उपमुख्यमंत्री और आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता मनीष सिसोदिया ने आज दक्षिण दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र में संगम विहार और देवली विधानसभा में दो विशाल जनसभाओं को संबोधित किया। दक्षिण दिल्ली से लोकसभा के उम्मीदवार राघव चड्ढा, संगम विहार के विधायक और दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष दिनेश मोहनिया और देवली के विधायक प्रकाश जारवाल भी अपने-अपने विधान सभाओं की सभा में मौजूद थे। युवा और शिक्षित उम्मीदवार को देखने के लिए भारी संख्या में लोग आए।
सभा को संबोधित करते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा:
संगम विहार के विधायक दिनेश मोहनिया के कार्यों को सराहते हुए उन्होंने कहा, “संगम विहार के बेटे, भाई, बहनों को टैंकर माफ़िया से दिनेश मोहनिया ने मुक्ति दिलायी। टैंकर माफ़िया पहले नेता चलाते थे अब ऐसा नेता है जिसने टैंकर माफ़िया को बंद कर दिया।”
आम आदमी पार्टी उम्मीदवार के लिए वोट कि अपील करते हुए मनीष जी ने कहा: राघव चड्ढा जैसा पढ़ा लिखा प्रत्याशी इस बार आपको मिला है| मॉडर्न स्कूल से पढ़ा हुआ, उसके बाद दुनिया के टॉप कॉलेज लंदन स्कूल ऑफ़ इकोनॉमिक्स से पढ़ा, करोड़ों कि नौकरी कर रहा होता, लेकिन आगया फकीरों की पार्टी में | इतने पढ़े लिखे आदमी को सांसद बनाएंगे या उसकी जगह एक ऐसे आदमी को सांसद बनाएंगे जिसे न बात करने कि तमीज न किसी से प्यार करने का हिसाब| हमारा सांसद कैसा होना चाहिए, पढ़ा लिखा या गाली भुगतान करने वाला?”
उन्होंने कहा, ” मॉडर्न स्कूल से पढ़ा हुआ और लंदन स्कूल ऑफ़ इकोनॉमिक्स से पढ़ा हुआ व्यक्ति यहाँ से सांसद बनेगा तो हमारे बेहेन, भाइयों, बच्चों के करियर के बारे में सोचेगा| गुंडा, प्रॉपर्टी डीलर सांसद बनेगा तो पूछेगा ‘भैया नया घर बना लिया, पैसा दिया के नहीं?’ अगर राघव चड्ढा आएगा तो बच्चों से पूछेगा पढाई कर रहे हो कि नहीं, हमारे यहाँ नौकरियां निकली है | रमेश बिधूड़ी आएगा तो बोलेगा हफ्ता गया की नहीं दूकान से बताओ? आपको कैसा सांसद चाहिए?”
” संगम विहार के पास पूर्ण राज्य के साथ दो कारण हैं आम आदमी पार्टी को वोट देने के लिए: एक दिनेश मोहनिया के लिए और एक राघव चड्ढा के लिए!”
उन्होंने कहा, ” इस बार का चुनाव भारतीय जनता पार्टी लड़ रही है मोदी जी को दोबारा प्रधानमंत्री बनाने के लिए। कांग्रेस का भी यही सपना है कि मोदी दोबारा प्रधानमंत्री बन जाए| हमारा और आपका सपना है कि दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य बन जाए|”
दिल्ली में पूर्ण राज्य कि ज़रुरत को समझाते हुए उन्होंने कहा, ” दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी में सीटें 30,००० है और ढाई लाख बच्चे स्कूलों से पास होते हैं| ऐसे में बच्चे पढ़ेंगे कहाँ? 80 पर्सेंट 85 पर्सेंट वालों का भी दाख़िला नहीं होता! मोदी जी को क्या चिंता है कि संगम विहार के बच्चों को साठ परसेंट आये तो उनको दाख़िला मिले या ना मिले? पर मैं शिक्षा मंत्री हूँ मुझे चिंता है। एक बार दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य बन जाए तो दिल्ली में इतनी कॉलेज खोल देंगे की एक भी बच्चा बिना एडमिशन के नहीं रहेगा! केंद्र सरकार के पास कॉलेज खोलने की ताक़त है पर वो खोलते नहीं है और दिल्ली सरकार को बनाने देते नहीं क्यूंकि दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य नहीं है”
उन्होंने कहा, ” जब हरियाणा में निकलती है नौकरी, 85 पर्सेंट नौकरियां हरियाणा के लोगों के लिए होती है| दिल्ली में सरकारी नौकरी निकलती है तो पूरे देश के लोग अप्लाई करते हैं। दिल्ली वालों ने क्या गलती कर दी? सरकारी नौकरियों में 85 % नौकरियां दिल्ली वालों के लिए होंगी अगर दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य बन जाए|”
