*दिल्ली के लोग BJP को सबक सिखाएंगे, सातों सीट पर होगा आम आदमी पार्टी का कब्जा : अरविंद केजरीवाल*
नई दिल्ली, शनिवार। जैसा की ज्ञात है कि लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर आम आदमी पार्टी ने अपनी तैयारी तेज़ कर दी है, आप के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने अपने घर पर 10 जनवरी से 16 जनवरी तक रोजाना एक लोकसभा के विधायकों, संगठन के सभी पदाधिकारियों की बैठक का आयोजन रखा है। इस श्रंखला में 11 जनवरी 2019 की शाम को पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा की मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया।
मीटिंग में आए कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने कहा कि आप सबके संघर्ष से दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार भी बनी । लेकिन केंद्र में जो भ्रष्ट सरकारें बैठी हैं, वो नहीं चाहती कि देश से भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त हो। जब से हमारी सरकार बनी है तब से केंद्र में बैठी भाजपा सरकार ने हमारे हर उस काम में जो हम जनता के लिए करना चाहते हैं, अडंगा लगाया। हमारे विधायकों को झूठे केसों में जेल भिजवाया, हमारे मंत्रियों के दफ्तरों पर घरों पर सीबीआई के छापे डलवाए, मेरे दफ्तर में , मेरे घर में सीबीआई के छापे डलवाए, हमें नाकाम करने की सारी कोशिशे करीं। इतने सब के बाद भी हमने दिल्ली के शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में जो बदलाव किए हैं, वो देश के किसी भी राज्य में नहीं हुए। लेकिन अभी भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारत का सपना अधुरा है। हमें अभी उसके लिए बहुत मेहनत करनी है।
भ्रष्टाचार की जो रेल कांग्रेस ने चला रखी थी, अब उसका स्टेरिंग मोदी जी ने अपने हाथ में ले लिया है। सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचारी बदले हैं, भ्रष्टाचार जस का तस है। हम सबको मिलकर इस भ्रष्टाचार को जड़ से उखाड़ कर फैकना है। एक समय था जब हम सबने मिलकर भ्रष्ठ कांग्रेस को देश कि सत्ता से उखाड़ फेंका था। लेकिन आज कांग्रेस से भी बड़े गुंडे देश की सत्ता में आकर बैठ गए हैं। आज देश में मोदी और अमित शाह की तानशाही पुरे चरम पर है। अगर ये लोग 2019 में दोबारा सत्ता में आ गए, तो ये देश के संविधान को ख़त्म कर डालेंगे। आज फिरसे देश को हम सबकी ज़रूरत है। एक बार फिरसे हम सबको मिलकर इन भ्रष्टाचारियों को जड़ से उखाड़ कर फैकना है। आज एक बार फिर आप लोगो को मिलकर मोदी और अमित शाह की इस तानाशाही की सरकार को उखाड़ कर फैकना है। आप सबको पूरी मेहनत करनी है, और दिल्ली की सातों सीट पर भाजपा को हराना है।
पिछली लोकसभा के सभी कार्यकर्ताओं की तरह ही अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा के सारे कार्यकर्ताओं को डोर टू डोर का गणित समझाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें जनता के बीच जाकर उन्हें समझाना होगा, कि पिछली बार लोकसभा में 46% वोट भाजपा को मिला था, 33% आम आदमी पार्टी को मिला था, और 15% वोट कांग्रेस को मिला था। आज सारे सर्वे बोल रहे हैं कि इस बार भाजपा 10% नीचे जाएगी। आप को जनता को ये समझाना है कि अगर ये 10% कांग्रेस को जाता है तो कांग्रेस 25%, आप 33% और भाजपा 36% पर आ जाएगी, और एक बार फिर से भाजपा जीत जाएगी। लेकिन अगर ये 10% आम आदमी पार्टी को मिलता है तो आम आदमी पार्टी का वोट 43% प्रतिशत हो जाएगा। और दिल्ली कि सातों सीट आम आदमी पार्टी जीत जाएगी। आपको जनता को समझाना है कि कांग्रेस को वोट देने का मतलब है भाजपा को जिताना।
मीटिंग में मौजूद दिल्ली प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय ने पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा के कार्यकर्ताओं को भी पार्टी द्वारा तय किया गया जीत का मन्त्र बताया। उन्होंने बताया की पार्टी ने तय किया है कि विधानसभा के सभी कार्यकर्ताओं को 10 घरों की जिम्मेदारी दी जाएगी। हर दस घर् पर एक कार्यकर्ता कि नियुक्ति की जाएगी, और उसे विजय प्रमुख का नाम दिया जाएगा। उस विजय प्रमुख का काम होगा की उन दस घरों के वोटरों से जाकर मिलें, और जो समीकरण मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी ने समझाया है, वो उन लोगो को भी समझाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी विजय प्रमुख का ये कर्तव्य होगा की उसको अपने 10 घरों के वोटरों को समझाना है और तय करना है कि उनके वोट आम आदमी पार्टी को मिले।
गोपाल राय ने कहा कि एक समय था जब इस देश पर अंग्रेजो का राज था, हमारे पूर्वजों को गोरे अंग्रेजों से अपने देश को आजाद कराने के लिए बहुत सी लड़ाइयां लड़नी पड़ी थी। आज देश पर काले अंग्रेजो ने कब्ज़ा कर लिया है। अब हमारी जिम्मेदारी है, कि अपने पूर्वजों की भांति ही हमें भी इन काले अंग्रेजों से लड़ाई लड़कर अपने देश को इन काले अंग्रेजो के भरष्टाचार से मुक्त कराना है। आज से लेकर लोकसभा चुनाव तक ये युद्ध का समय है। हम सबको ये लड़ाई मिल कर लड़नी है। क्यूंकि ये कोई मेरी या आपकी लड़ाई नहीं है, ये इस देश के भविष्य की लड़ाई है, हम सबकी लड़ाई है, और हम सबकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि मिलकर हम इस देश को मोदी और अमित शाह की तानाशाही से बचानी है। अगर इस मौके पर चूक गए तो अगले पांच साल तक फिरसे यूँही तानाशाही का शिकार होना पड़ेगा। इसी प्रकार से अपमान जनक जिन्दगी जीनी पड़ेगी।
मीटिंग में मौजूद पूर्वी दिल्ली से आप लोकसभा प्रभारी आतिशी ने कहा कि जहाँ एक तरफ दूसरी पार्टियों के पास कार्यकर्ताओं का आकाल पड़ा हुआ है, वहीँ आम आदमी पार्टी के पास इतने कार्यकर्त्ता हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री के घर पर बने हुए मीटिंग हॉल में पैर रखने की भी जगह नहीं बची।
