दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव की घोषणा के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी आज तीनों मोर्चों पर सबसे आगे चल रही है। पार्टी ने सबसे पहले 1 सितम्बर से जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से कैंपेन की शुरुआत की। उसके बाद दिल्ली के अंदर आम आदमी पार्टी के अलग-अलग फ्रंटल संगठनों द्वारा संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया, बूथ स्तर पर विधायकों के माध्यम से जन संवाद कार्यक्रम किए गए, डोर टू डोर कैंपेन के माध्यम से दिल्ली के 35 लाख घरों तक अपने 5 साल के कार्यकाल का रिपोर्ट कार्ड पहुंचाया, 700 मोहल्ला सभाओं का आयोजन किया गया, मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी द्वारा 7 टाउन हॉल मीटिंग की गई। चुनावी कैंपेन के साथ-साथ बूथ मैनेजमेंट का काम भी आम आदमी पार्टी ने पूरा कर लिया है, और दिल्ली में सबसे पहले 70 विधानसभा के लिए अपने उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा कर चुकी है।
गोपाल राय ने बताया कि दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है, इस कड़ी में कल शनिवार 18 जनवरी को मैं बाबरपुर विधानसभा के लिए अपना नामांकन दाखिल करूंगा और 20 जनवरी को मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी नई दिल्ली विधानसभा के लिए अपना नामांकन दाखिल करेंगे। नामांकन दाखिल करने से पहले नई दिल्ली विधानसभा में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के नेतृत्व में एक रोड शो का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
21 तारीख को नामांकन प्रक्रिया समाप्त होने के पश्चात आम आदमी पार्टी चुनाव हेतु अपने अंतिम और निर्णायक कैंपेन की तरफ बढ़ेगी। 23 जनवरी से हम कैंपेन के आखिरी चरण की शुरुआत करेंगे। इस कैंपेन को शुरू करने से पहले अगले 5 सालों में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार द्वारा जो काम किए जाएंगे, उसका एक गारंटी कार्ड लांच किया जाएगा, जो ‘केजरीवाल का गारंटी कार्ड’ नाम से जारी होगा। 23 जनवरी से पहले यह केजरीवाल का गारंटी कार्ड जनता के बीच में लांच किया जाएगा और 26 जनवरी के बाद पार्टी का पूरा घोषणा पत्र जनता के समक्ष रखा जाएगा।
23 जनवरी से पहले जो केजरीवाल का गारंटी कार्ड लॉन्च कर रहे हैं, उसको लेकर हम दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव का अपना आखिरी चरण का डोर टू डोर कैंपेन शुरू करने जा रहे हैं। जिसके तहत हम एक बार फिर से दिल्ली के 35 लाख घरों में दोबारा से दस्तक देंगे। 2 फरवरी 2020 तक हमारा यह डोर टू डोर कैंपेन चलेगा। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि 23 जनवरी से लेकर 2 फरवरी के बीच हम पुनः 35 लाख घरों में दस्तक देंगे और केजरीवाल का गारंटी कार्ड घर-घर तक पहुंचाएंगे। इसके साथ साथ 23 जनवरी से 30 जनवरी के बीच मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी, गारंटी कार्ड को लेकर ८ टाउन हॉल मीटिंग भी करेंगे, जिसमें जनता के साथ सीधे संवाद का प्रावधान रहेगा।
23 तारीख से जो हमारे कैंपेन की शुरुआत हो रही है, इसमें डोर टू डोर एवं टाउन हॉल मीटिंग के साथ-साथ हमारे जितने भी उम्मीदवार हैं उन सभी के माध्यम से सभी क्षेत्रों में इंडोर मीटिंग और जनसभाओं का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के विधानसभाओं में जो भी कार्यक्रम होंगे, उसकी जानकारी भी जल्द ही मीडिया के साथियों के साथ साझा की जाएगी।

Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi AAP convenor, Mr Gopal Rai on Friday announced that AAP National Convener Mr Arvind Kejriwal and senior party leaders will launch the ‘Kejriwal ka Guarantee Card’ before January 23.

“Since the announcement of Delhi elections, AAP has been forging ahead on all fronts. In September, the party started its campaign through Jan Samvaad. We engaged with many frontal organizations and undertook Jan Samwaad through our MLAs. Additionally, we brought out the report card of the Delhi Govt and took stock of the work done in 5 years. This report card was handed over to 35 lakh households, through a door to door campaign. We also organized 700 mohalla sabhas and Chief Minister has participated in 7 townhall meetings, in which he interacted with the public and answered questions” said Mr Rai.
He added that alongside the election campaign, AAP has strengthened the organization, down to the booth level. Candidates have been announced for all 70 seats and the process of filing nominations is already underway.
Arvind Kejriwal to file his nomination on 20th January, followed by a roadshow: Gopal Rai
“I will file my nomination tomorrow and on 20th January, Mr Arvind Kejriwal will file his. His nomination will be preceded by a roadshow in his constituency of New Delhi,” said Mr Rai.
AAP to launch ‘ Kejriwal ka Guarantee Card ‘ by January 23 and manifesto after January 26
Mr Gopal Rai said that after the nomination process ends on 21st January, AAP will move towards the final and decisive phase of the election campaign.
“By 23rd January, we will launch the final leg of our election campaign which will begin with the launch of the ‘Kejriwal ka Guarantee Card’ by the CM that will list the major promises for the people of Delhi in next 5 years. It is for the first time in the history of Indian politics, that a party will be launching such a ‘Guarantee Card’, a measure of its confidence in its ability to fulfil promises made. After 26th January, we will also present our manifesto to you. So this is being done in a two pronged manner – a Guarantee Card followed by a detailed manifesto. The Guarantee Card will also be taken to the people through a door to door campaign, which will also be launched on 23rd January and will continue till 2nd February. We will be visiting and knocking on the doors of our 35 lakh households in Delhi once more, with the good news of all the key promises that the Kejriwal government will guarantee to fulfill in the next five years, to make their lives even better.,” said Mr Rai.
Arvind Kejriwal to hold 8 town hall meetings between 23rd and 30th January: Gopal Rai
He said that between 23rd and 30th January, Mr Kejriwal will also hold Townhall and public interactions, with the conversations focussing on the Guarantee Card. Candidates will also take out padayatras and conduct indoor and public meetings.
