भाजपा शासित केंद्र सरकार झुग्गी में रहने लाखों लोगों की झुग्गियों को तोड़ने की साजिश रच रही है और उसे तोउ़ने के लिए उनके घरों पर नोटिस चस्पा कर रही है। नोटिस में कहा गया है कि उन्हें बेघर कर दिया जाएगा, उनकी झुग्गियों को तोड़ दिया जाएगा। दिल्ली के लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल भाजपा की इस साजिश को नाकाम करने के लिए रणनीति तैयार कर रहे है। अगर जरूरत पड़ी, तो हम सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाएंगे और सड़क पर भी आंदोलन करेंगे। यह नोटिस गैरकानूनी व असंवैधानिक है और झुग्गी के बदले मकान दिए बिना किसी भी व्यक्ति की झुग्गी नहीं तोड़ने देंगे। सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के दिल में हर समय दिल्ली के गरीब और झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले लोगों की फिक्र और उनका हित शामिल है। जब तक झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले लोगों का मुख्यमंत्री और उनके परिवार का बड़ा बेटा अरविंद केजरीवाल जिंदा हैं, तब तक किसी का घर उजड़ने नहीं देंगे। यह बातें आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राघव चड्ढा ने आज पार्टी मुख्यालय पर आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान कही।

आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि दिल्ली के लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के दिल में हर समय दिल्ली के गरीब और झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले लोगों की फिक्र, उनका हित शामिल रहता है। केजरीवाल सरकार देश की पहली ऐसी सरकार है, जिसने झुग्गी झोपड़ी बस्ती में रह रहे लोगों को अपना परिवार माना। अरविंद केजरीवाल जी झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए केवल उनके मुख्यमंत्री ही नहीं, बल्कि उनके परिवार के बड़े बेटे हैं और आज तक अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने अपने इस परिवार पर हल्की सी भी आंच नहीं आने दी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज दिल्ली में कुछ ऐसी घटनाएं घटी है, जिसके कारण इस प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन करना भी अनिवार्य हो गया था और भारतीय जनता पार्टी को चेतावनी देना भी अनिवार्य हो गया था। प्रेस वार्ता में पत्रकारों को एक नोटिस की कॉपी दिखाते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने बताया कि यह नोटिस भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा दिल्ली के भिन्न-भिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्थित झुग्गी झोपड़ी इलाकों में चिपकाए जा रहे हैं। तुगलकाबाद विधान सभा में स्थित झुग्गी झोपड़ियों में चिपकाए गए नोटिस में लिखी बात की जानकारी देते हुए उन्होंने कहा, कि इसमें लिखा है कि 11 सितंबर 2020 को आप का घर उजाड़ दिया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार दिल्ली के एक अन्य क्षेत्र में स्थित झुग्गी बस्तियों पर लगाए गए नोटिस को दिखाते हुए उन्होंने बताया, कि इसमें लिखा है कि 14 सितंबर 2020 को आपका घर तोड़ दिया जाएगा। दिल्ली के लगभग लगभग हर क्षेत्र में भारतीय जनता पार्टी, झुग्गी झोपड़ी इलाकों में यह नोटिस लगा रही है।
झुग्गियों में रहने वाले लोग भी इस देश के उतने ही नागरिक हैं, जितने भाजपा के लोग हैं- राघव चड्ढा
पत्रकारों के समक्ष भाजपा कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा चिपकाए गए नोटिस की प्रति को फाड़ते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि यह नोटिस मानवता के खिलाफ है, संविधान के खिलाफ है। यह नोटिस भारत में रहने वाले हर नागरिक के सम्मानजनक जीवन जीने के संवैधानिक अधिकार के खिलाफ है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी को चेतावनी देते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि जब तक अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सांस में सांस बाकी है, दिल्ली में रहने वाले एक भी व्यक्ति का आशियाना नहीं उजड़ने देंगे। झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है, उनके परिवार का बड़ा बेटा अरविंद केजरीवाल उनके साथ खड़ा है। राघव चड्ढा ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि झुग्गी बस्ती में रहने वाले लोग हमारे परिवार का हिस्सा है और जो हमारे परिवार की तरफ आंख उठाकर देखेगा, हम उसकी ईट से ईट बजा देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं भाजपा वालों को बता देना चाहता हूं कि जिन झुग्गी झोपड़ी वालों का घर आप उजाड़ना चाहते हैं, जिन लोगों को आप बेघर करना चाहते हैं वह सब भी इसी देश के नागरिक हैं, भारत माता की संतान हैं और वह भी इस देश के उतने ही नागरिक हैं जितने कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लोग हैं।

