नोटबंदी से बड़ा इकनोमिक फैलियर आज़ाद भारत के इतिहास में नहीं देखा गया : राघव चड्ढा
जिस तरह से 9/11 अमेरिका के इतिहास में एक बड़ी त्रासदी और बेहद ही ग़मगीन दिवस के तौर पे जाना जाता है, उसी तरह से भारतीय इतिहास में 8/11 एक बड़ी त्रासदी के रूप में जाना जाता है : राघव चड्ढा
जिस तरह से आतंकवादियों ने 9 नवंबर को अमेरिका पर हमला कर वर्ल्ड ट्रैड सेंटर को धराशाही कर दिया था, उसी प्रकार से 8 नवंबर को नोट बंदी नामक जहाज से हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री ने ही हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को धराशाही कर दिया था : राघव चड्ढा
वीरवार को पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए दक्षिणी दिल्ली से आप लोकसभा प्रभारी राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि आज नोटबंदी की दूसरी बरसी है! जैसा की आम आदमी पार्टी पहले दिन से कहती आ रही है की नोटबंदी आजादी के बाद के इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा घोटाला है! और ये बात सिद्ध करने की ज़रूरत भी नहीं है! आप सभी को याद होगा की प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने नोटबंदी पर भाषण देते हुए कहा था कि इससे लगभग 3 से 5 लाख करोड़ का कालाधन देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में घूम रहा है वो पकड़ा जाएगा! लेकिन आज कुछ महीने पहले ही RBI की एक रिपोर्ट आई, जिसमे ये पता लगा की देश की कुल मुद्रा 15 लाख 44 हज़ार करोड़ में से 15 लाख 31 हज़ार करोड़ देश के बेंको में वापस आ गया, और बाकी बचा 13 हज़ार करोड़ रूपया वो है जो की, देश की मुद्रा के रूप में नेपाल या भूटान जैसे देशो में पड़ा है, या फिर कुछ NRI जो देश के बाहर रहते हैं, उनके घर की तिजोरी में बंद है!
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा की नोट बंदी के समय प्रधानमंत्री ने बड़े बड़े दावे किये थे, लेकिन वो सभी दावे फेल साबित हुए! मोदी जी ने कहा था कि नोटबंदी के सफल प्रयोग से देश में जो काला धन है वो पकड़ा जाएगा, आतंकवादीयों की कमर टूट जाएगी, आतंकवाद ख़त्म हो जाएगा, नकली नोटों का कारोबार समाप्त हो जाएगा आदि! लेकिन हुआ, 8 नवंबर 2016 के बाद सीजफायर वायलेशन में 6 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी हुई और आतंकवादी गतिविधियाँ जस की तस हैं! एक रूपए का भी काला धन नहीं पकड़ा गया! कई न्यूज़ चेनलों और अखबारों में भी ये खबर छपी के आज बाज़ार में 2000 और 500 के नए नोटों के नकली नोट भारी मात्र में बाज़ार में मौजूद हैं! नोटबंदी की वजह से हमारे देश की जीडीपी में डेढ़ प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई, देश में छोटा व्यापर लगभग ख़त्म सा ही हो गया! 115 से अधिक लोगो को अपनी जान गवानी पड़ी, 35 लाख लोगो को नोकरी गवानी पड़ी, वर्क फ़ोर्स का आंकड़ा 1.5 करोड़ से गिरकर नीचे आ गया, किसान जो इस देश को रोटी खिलाता है, उसे ही रोटी के लाले पड़ गए, और लगभग 8 हज़ार करोड़ नए नोट छापने में व्यर्थ कर दिए गए!
गुजरात के महेश का शाह का नाम लेते हुए राघव ने कहा की नोटबंदी क्यों की गई ये महेश शाह के उस बयान से पता चलता है, जिसमे उसने कहा था की ये 13 हज़ार करोड़ की राशी किस-किस की है, अगर में नाम ले दूंगा तो देश की राजनीती में भूचाल आ जाएगा! नोटबंदी का केवल और केवल एक ही मकसद था, और वो ये की भाजपा के पास और भाजपा के नेताओ के पास जो काला धन था उसे नोटबंदी के माध्यम सफ़ेद कर लिया जाए! जैसा की आप सभी को ज्ञात होगा की नोटबंदी से कुछ दिन पहले ही भाजपा ने झारखण्ड, बिहार और उडीसा जैसे अलग अलग राज्यों में करोडो रूपए की संपत्ति खरीदी! ये सारी सम्पत्तियां भाजपा एवं भाजपा से जुड़े लोगो के द्वारा ही खरीदी गई! और मीडिया के माध्यम से ये खबरे भी सुनने में आई के गुजरात के कॉपरेटिव बेंको के साथ मिलकर भाजपा के नेताओं ने करोडो रुपयों की ब्लैक मनी को सफ़ेद कर लिया!
