The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday said that NITI Aayog considered Delhi Governance model to be the best and Delhi is ahead of other states in the figures released by NITI Aayog’s innovation index list. “Delhi is ahead of other states in education, health, electricity, water and in Delhi Amazing changes in the field of improving the standard of living of the general public,” said AAP’s national spokesperson Dr Ajoy Kumar.
Addressing a press conference Mr Kumar said, “The NITI Aayog, an institution under the central government, also believed that Delhi’s governing model is the best and if we look at the numbers, then Delhi is far ahead of other states.
He added that from the day the AAP government was formed, the government had started working on its first promises to make electricity bill half and waived water. ” One of the biggest reasons behind the best governance in Delhi is because the leaders of AAP are educated and they have articulated thoughts to improve the governance,” said Mr Kumar
Mr Ajoy Kumar said that on the one hand, the AAP is working day and night to make the life of the people of Delhi simple and accessible, while BJP leaders are unhappy with these pro-people initiatives.
Giving the example of senior BJP leader and MP Mr Vijay Goel, he said that Mr Vijay Goel objected to the free electricity being provided to the people of Delhi. “I want to tell Mr Goel as an MP gets 50,000 units of free electricity annually, therefore, he should sacrifice that free electricity and pay the electricity bill being used by him. If he can get free electricity then why can’t general people get the same,” asked Mr Kumar.
Citing some data related to electricity in 2013, Mr Ajoy Kumar said that in 2013 a family had to pay Rs. 365 for 100 units, about Rs. 690 for 200 units, but since the AAP-government has come to Delhi, electricity prices have not been increased even once in the last 5 years, but today up to 200 units of electricity are being provided free in Delhi. ” If we compare the electricity charges of the entire country then we will see that Delhi govt provides the cheapest electricity,” he said.
Mr Ajoy Kumar said that the BJP is against the facilities being provided to the people of Delhi. “If the Delhi govt provides electricity and water to the public for free, then the BJP says that this will spoil the habit of the people. But on the contrary, when 1 lakh 40 thousand crores money of industrialists were waived by the central government, the entire BJP said that this is for development in the country,” said Mr Kumar.
He also said, “There are about two crore people in Delhi, which means about 40 lakh families. Today, each family is saving from about 600 to 800 rupees per month due to the AAP govt schemes and this means the development works are being done in favour of the people of Delhi. On the basis of savings in electricity only, today the people of Delhi are getting benefits ranging from about Rs. 2400 crores to Rs. 3800 crores. When the people of Delhi spend this money for their families, then the GDP of Delhi gets a boost. That is, there is an increase in GDP of Delhi from about 2400 crores to 3800 crores.”
Attacking the attitude of negative politics being adopted by BJP in Delhi, Mr Ajoy Kumar said that the electricity bill of 14 lakh families of Delhi has come to zero, but BJP does not see any development in this. “If we had benefited any 10 industrialists in place of these 14 lakh families of Delhi, BJP would have seen development in it,” he said.
Mr Kumar also said that the governance model of Delhi is the best and this is proved by the fact that the BJP ministers opposing the governance model of the AAP in Delhi, but thinking of adopting the same model of Mohallah clinic in Jharkhand.

नीति आयोग ने भी माना दिल्ली गवर्नेंस मॉडल को सबसे बेहतर, नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी की गई सूची के आंकड़ों में प्रगतिशील राज्यों में दिल्ली सबसे आगे, आंकड़ों की तुलना में दिल्ली अन्य राज्यों से बहुत आगे, दिल्ली में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, पानी एवं आम जनता के जीवन स्तर को सुधारने के क्षेत्र में हुए अद्भुत परिवर्तन।
पार्टी मुख्यालय में हुई एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार के अधीन आने वाले संस्थान नीति आयोग ने भी माना कि दिल्ली का गवर्निंग मॉडल सबसे बेहतर है। नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी की गई प्रगतिशील राज्यों की सूची में दिल्ली राज्य सबसे बेहतर है।
उन्होंने कहा कि न केवल दिल्ली सबसे बेहतर है बल्कि आंकड़ों के आधार पर अगर देखा जाए तो दिल्ली अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले बहुत आगे है।
अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि जिस दिन से आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनी, सरकार ने अपने सबसे पहले वादे बिजली का बिल हाफ और पानी माफ पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया था और अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में इस नारे को धरातल पर लाने में आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली सरकार सफल रही। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में इतने अद्भुत परिवर्तन होने के पीछे एक सबसे बड़ा कारण यह है कि आम आदमी पार्टी में जो नेता गण हैं, वह सभी पढ़े लिखे और समझदार लोग हैं। यह सभी लोग पूरी ईमानदारी और निष्ठा के साथ दिल्ली की जनता की भलाई के लिए दिन रात काम कर रहे हैं।
अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि एक तरफ तो आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली की जनता के जनजीवन को सरल एवं सुगम बनाने के लिए दिन रात काम कर रही है, वहीं हमारे राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंदी भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता इस बात से नाखुश हैं कि दिल्ली की जनता को इतनी सुविधाएं क्यों दी जा रही हैं? भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं सांसद विजय गोयल जी का उदाहरण देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता को जो मुफ्त बिजली दी जा रही है उस पर विजय गोयल जी आपत्ति जताते हैं, कि दिल्ली की जनता को दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार मुफ्त बिजली क्यों दे रही है? उन्होंने कहा कि मैं विजय गोयल जी से कहना चाहता हूं कि सांसद को जो सालाना पचास हजार यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली मिलती है, विजय गोयल जी उस मुफ्त बिजली का त्याग करें और उनके द्वारा इस्तेमाल की जा रही बिजली के बिल का भुगतान करें, तब माना जाएगा कि उनकी बात और उनका त्याग सत्य है। माननीय सांसद महोदय खुद तो मुफ्त बिजली का आनंद ले रहे हैं और जब दिल्ली सरकार दिल्ली की जनता को मुफ्त बिजली देती है तो विजय गोयल जी को परेशानी हो जाती है।
सन 2013 में बिजली से संबंधित कुछ आंकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि 2013 में 100 यूनिट के लिए एक परिवार को 365 रुपए का भुगतान करना पड़ता था, 200 यूनिट के लिए लगभग 690 रुपए का भुगतान करना पड़ता था,
परंतु जब से दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार आई है, पिछले 5 सालों में एक बार भी बिजली के दाम नही बढ़ाए गए, बल्कि आज 200 यूनिट तक दिल्ली में बिजली मुफ्त उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। 2013 में 300 यूनिट के लिए 1265 रुपए का भुगतान करना पड़ता था, आज आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा इसे घटाकर आधा कर दिया गया है। आज दिल्ली में 300 यूनिट के लिए मात्र 527 रुपए का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। अगर पूरे देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों में बिजली के जो दाम हैं, उनका आकलन किया जाए तो आज देश में सबसे सस्ती बिजली दिल्ली की जनता को मिल रही है।
अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि पूरी भारतीय जनता पार्टी दिल्ली की जनता को मिल रही सुविधाओं के खिलाफ है। अगर दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार जनता को मुफ्त में बिजली और पानी मुहैया कराती है, तो भाजपा के लोग कहते हैं कि इससे जनता की आदत खराब हो जाएगी। परंतु इसके विपरीत जब केंद्र सरकार द्वारा उद्योगपतियों का 1 लाख 40 हजार करोड रूपया माफ कर दिया गया, तो पूरी भाजपा कहती है कि देश में विकास हो रहा है।
आज दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार के नेतृत्व में जो गवर्नेंस मॉडल चल रहा है, वह देश के सभी राज्यों के मुकाबले सबसे बेहतर है। दिल्ली में लगभग दो करोड़ लोग, यानी लगभग 40 लाख परिवार रहते हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा जो रणनीतियां, जो विकास के कार्य दिल्ली की जनता के हक में किए जा रहे हैं, उससे आज प्रत्येक परिवार को लगभग 600 से 800 रुपए प्रतिमाह का फायदा हो रहा है। मात्र बिजली में हो रही बचत के आधार पर आकलन किया जाए, तो आज दिल्ली की जनता को लगभग 2400 करोड रुपए से लेकर 3800 करोड रुपए तक का लाभ पहुंच रहा है। परिवारों को होने वाली यह बजत जब दिल्ली के लोग दूसरे कामों के लिए खर्च करते हैं तो एक प्रकार से दिल्ली की जीडीपी को बढ़ावा मिलता है। अर्थात दिल्ली की जीडीपी में लगभग 2400 करोड़ से लेकर 3800 करोड़ की बढ़ोतरी होती है।
भाजपा द्वारा दिल्ली में अपनाई जा रही नकारात्मक राजनीति के रवैये पर प्रहार करते हुए अजॉय कुमार ने कहा कि आज दिल्ली के 14 लाख परिवारों के बिजली का बिल शून्य आया है, परंतु भाजपा को इस में कोई विकास नजर नहीं आता। यदि दिल्ली के इन 14 लाख परिवारों की जगह हमने किन्हीं 10 उद्योगपतियों को लाभ पहुंचाया होता, तो भाजपा को उसमें विकास नजर आता। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली का गवर्नेंस मॉडल सबसे बेहतर है और यह इस बात से साबित हो जाती है कि दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार के गवर्नेंस मॉडल का विरोध करने वाली भाजपा के मंत्री, झारखंड में दिल्ली के मोहल्ला क्लिनिको की तर्ज पर मोहल्ला क्लीनिक बनाने पर विचार कर रहे हैं।
