सीआर पार्क पूजा समितियों ने दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा विसर्जन हेतु की गई व्यवस्था के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।
प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए यमुना नदी में दुर्गा पूजा विसर्जन को रोकने के एनजीटी के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के कई विभागों द्वारा व्यापक प्रबंध किए गए थे।
एनजीटी के आदेश के बाद इस बार की दुर्गा पूजा में माँ दुर्गा की मूर्तियों का विसर्जन स्व-निर्मित तालाबों में बहुत ही सावधानियों के साथ किया गया, हालांकि स्थिति बेहद ही नाजुक थी। आप विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज ने एबीडीपी एवं सीआरपी पार्क, जीके 2, अलकनंदा, डीडीए फ्लैट्स कालकाजी की पूजा समितियों के साथ मिलकर , यमुना की स्वच्छता को ध्यान में रखते हुए सफलता पूर्वक इस कार्यक्रम का समन्वय किया।
नेहरू प्लेस के पास आस्था कुंज में एक दर्जन पूजा समितियों के रहने के लिए एक विशाल तालाब बनाया गया था। पूजा समितियों ने व्यवस्था की सराहना की, कि विसर्जन की तैयारियां बहुत बड़े स्तर पर की गईं और पानी यमुना की तुलना में कहीं अधिक स्वच्छ था।
पिछले कई वर्षों से, यमुना में विसर्जन करते समय, दुर्गा समितियों को विसर्जन के लिए कुछ स्थान प्राप्त करने के लिए घंटों संघर्ष करना पड़ता था और यमुना के पानी से सीवेज की तरह बदबू आती थी।
मुख्य रूप से, पूजा समितियों के साथ अपने स्वयं के मैदानों में विसर्जन करने के लिए व्यवस्था की गई थी। उन समितियों के पास जिनके पास जगह नहीं थी, उन्हें पार्क के पास विसर्जन के लिए स्थान दिया गया।
दिल्ली सरकार ने कृत्रिम तालाबों की खुदाई करने, टैंकरों से पानी भरने और व्यवस्थित तरीके से अपने-अपने विसर्जन की व्यवस्था की थी, ताकि कहीं बजी किसी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था न हो। इस कारण यमुना में बहुत अधिक प्रदूषण नहीं हुआ और विसर्जन के दिन ट्रैफिक जाम में भी बहुत कमी आई।
पिछले महीने, विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज के सहयोग से दिल्ली सचिवालय में इस दुर्गा विसर्जन की तैयारियों के लिए पीडब्ल्यूडी, शहरी विकास, गृह और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री सत्येंद्र जैन के कार्यालय में एक समन्वय बैठक बुलाई गई थी।
एसडीएमसी, सिंचाई बाढ़ नियंत्रण, राजस्व-एडीएम, दिल्ली पुलिस, स्वास्थ्य, पीडब्ल्यूडी, डीयूएसआईबी, बीएसईएस और अन्य विभागों का प्रतिनिधित्व उनके वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने किया।

CR Park Puja Committees give a thumbs up for arrangements by Delhi Govt
Extensive arrangements were made by multiple departments of Delhi Govt to implement NGT order of stopping Durga Puja Immersions in river Yamuna to prevent pollution.
This Durga Puja season was very critical for Immersions of Ma Durga Idols in Artificial ponds. MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj along with EBDP and Puja Committees from CR Park, GK2, Alaknanda , DDA flats kalkaji were coordinating this critical leap towards cleaner Yamuna.
At Astha Kunj near Nehru Place a huge pond was created to accommodate around a dozen of Puja Committees. The Puja Committees appreciated tge fact that Immersions were much more convinient and water was far more cleanwr than Yamuna.
For last many years, while performing immersions at Yamuna, Durga Committees had to struggle for hours to get some space for immersions. And Yamuna water used to smell like that of sewage.
Primarily, Arrangements were made with Puja Committees to perform immersions in their own grounds.Those Committees who didn’t have space were given spaces in near by Parks for immersions.
Govt of Delhi had made arrangements for digging artificial ponds , filled water using tankers and scheduled their immersions in a systematic way so that their was no chaos.This prevented a lot pollution in Yamuna and reduced lot of chaos of traffic jams on the immersion day.
Last month , a coordination meeting was called at Delhi Secretariate in office of Hon’ble Minister for PWD, Urban Development, Home & Health Sh Satyendra Jain at the instance of Shri Saurabh Bharadwaj Hon’ble MLA.
Department heads of SDMC, Irrigation Flood Control, Revenue-ADM, Delhi Police,Health, PWD, DUSIB, BSES and other departments were represented by their senior officers.