मोदी जी ने अपने भाषण में कहा था की देशवासियों मुझे केवल 50 दिन दे दो, अगर में गलत साबित हुआ तो जिस चौराहे पर बुलाओगे मै आने को तैयार हूँ, और देश जो भी सजा देगा, मैं वो सजा भुगतने के लिए तैयार हूँ, तो आम आदमी पार्टी आज मोदी जी से कुछ प्रश्न पूछना चाहते हैं……
1- आप बताइए कि आप कौनसे चौराहे पर आना पसंद करेंगे ?
2- नोटबंदी से कितना काला धन पकड़ा गया ?
3- नोटबंदी से देश को कितना आर्थिक नुक्सान हुआ, उसके आंकड़े जारी करे सरकार!
4- नोटबंदी की वजह से जो लगभग 115 लोगो की जान गई, क्या उनके परिवारों को को सरकारी सहायता दी गई?
5- क्या मोदी जी ने नोटबंदी से पहले वित्तमंत्री, RBI, आर्थिक सलाहकार, या अपने मंत्रिमंडल से किसी भी प्रकार की कोई चर्चा की थी?
हम आशा करते हैं की मोदी जी हमारे इन सवालों का जवाब देंगे, और बताएंगे की वो किसी चौराहे पर आना पसंद करेंगे, और अगर नहीं बताते तो उम्मीद है कि कम से कम नोटबंदी से हुई इस आर्थिक त्रासदी के लिए देश की जनता से माफ़ी मांगेगे!

On the second anniversary of demonetization Aam Aadmi Party’s South Delhi Lok Sabha Prabhari Raghav Chadha interacted with media persons to recap the fallout two years on. The party has maintained from day one that demonetization is the greatest scam in the history of independent India, and there remains no need to prove this anymore. You may recall from PM Modi’s address on demonetization his claim of about 3 to 5 lakh crores worth of black money circulating in the Indian economy that would be soon be seized. But an RBI report from only a few months back states that of the total 15 lakh 44 thousand crores in cash, 15 lakh 31 thousand crores has returned to the country’s banks. The remaining 13 thousand crores includes what Indian currency is lying in countries like Nepal and Bhutan, or what is lying in the homes of NRIs who couldn’t come back to exchange their currency.
Raghav Chadha said the Prime Minister had made several grand claims at the time of demonetization, every single one of these has proven to be a failure. Modi Ji claimed that successful implementation of demonetization would destroy the black money lying in the country, would break the backbone of terrorism, end the counterfeit currency business and more. But in reality, since 8th November 2016 LOC violations have increased by 6% and terror incidents continue unabated. Not a paisa of black money has been seized. Several newspapers and TV channels have reported how counterfeit currency of 2000 and 500 denominations has flooded the market. Demonetization caused our GDP growth rate to dip by over 1.5% and almost decimated small businesses. Over 115 lives were lost, 35 lakh people lost their jobs, the workforce statistic fell below 1.5 crores. The farmer that feeds the country was left struggling to feed himself, and the government spent over 8 thousand crores in printing new currency.
In Gujarat, naming Mahesh and Shah, Raghav Chadha said the true reasons behind demonetization are revealed by the statement in which he says that if he were to name those who own these 13 thousand crores an earthquake would strike the politics of India. The one and only purpose of demonetization was to covert the black money held by the BJP and its leaders to white. As is common knowledge, merely days before demonetization the BJP bought assets worth several crores in states like Jharkhand, Orissa and Bihar. All these assets were bought by the BJP and its leaders. Several media reports also revealed how BJP leaders in connivance with cooperatives banks in Gujarat converted several crores worth of black money to white.
Modi Ji in his speech asked the countrymen to give him just 50 days and then if proven wrong he would come to whichever square they demanded, accept whatever punishment they handed. Today Aam Aadmi Party would like to ask Modi Ji some questions:
1. Which square would you like to come to?
2. How much black money was recovered due to demonetization?
3. How much economic damage did the country suffer due to demonetization? We ask the government to share these statistics.
4. Has any government assistance been handed out to the families of the 115 odd people who lost their lives to demonetization?
5. Did Modi Ji consult the Finance Minister, the RBI, the economic advisors, or the cabinet in any form before implementing demonetization?
We hope Modi Ji will answer our questions and tell us which square he would like to come to and if not, we hope that at least he will apologize to the people of the country for the economic tragedy that demonetization was.
