*भाजपा का एक और षड्यंत्र हुआ बेनकाब चुनाव आयोग के साथ मिलकर मतदाताओं के वोटर कार्ड कूड़ेदान में डलवाए*

एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए दक्षिण दिल्ली से आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रत्याशी राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि जैसा कि सभी को पता है कि भाजपा ने दिल्ली से एक षड्यंत्र के तहत 30 लाख मतदाताओं के नाम मतदाता सूची से कटवा दिए, और जनता से उनके वोट देने के संवैधानिक अधिकार को छीन लिया।
जब मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी को इस षड्यंत्र के बारे में पता चला तो उन्होंने पूरी दिल्ली के अंदर वोट जोड़ो अभियान के नाम से एक मुहिम चलाई। इस मुहिम के तहत दक्षिणी दिल्ली लोकसभा के अंदर हमने हर वार्ड के अंदर दोबारा से काटे गए नामों को मतदाता सूची में जोड़ने के लिए कैंप का आयोजन किया। अकेले बदरपुर विधानसभा के अंदर ही 5 से अधिक वोट जोड़ो कैंप लगाए गए। बदरपुर विधानसभा में आयोजित इस कैंप के माध्यम से हजारों लोगों ने अपना वोट बनवाया।
हमने इन कैंपों में एकत्रित की गई सारी जानकारी को चुनाव आयोग को दी, और हमारी जानकारियों का संज्ञान लेते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने इन सभी लोगों का पहचान पत्र बनाया। हमें जनता के बीच से इस तरह की खबरें सुनने को मिली कि अभी तक उनमे से बहुत सारे लोगों को उनके पहचान पत्र दिए नहीं गए। लोगों की शिकायत पर हमने चुनाव आयोग से संपर्क किया, इस संबंध में जानकारी दी, और चुनाव आयोग की तरफ से किसी सकारात्मक कार्यवाही के लिए इंतजार किया।
कल इस पूरे षड्यंत्र पर से पर्दा तब उठा जब बदरपुर विधानसभा में विधायक कार्यालय से थोड़ी ही दूरी पर लगभग 200 पहचान पत्र जो कि बिल्कुल नए बने हुए थे, कचरे के डब्बे में पड़े हुए पाए गए। जब आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को इस की खबर मिली तो उन्होंने सारे पहचान पत्र को इकट्ठा कर पार्टी कार्यालय में पहुंचाया। इन सभी पहचान पत्रों की जांच की गई तो पता चला कि यह सभी वोटर आई कार्ड आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा आयोजित किए गए कैंप के माध्यम से बनवाए गए थे।
कल इस घटना ने भाजपा के षडयंत्र का पर्दाफाश कर दिया। किस तरह से भाजपा दिल्ली के अंदर लोगों के मताधिकार को छीन रही है। किस तरह से चुनाव आयोग के अधिकारियों और डाक विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर भाजपा कोशिश कर रही है कि आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा इतनी मेहनत के बाद जिन लोगों के वोटर कार्ड बनवाए गए हैं, उनके वोट का अधिकार उन तक ना पहुंच सके।
पाए गए वोटर कार्ड के साक्ष्य पेश करते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने बताया कि यह वही सब वोटर कार्ड हैं जिसके साथ डाक विभाग के लिफाफे भी मौजूद थे, जो कि आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा आयोजित किए गए कैंप में बनवाए गए थे, और डाक के माध्यम से मतदाताओं के घर तक पहुंचने थे। परंतु एक षड़यंत्र के तहत सभी के सभी पहचान पत्रों को कूड़े के डिब्बे में फेंक दिया गया। जिसे आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा कूड़े के डिब्बे से बरामद किया गया।
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि जब किसी मतदाता का वोटर कार्ड बनता है तो उसको मतदाता तक पहुंचाने का संवैधानिक कर्तव्य चुनाव आयोग का होता है। हमें यह कार्ड जो कूड़े के डिब्बे से प्राप्त हुए, हम इसका वितरण नहीं कर सकते। इसीलिए हम यह सभी कार्ड चुनाव आयोग के सुपुर्द करने जा रहे हैं।
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा यह कोई एक मात्र घटना नहीं है। दक्षिणी दिल्ली के देवली एवं छतरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में भी इसी प्रकार की घटनाएं सामने आई हैं। उस इलाके के बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर एवं डाक अधिकारियों ने मिलकर आम आदमी पार्टी के कैंप द्वारा बनवाए गए ऐसे ही वोटों को इलाके के स्थानीय भाजपा कार्यालय में जाकर रख दिया है, और भाजपा के नेताओं को उनका वितरण करने की जिम्मेदारी दे दी है। इस प्रकार की हरकतें सीधे तौर पर चुनाव कानूनों का उल्लंघन है। चुनाव आयोग को इस घटना का संज्ञान लेकर दोषी अधिकारियों और भाजपा के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए।
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि कूड़े के ढेर से प्राप्त हुए वोटर कार्डों को हम एक चिट्ठी के साथ चुनाव आयोग को भेज रहे हैं, और चिट्ठी के माध्यम से चुनाव आयोग से कुछ मांग भी कर रहे हैं, जो कि निम्न प्रकार से है….
