Interesting move. There are many people who cannot find time to visit government agencies for getting work done and sometimes it takes ages , where they are given a new requirement every time they visit.
I hope the web page you guys are planning to create for this service is user friendly . That is something which is very crucial, because of which many old age people done use online systems for such activities.
Please do hire some good design house to create this, and see the wonders.

      All the very best.

Great thinking and initiative. What are the services included ? Please also work in the area of easing traffic congestion, cleanliness, rain water blockages during rainy season, women safety, medical services in govt hospitals. Along with Delhi, next focus should be on Haryana.
