लड़ना पड़ेगा। घर-घर जाकर वोट मांगना पड़ेगा। आपको सभी लोगों को समझाना पड़ेगा कि पिछली बार हमने ईमानदारी के लिए वोट दिया था। इस बार पर काम पर वोट देंगे। अभी तक कोई ऐसी पार्टी नहीं आई, जो अपने काम पर वोट मांगी हो। मैं खुलेआम कह रहा हूं कि अगर हमने काम किया है, तभी वोट देना। पांच साल सरकार चलाने के बाद आज तक किसी पार्टी में इतनी हिम्मत नहीं हुई कि वह कह सके कि हमें काम पर वोट देना।

New Delhi: AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the election office of senior party leader Mr. Satyendra Jain in Shakurbasti constituency in Delhi on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Kejriwal said, “Thank you for coming in huge numbers for the inauguration of Mr. Jain’s office. This is not his office, this is your office. For the first time in the country, people are appreciating and lauding a government after its tenure of five years, instead of criticising it. Wherever we go and ask people whether we have worked for them, they count our efforts in front of us. I credit the development of the state to the people of Delhi. Despite two political parties in Delhi standing in the previous elections, you voted for a new party, by giving us a huge mandate and electing us on 67 out of 70 assembly seats. I have been repeatedly asked by the media regarding the mandate of seats this time, and I think the people have decided to elect us on all the 70 assembly seats this time. You did a miracle five years back by electing a new party to power in Delhi with a huge mandate. You gave us a chance and voted for an honest and fearless group of people. Our only strength back then was sheer honesty. We saved every single penny after forming the government in Delhi. Mr. Satyendra Jain is an architect by profession. The Wazirpur flyover was to be constructed with an estimate of Rs. 325 crores, but the aptitude of Shri Satyendra Jain made it possible to be constructed in Rs. 200 crores. The Rani Jhansi flyover which was to be constructed in Rs. 400-500 crores by the MCD, took around 15 years to be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 1500 crores.”
Mr. Arvind Kejriwal reiterated that the towering expenses on public welfare projects and stretched time duration is common across all states in the country. “On one hand, we have that model of governance, which is quite evident across the whole of the country. We have saved money in all the welfare projects carried out by us. This is the reason why we are providing free bus rides to women, free electricity and water, free healthcare and education. The BJP is claiming that all the subsidy will be waived off by 31st March this year, but I assure you that till Arvind Kejriwal is in Delhi, all these free provisions will continue. It can be revoked if you vote for the opposition.”
Mr. Arvind Kejriwal urged the public to vote for his party considering all the development made by his government in Delhi. “Only 20 days are left for the elections. We did not earn even a single penny for ourselves, neither did we save the money for the party fund. This election is for you and by you. You have to fight this election for yourself, you have to explain to people that you will vote for because of all the development made by the government, just as you voted for us because of our honesty in the previous elections. No party has ever asked for votes on the basis of the works done by its government. I have said this time and again that you should vote for us only if you believe that we have worked for you, otherwise you should not,” said Mr. Kejriwal.