राघव चड्ढा ने बताया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी जो षड्यंत्र के तहत दिल्ली की झुग्गी बस्ती में रहने वाले लोगों के घर उजाड़ने की साजिश रच रही है, दिल्ली के लोकप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री उनकी साजिश को नाकाम करने के लिए रणनीति तैयार कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर जरूरत पड़ी, तो हम भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का भी दरवाजा खटखटाएंगे, और सड़क पर भी आंदोलन करेंगे। झुग्गी के बदले मकान दिए बिना किसी व्यक्ति की झुग्गी तोड़ देने के कार्य को न तो दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी बर्दाश्त करेंगे और न ही दिल्ली में ऐसा होने देंगे। दिल्ली की झुग्गी झोपड़ी बस्ती में रहने वाले लोगों को आश्वासन देते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, कि जब तक दिल्ली में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सरकार है, जब तक दिल्ली में गरीबों के हित रखने वाली, उनके बारे में सोचने वाली, उनकी फिक्र करने वाली, उनकी चिंता करने वाली केजरीवाल सरकार है, आपके ऊपर और आप के आशियाने के ऊपर हल्की सी भी आँच हम नहीं आने देंगे।

Aam Aadmi Party national spokesperson and MLA Mr Raghav Chadha on Thursday launched a massive attack against the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Central government over serving demolition notices to the slum dwellers of Delhi. He said that the BJP-ruled Centre Government is issuing notices asking the slum dwellers to evacuate their houses by this month. He said that these notices issued by BJP are inhuman, illegal and unconstitutional. Mr Chadha said that till the time, Kejriwal government is here not a single slum dweller will lose their home. He said that CM Arvind Kejriwal is making a full proof plan of action for the slum dwellers; this policy will ensure that no slum dwellers’ house will be demolished. He also said that if there is a need then we will move the Supreme Court and also fight this battle on the streets.

“I want to tell the people of Delhi who stay in the slums that the Kejriwal government always cares for you. The Kejriwal government is the first government in the country which accepted the slum dwellers of the national capital as its family members. CM Arvind Kejriwal is not only the Chief Minister in the eyes of Delhi’s slum dwellers but also an elder brother. Mr Kejriwal will never allow any suffering of these people till the time his alive. The Kejriwal government will never do anything to harm the people who stay in the slums of Delhi,” said Mr Chadha.

He said, “Today I want to expose the Bharatiya Janata Party and challenge them. I have with me various notices served by the BJP-ruled Central Government. One such notice which was put at various houses of the slum dwellers of the Tughlakabad area noted that they have to evacuate their house by September 11. After this, their houses will be demolished. At the same time in some other areas notices were issued which noted that by September 14 the slum dwellers will need to evacuate their houses.”

Mr Chadha said, “The BJP is issuing such notices across the National Capital which are threatening the slum dwellers that their houses will be demolished within this month. These notices are against humanity and also illegal. These notices are against the basic principle of the constitution which allows every citizen to have a life with dignity.”

He said, “On behalf of the Aam Aadmi Party I want to make it very clear that the Kejriwal government will not accept any such action against the slum dwellers. I am tearing these notices and reminding the BJP that till the time the Kejriwal government is here not a single slum dweller will lose their home. The slum dwellers should not worry because CM Kejriwal who is your elder brother, will not allow any displacement of the slum dwellers in the city.”

Mr Chadha said, “I am reminding BJP that do not harass the members of our family. The people who stay in these slums whose houses you are planning to demolish are also citizens of India. They are as much citizens as the BJP people are. So BJP should not harass these people and till the time the Kejriwal government is here, not a single slum dweller will be displaced. CM Arvind Kejriwal is making a full proof plan of action for the slum dwellers. This action plan and policy will ensure that no slum dwellers’ houses will be demolished and the BJP’s plan to make people homeless will not become successful. If there is a need then we will move the Supreme Court and also fight this battle on the streets. Without giving alternative house and rehabilitation, no slum dwellers’ house will be demolished in Delhi.”

Mr Chadha said, “CM Mr Arvind Kejriwal is making a policy to ensure security to every slum dwellers. I want to tell the BJP that they should immediately stop such illegal act. Till the time Kejriwal government is here we stands beside the poor people of Delhi, work for them, care for them, not a single slum dweller will face any eviction.”