महिलाओं कि सुरसक्षा के मुद्दे पे उन्होंने कहा, ‘ पुलिस के डंडे से लफंगे डरते हैं लेकिन पुलिस डंडा नहीं करते क्यूंकि वो मोदी जी के अंडर है |दिल्ली पुलिस दिल्ली सरकार के अंडर आएगी पूर्ण राज्य मिलेगा तो|
“दिल्ली अगर पूर्ण राज होगा तो DDA की जितनी ख़ाली ज़मीन पड़ी है, अरविंद केजरीवाल की तरफ़ से गारंटी देता हूँ कि 10 साल में ये स्थिति होगी की दिल्ली में रहने वाले हर परिवार का एक मकान होगा”
अंत में उन्होंने कहा, “झारखंड, उत्तराखंड के लोगों ने अपने लिए पूर्ण राज्य बनवा लिया अब हम दिल्ली के लोग अपने लिए पूर्ण राज्य बनाकर रहेंगे|पूर्ण राज्य बनेगा तो सभी योजनाएं लागू हो सकती है| इस बार प्रधानमंत्री बनाने के लिए नहीं दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य बनाने के लिए वोट दें।”
सभा को संबोधित करते हुए प्रत्याशी राघव चड्ढा ने कहा: आपने चार साल पहले अरविन्द केजरीवाल को प्यार दिया और सारे विधायक आम आदमी पार्टी के चुने लेकिन भाजपा के सातों सांसदों ने दिल्ली में पिछले 5 साल में कोई काम नहीं किया, बल्कि अरविन्द केरजीवाल जी के हर काम में परेशानी उत्पन की और चिट्ठियां लिख लिख कर उनके कामो को रोकने का काम किया| यदि आप अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी को इन सातों सांसदों से निजाद दिलाना चाहते है और चाहते है की दिल्ली में अरविन्द केजरीवाल का विकास का घोड़ा चार गुना स्पीड पे दौड़े, तो आज से दो महीने बाद जो चुनाव है उसमे झाड़ू का बटन दबाएं और दिल्ली की सातों सीटों पर अरविन्द केजरीवाल के सिपाहीयो को जिताएं”
“हम चाहते हैं कि दिल्ली में जितने भी एजुकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट्स है, उसमें दिल्ली के बच्चों को प्राथमिकता मिले, दिल्ली वालों को नौकरी मिलनी चाहिए लेकिन दिल्ली सरकारी नहीं कर पाती है क्योंकि दिल्ली एक पूर्ण राज्य नहीं है। यदि आप लोग दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा देना चाहते हैं तो ये अनिवार्य है की आप सब आने वाले चुनाव में आम आदमी पार्टी को वोट दें, सातों में 7 सांसद आम आदमी पार्टी से जताए और अरविन्द केजरीवाल जी 2 साल के भीतर पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिलाएंगे|”
उन्होंने कहा, “चूंकि भारतीय जनता पार्टी जान चुकी है कि आगामी चुनावों में उनकी हार निश्चित है, भाजपा ने दिल्ली में 30 लाख से अधिक लोगों के नाम मतदाता सूची से हटवा दिये। 3 महीने पहले आप के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को ये बात पता चली तो तब से वे चुनाव आयोग से लड़ रहे हैं और संघर्ष कर रहे हैं| वे हर उस व्यक्ति का नाम, जिसका नाम भाजपा ने गैर कानूनी तौर से मतदाता सूची से हटवाया है, उन सभी का नाम दो हफ्तों के भीतर मतदाता सूची में डलवा के रहेगें।”
“हमारे देश में 29 राज्य है और अगर बाक़ी अट्ठाईस राज्यों में हर व्यक्ति के वोट की क़ीमत एक रुपये हैं तो वहीं दिल्ली वालों के वोट की क़ीमत चवन्नी भर भी नहीं है,क्योंकि दिल्ली पूर्ण राज्य नहीं है और दिल्ली की सरकार के पास शक्तियाँ नहीं है जो और राज्य सरकारों के पास होती है। जैसे कि, दिल्ली पुलिस क़ानून व्यवस्था ज़मीन से संबंधित मसले दिल्ली की सरकार के अधीन नहीं आते।”

Dy. Chief Minister and Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia addressed two massive public gatherings in Sangam Vihar and Deoli Vidhan Sabha in the South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, today. AAP Lok Sabha candidate from South Delhi Raghav Chadha, Sangam Vihar MLA and Delhi Jal Board Vice Chairman Dinesh Mohaniya and Deoli MLA Prakash Jarwal were also present at gatherings in their respective Vidhan Sabhas. A huge number of people came to see the young and educated candidate.