उन्होंने कहा कि जब हम राजनीती में उतरे तो सब लोग हमारा मज़ाक उड़ाते थे, कि न तो तुम्हारे पास लोग है, न तुम्हारे पास पैसा है, न तुम किसी एक धर्म की बात करते हो, तुम किस आधार पर चुनाव लड़ोगे और जीतोगे। इतिहास गवाह है जब आम आदमी पार्टी ने 2015 में चुनाव लड़ा तो प्रचंड बहुमत से 70 में से 67 सीटें लेकर दिल्ली में अपनी सरकार बनाई। ये उन लोगो के मुँह पर एक तमाचा था जो हम सब का मज़ाक उड़ाते थे। ये सब केवल और केवल एक ही कारण से संभव हो पाया, और वो था आप सबका परिश्रम, आप सबका भ्रष्टाचार को ख़त्म करने का जूनून। जब आप लोगो ने डोर टू डोर के माध्यम से घर घर जाकर लोगो को इन भ्रष्ठ पार्टियों की सच्चाई से अवगत कराया, जब आप लोगो ने आम आदमी पार्टी का सपना लोगो को बताया, तो लोगो ने आप सबकी बातो पर विश्वास किया, और प्रचंड बहुमत से आम आदमी पार्टी को जिता कर भेजा। पार्टी ने भी अपने घोषणा पत्र में जनता से जो वादे किये थे, आप सबका मान रखते हुए, उन सभी वादों पर 100% खरी उतरी।
अब एक बार फिरसे समय आ गया है। आप सबको एक बार फिर से दिल्ली की जनता से रु-बरु होना पड़ेगा, और जनता को भाजपा के दोहरे चरित्र के बारे में बताना पड़ेगा। भाजपा ने इस देश के भीतर जो भ्रष्टाचार मचा रखा है, उस से जनता को अवगत कराना पड़ेगा।

The Aam Aadmi Party has begun its preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Its national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has started holding daily meetings with the MLAs and party office bearers belonging to each Lok Sabha constituency from 10th January onwards until 16th January. On Saturday, the party held its meeting for the East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency.
Addressing party workers, the Chief Minister reminded them that it was their struggle that ensured the formation of the AAP government in Delhi. He further added that the corrupt governments at the Centre would never want corruption to go from this country. From the time my government was formed, the BJP-led central government ensured that they would not let us work for the people. False cases were foisted against our MLAs and they were sent to jail. CBI was unleashed on me and my ministers, at our offices and homes. They failed miserably and despite all these hurdles, we have worked successfully towards improving the education and health scenario of Delhi.
However, the dream of a corruption free India still remains unfulfilled. We have to work harder to achieve it.
The Congress started the train of corruption and Modi Ji is driving it now. The faces have changed but corruption remains. We all need to come together to free this country of the evils of corruption. We have done it before, when we overthrew the corrupt Congress regime in the last general elections. But even bigger goons have come to power. The tyranny of Amit Shah and Narendra Modi has reached unimaginable heights. If they return to power, they would stop at nothing to destroy our Constitution. The country needs us, once again. We have to overthrow this dictatorial central government. You all have to work hard and ensure that the BJP loses in all seven seats in Delhi.
Explaining to the workers of East Delhi the mathematics of door to door campaigning, Arvind Kejriwal said that we need to go amongst the people and tell them that a vote for the Congress would translate into a victory for the BJP. Building on this, he said that in the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP received 46% of the votes, the AAP received 33% of the votes and the Congress was a distinct third receiving 15% of the vote share. Today, every survey shows that the BJP is set to lose more than 10% of its vote share. Now if this 10% vote went to the Congress, the BJP would still win as then the Congress would have stood at 25%, the AAP at 33% and the BJP at 36%.
Delhi State Convener Gopal Rai revealed to East Delhi volunteers the roadmap to victory. He said, each volunteer must take the responsibility for the votes of 10 households. Each of these volunteers will be made ‘Vijay Pramukhs’. Their role would be to meet with the voters in the 10 houses and explain the electoral mathematics of the upcoming election as explained to them by Arvind Kejriwal.
East Delhi Lok Sabha in-charge Atishi also addressed the volunteers. She said, While other parties are struggling to find workers, Aam Aadmi Party has so many volunteers in East Delhi that we are unable to fit them today in this venue at the Chief Minister’s residence. She said that no one expected AAP to perform well and in fact our volunteers were often ridiculed by people. But it was the effort of our volunteers which led to the landslide victory of 67 out of 70 seats in the 2015 election. Once again, the time has come to reach out to every citizen of Delhi and expose the BJP’s double standards and ensure AAP’s victory on all 7 seats.
