सीलिंग के ख़िलाफ़ 29 जनवरी को संसद मार्च करेगी AAP
आम आदमी पार्टी ने शनिवार को सीलिंग के ख़िलाफ़ सिविक सेंटर तक मार्च किया। इस विरोध मार्च में तीनों एमसीडी में आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षद, तीनों निगमों के नेता विपक्ष एंव आप पार्षद, एल्डरमैन और आप के पूर्व विधायक जरनैल सिंह एंव अनिल बाजपेई शामिल हुए। शनिवार सुबह सभी कार्यकर्ता, पार्षद और नेता पार्टी के कार्यालय में एकत्रित हुए जहां से सिविक सेंटर तक मार्च किया। सीलिंग के ख़िलाफ़ 29 जनवरी को आम आदमी पार्टी संसद मार्च करेगी जिसमें दिल्ली के व्यापारी भी शामिल रहेंगे।
आपको बता दें कि शनिवार को दिल्ली के तीनों नगर निगमों का संयुक्त सत्र बुलाया गया था जिसके समक्ष आम आदमी पार्टी ने सीलिंग को लेकर अपना विरोध दर्ज कराया। पार्टी के नेता और पार्षदों ने सिविक सेंटर के अंदर सीलिंग के ख़िलाफ़ प्रदर्शन किया।
आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता एंव पूर्व विधायक अनिल बाजपेई ने कहा कि ‘भाजपा शासित तीनों नगर निगम का संयुक्त सत्र हुआ है, आम आदमी पार्टी ने दिल्ली के व्यापारियों के हक़ की आवाज़ इस संयुक्त सत्र तक पहुंचाने के लिए यह मार्च किया जिसमें हमने दिल्ली के व्यापारियों पर सीलिंगि का हथौड़ा चलाने वाली भाजपा से कन्वर्जन चार्ज के नाम पर वूसले गए सैंकड़ों करोड़ रुपए का हिसाब मांगा है। पिछले दस साल से लगातार भाजपा शासित एमसीडी व्यापारियों को कन्वर्जन चार्ज और पार्किंग चार्ज के नाम पर लूटती आई है और आज उनकी दुकानें भी सील कर रही है।
आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता दिलीप पांडे ने कहा कि ‘दरअसल भाजपा शासित एमसीडी संयुक्त सत्र के माध्यम से सीलिंग को लेकर सिर्फ़ नाटक कर रही है, जहां तक प्रश्न कन्वर्जन चार्ज का है तो उसे एमसीडी बिना सत्र के कर सकती है और व्यापारियों को राहत दे सकती है, और मास्टर प्लान को लेकर सारे अधिकार उनकी ही शासित केंद्र सरकार के पास है ना कि एमसीडी के पास, केंद्र अध्यादेश लाकर मास्टर प्लान में तब्दीली करके व्यापारियों को राहत दे सकता है लेकिन अफ़सोस कि भाजपा इसे लेकर गंभीर नहीं दिख रही है और सिर्फ़ संयुक्त सत्र के माध्यम से प्रयास करने की नाटक-नौटंकी कर रही है।’
प्रदर्शन में शामिल हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के पूर्व विधायक जरनैल सिंह ने कहा कि ‘आज दिल्ली में जो सीलिंग चल रही है वो बीजेपी के कुशासन की ही देन है,पहले व्यापारियों को जमकर लूटा गया और अब उनकी दुकानें सील की जा रही हैं, अगर बीजेपी शासित एमसीडी आज कन्वर्जन चार्ज माफ़ कर दे और उनकी ही केंद्र सरकार अध्यादेश लाकर मास्टर प्लान में तब्दीली करके एफ़एआर का मुद्दा सुलझा दे तो दिल्ली में सीलिंग पूरी तरह से बंद हो सकती है और व्यापारियों की दुकानें और रोज़गार बच सकते हैं। लेकिन अफ़सोस है कि भाजपा इस तरफ़ कोई ध्यान नहीं दे रही है और व्यापारियों पर हथौड़ा चला रही है।
‘आम आजमी पार्टी सदन में भी इस मुद्दे को पुरज़ोर तरीक़े से उठा रही है और सड़क पर भी संघर्ष कर रही है, जब तक भाजपा व्यापारियों को सीलिंग से राहत नहीं देती है तब तक हम ना सदन चलने देंगे और ना ही सड़क पर ही चुपचाप बैठेंगे। व्यापारियों के हक़ में आम आदमी पार्टी इसी तरह उनके साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर संघर्ष करेगी और उनको उनका हक़ दिलाकर ही रहेगी।’

Aam Aadmi Party councillors, leaders of the opposition in three MCD Houses and nominated councilors along with large number of volunteers on Saturday marched from the party office to the Civic Center in protest against the ongoing BJP-sponsored sealing of different markets in Delhi.
The march was led by AAP leaders Jarnail Singh and Anil Bajpai, both of whom announced that the Aam Aadmi Party leaders will march to Parliament on Monday, demanding urgent and concrete action from the BJP’s central government to immediately put an end to the completely unjustified sealing of markets in Delhi on flimsy grounds, which lack any reasonable justification.
The AAP is of the clear view that traders of Delhi cannot be denied their right to livelihood due to the utter incompetence and prevalent corruption in the MCDs, which is the main reason behind the ongoing sealing.
The MCDs should immediately withdraw the conversion charges, which is the sole reason behind the ongoing sealing.
If the Union Ministry for Urban Development, which first fixed the conversion charges at Rs 90,000 per square meter, could bring it down after a few weeks to Rs 22,000 per Sq meter, then why can’t it not waive it off, which would immediately put an end to the sealing ?
The MCDs and the DDA are behaving like extortionists to harass the traders and the BJP’s central government by turning a blind eye has aggravated the situation by its Ostrich like approach.
The BJP, which has been ruling the MCDs since last more than 10 years, has diverted nearly Rs 2700 crore, collected as conversion charges since 2006.
AAP challenges the BJP and the MCDs leadership to deny that this amount was collected as conversion charges and dares the MCDs to provide the account of this amount. (PLEASE FIND ATTACHED THE DETAILED PRESENTATION ON THIS FACT ALONG WITH THIS PRESS RELEASE)
Further, the DDA has chosen not to act on the Floor Area Ration (FAR), which is another reason behind the ongoing sealing.
It is equally strange that the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, who is also the chairman of the DDA, is sitting quietly on this issue and though he considers himself as the Administrator of Delhi, he is watching the traders livelihoods being ruined in front of his eyes.
The AAP will not allow the BJP to ruin the lives of traders of Delhi and will intensify the agitation in the coming days to force the central government and its concerned agencies to end their anti-traders attitude.