In an appeal for the Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate Raghav Chadha, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said: You will not find an educated candidate like Raghav Chadha. He studied from Modern School and then attended one of the finest institutions in the world- London School of Economics. He could be doing a job worth crores but came and joined our party instead. Do we make someone like him an MP, or in place of him vote for someone who can’t speak to others properly nor show anyone kindness. Should our MP be someone who is educated or someone who is abusive?
“If someone who has studied from Modern and then LSE becomes an MP then they will think about the careers of your brothers, sisters and children. However, if someone who is an intimidating bully becomes your MP then the only question you will be asked is have you given the money, have you paid up? If Raghav Chadha becomes the MP then your kids will be asked how their studies are going and will be told when a job opportunity opens up for them. If Ramesh Biduri becomes the MP he will ask if the weekly payment for your shop has been paid up or not.”
Along with full statehood, Sangam Vihar has two reason to vote for AAP; One is Dinesh Mohaniya and the other is Raghav Chadha.
He further said; This election is being fought by the BJP to make Modiji Prime Minister again, the Congress party has a similar intention, however, AAP’s dream and your dream is simply to give Delhi the status of full Statehood.
Explaining the need for full statehood for Delhi he said: there are only 30,000 seats in Delhi and every year there are 1.5 lakh children who graduate from school. In this case how will over a lakh students get to study? Even those with 80 percent and 85 percent do not get admission. It doesn’t worry Modiji if the kids of Sangam Vihar who get 60 percent will get admission or not. However, I as your education minister worry and care. Once Delhi gets full statehood I will open enough colleges so that not even one kid is left out from higher education.
The central government has the authority and power to open colleges but they don’t open any nor do they let the Delhi Government make any, and only wall standing between us and opening of those colleges is not having the status of full statehood.
He said: When a job becomes available in state government of Haryana, 85% is reserved for people from there, for Haryanvis. However, when a job opens up in the Delhi government then the entire country applies. Where is the fault of the people of Delhi? When Delhi becomes a full state then 85% of the government jobs will be reserved for people belonging from Delhi.
Speaking on the topic of safety he said: Ruffians are scared of the police, but the police do not do anything as they are under Modiji. Once Delhi attains full statehood then Delhi police will comer under the Delhi Government.
On the issue of women safety, he said “Goons who harass women in the society can only be deterred by the Delhi Police, but the Delhi police doesn’t do anything to them because they work under Modi and he is not the least bit concerned about the safety of women in Delhi.”
“If Delhi becomes a full state, then on behalf on Arvind Kejriwal I can guarantee that we will utilise all the empty land under DDA’s possession and ensure that every family in Delhi has a house of their own within 10 years.”
In the end, he said, ” People of states like Jharkhand and Uttarakhand attained full statehood for their states now its our turn to get the same status for Delhi. When Delhi becomes a full state, then we will be able to implement all our policies. This time Delhi won’t vote for the PM but to make to make Delhi a full state.”
While addressing the gathering, Raghav Chadha said, “The Seven MPs from BJP have not done any work for the people of Delhi in the past 5 years. Rather, they have only created roadblocks in development projects of CM Arvind Kejriwal. If you want to get rid of all the current BJP MPs, and want development projecta by Arvind Kejriwal to gain pace; then vote for AAP in the upcoming elections and ensure all the seven MPs are elected from AAP”
“There are 29 states in our country. If the worth of one vote in 28 states is a rupee, Delhi’s vote is not worth even a penny because Delhi is not a full state. The government of Delhi doesn’t have complete powers like other state governments do. Delhi police, law and order and problems related to ground issues are not under the government of Delhi.”
“Because the BJP has realised that their defeat in the upcoming elections is a certainty, they have illegally removed names of 30 lakh residents of Delhi from the voters’ list. CM Kejriwal has been struggling and fighting against the Election Commission ever since he found out about this three months ago. Every name that the BJP has scrapped off illegally from the voters’ list will be restored within two weeks.”
As elections get closer, political parties are attempting to divide people along lines of religion and caste, and now states. Recently in South Delhi, BJP netas harassed and behaved violently with people from the North East in the name of regionalism. Everywhere there is a BJP government, be it Maharashtra or Gujarat, Purvanchalis are being discriminated against. The same is true in South Delhi. I am sure that this time the people of South Delhi will defeat the forces of division and hate, and peace and brotherhood will emerge victorious.”
“We want students of Delhi to get preference in the universities and educational institutes of Delhi. People of Delhi should get jobs, but Delhi’s government cannot help in the matter as Delhi is not a full state. If you all want Delhi to become a full state, then it is important to ensure that that all the seven MP’s are chosen from Aam Aadmi Party. If we win, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will ensure that Delhi becomes a full state within two years.”
