Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam alonwith area MLA Somnath Bharti inaugurated First Disability Camp for issuing disability cards and other services.

Somnath Bharti inaugurated First Disability Camp for two days i.e. 26/09/2019 – 27/09/2019 to issue disability certificates alongwith other facilities provided by different Government Departments. This camp is organised at Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital, Malviya Nagar for the people of south district.
The participating departments were DTC, Northern Railways, Institute of Physically Handicapped, Department of inclusive education, Vocational Rehabilitation Center for Handicapped, Viklang Sahara Samiti to provide respective services related to their departments.
People in large numbers came at this camp to get their issues addressed in a timely manner. Be it disability certificate or providing artificial limbs, all issues under one roof.
Total registrations in the camp were 229 for various services in which total registration in hospital for issuing disability certificates are 9.
6 DTC passes have been issued and SDM identity card registrations were 55 in number.
For employment and training purposes, 17 persons registered for vocational rehabilitation center.
15 railway passes have been issued.
72 persons registered
for artificial limbs.
