AAP statement on sudden spurt in serious crimes in the national capital :
There was a time when youth in India was talking about jobs in BPO, IT, Finacial services, Pharma etc. Cabs carrying young employees could be seen running day and night. We were talking about increasing salaries, young couples buying flats.
Now, we talk about threats, violence, intolerance, ever increasing unemployment.
Things have gone worse. Everyday, it another murder, daylight shout-outs, another horrific story of rape.
Yesterday, a young man who was working against drugs was killed by the drug mafia. His family members have pointed fingers at Delhi Police being hand in gloves with Drug mafia.
The locals protesting against the Delhi Police sayca lot of widespread nexus between the Police and Drug pedlers.
Drugs in Delhi is so easily available at residential colonies, night clubs and school neighbourhoods. It cannot happen without the patronage of local police. Even if its reported, Police turns a blind eye to such reports. Delhi Police is busy collecting money for their higher ups.
Today, another youth Ankit has been murdered in broad daylight. There is no fear of law. The Perpetrators of crime know they wil escape conviction as the Police is busy diluting the cases by planting loopholes in prosecution case.
These murders are result of atmosphere of increasing hate and intolerance, which is being systematically manufactured by some political interests.
Till 2015, Delhi Police was answerable to the people of Delhi. At least, elected MLAs and the Delhi Govt could hold them accountable. However, now Delhi Police does not even replies to the questions raised in Delhi Assembly.

Has Delhi’s LG sought any report or directed Delhi Police to ensure maintenance of law & order or is he busy plotting against the Delhi govt ?
आम आदमी पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरव भारद्वाज ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि एक समय था जब देश का युवा रोजगार के बारे में बात करता था। बीपीओ में आईटी कंपनीज में जॉब की बातें किया करता था। शिक्षा जगत में उच्च स्तरीय शिक्षा प्राप्त करने की बातें किया करता था अकाउंटेंट बनने की बातें करता था mba करने की बातें करता था बी फार्मा करने की बातें करता था डॉक्टर बनने की बातें करता था। लेकिन आज ऐसा समय आ गया है कि देश का हर नागरिक डरा हुआ है, धमकियों पर चर्चा करता है, देश में हो रहे दंगो पर चर्चा कर रहा है, बढ़ती बेरोजगारी से परेशानियों पर बाते करता है।
देश में कानून व्यवस्था दिन-ब-दिन बिगड़ती जा रही है। हर रोज बलात्कार, हत्या, डकैती, लूटपाट की घटनाएं बढ़ती जा रही है। कल दिल्ली में हुई एक घटना का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि एक व्यक्ति जो नशे के कारोबार के खिलाफ लड़ रहा था, दिन दहाड़े उसकी हत्या कर दी गई। और पुलिस इस तरह की घटनाओं को रोकने में एक बार फिर नाकाम साबित हुई।
आज दिल्ली में हुई एक और घटना का ज़िक्र करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि आज अंकित नाम के एक युवा की दिन दहाड़े हत्या कर दी। गुंडा परवर्ती के लोगो मे पुलिस और कानून का बिल्कुल भी खौफ नही है। क्योंकि वो जानते है कि रिश्वतें देकर वो बड़ी आसानी से बच निकलेंगे। पुलिस केवल और केवल पैसा कमाने में लगी हुई है।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा दिल्ली में हर जगह नशीले पदार्थ खुले आम बिक रहे हैं। कालोनियों में, नाइट क्लबों में, कॉलेजो में, यहां तक की छोटे छोटे बच्चो के स्कूलों के आस पास भी ये नशे के पदार्थ आसानी से उपलब्ध हैं। तो ऐसे में शक होता है, क्योंकि इतने बड़े स्तर पर नशे के सामानों की बिक्री बिना पुलिस की मदद के संभव ही नही है।
आज देश की जो स्थिति है वह एक राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए साजिश के तहत फैलाए जा रहे नफरत के माहौल का नतीजा है जो कुछ राजनीतिक पार्टियां अपने फायदे के लिए इस देश के नागरिकों के ज़हन में जहर की तरह घोल रही हैं।
जैसा कि ज्ञात है दिल्ली पुलिस केंद्र सरकार के अधीन आती है। दिल्ली में दिन-ब-दिन बढ़ती अपराध की घटनाओं के लिए अगर दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार या उनके विधायक दिल्ली पुलिस से कोई सवाल करते हैं तो दिल्ली की पुलिस उनके सवालों का जवाब तक नहीं देती है। 2015 में दिल्ली में हुई भाजपा की हार का बदला मोदी जी दिल्ली की जनता से इस प्रकार ले रहे हैं।
सौरव भारद्वाज ने कहा कि दिल्ली में आज जो कानून व्यवस्था इतनी बुरी स्थिति में आ गई है उसके लिए भाजपा जिम्मेदार है। मोदी सरकार खामोश क्यों है। क्या दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल साहब ने दिल्ली में बढ़ते अपराध पर दिल्ली पुलिस से कोई रिपोर्ट मांगी। क्या दिल्ली की पुलिस को इन अपराधों पर काबू पाने के लिए कोई आदेश दिया, या भाजपा सरकार और उप-राज्यपाल साहब दोनों ही दिल्ली सरकार से बदला लेने में व्यस्त हैं।