1- तुरंत प्रभाव से चुनाव आयोग अपने ही संस्थान के उन दोषी अधिकारियों का पता लगाए, जो भाजपा के साथ इस षड्यंत्र में शामिल है, और उनके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करें।
2- चुनाव आयोग सुनिश्चित करें कि यह जो हजारों लोगों के मताधिकार बनवाए गए थे, जो कि एक षड़यंत्र के तहत कूड़े के ढेर में फेंक दिए गए, वह सभी मतदाताओं तक पहुंच सके, ताकि मतदाता अपने संवैधानिक अधिकार का इस्तेमाल कर सकें।

The BJP engineered a massive voter deletion fraud in Delhi under which over 30 lakh voters’ names have been illegally and undemocratically deleted from Delhi’s electoral roll at the behest of the BJP. Once CM Arvind Kejriwal found out about the scam, he ordered a large scale voter registration drive across all the wards in Delhi. More than five such Voter Registration Camps were organised in Badarpur legislative assembly alone in South Delhi Parliamentary constituency and people visited the camps by the thousands. However, hundreds of people from across South Delhi were complaining on a daily basis that they had not received their voter ID cards even though they were ready with the EC.
The shocking discovery of more than 200 voter ID cards yesterday, found lying in garbage dump only a few hundred metres away from Badarpur MLA’s office has exposed the nexus between the BJP, the Booth Level Officers and officers of Postal Department as they work in tandem to ensure that voter IDs of those registered though AAP registration camps are not received by them.
Many of the retrieved Voter ID cards are still sealed in the Speed Post Envelopes which were meant to ensure that they were received by the rightful owner. Instead they were discovered in a garbage dump in torn and terrible conditions.
It must be remembered that it is the EC’s democratic duty to ensure that the voter ID card is delivered to its rightful recipient. Even though these abandoned Voter ID cards are in AAP’s possession at the moment, we are not authorised to distribute the same and thus will respectfully submit these with the EC.
However, a question must be raised as to how the EC could allow BJP leaders to collude with some officers of the EC in conspiring to snatch away the democratic rights of thousands and lakhs of voters.
First the EC remained a mute spectator as BJP engineered a massive Voter Deletion Fraud in Delhi. Now when CM Arvind Kejriwal ensured that votes of those people whose names had been illegally deleted were restored; the BJP is colluding with Booth Level Officers and preventing these voter ID cards from reaching the voters by abandoning them, burying them or destroying them. Today we present these voter ID cards in front you.
We have also received news from Deoli and Chattarpur that Booth Level Officers and postal workers have left the voter ID cards in the offices of local BJP leaders and BJP leaders are calling people and inviting them over and claiming that they have got their voter ID cards prepared. Is the BJP the distribution agency of the Election Commission? BJP leaders don’t want to let potential AAP voters vote, or they want to intimidate them to vote for the BJP. This is a concentrated effort to influence the elections and instead ensure biased and unfair elections.
I am respectfully handing over the possession of voter ID cards to the respective Election Commission Officers. We are also submitting a complaint to the Election Commission (Enclosed) outlining how the BJP is manipulating the machinery in order to rig the elections.
Our demand to The Chief Election Commissioner is to stop this attack on democracy and attempt to win the elections by unfair means. Our two specific demands are:
1. The EC must crack down on this dangerous conspiracy by the BJP immediately within the next few hours by identifying the Election Commission Officers who are acting as BJP agents and have donned Khaki knickers under their uniforms and to identify BJP leaders who are conspiring to snatch away people’s democratic right to franchise.
2.The EC must ensure that all these missing voter ID cards along with all the other crads yet to distributed are properly and fairly delivered to rightful recipients at their registered addresses.
We urge the EC to act in an impartial manner and not allow th BJP to strangle democracy in our nation.
