नई दिल्ली: मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरिवाल ने रविवार शाम सोनिया विहार और श्रीराम काॅलोनी वार्ड में सीवर पाइप लाइन बिछाने की योजना का उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमने कच्ची काॅलोनियों में सभी काम करवा दिए हैं। अब रजिस्ट्री भी हम करवा कर देंगे। आज उम्मीद थी कि आप लोगों को कच्ची काॅलोनियो की रजिस्ट्री की सौगात मिलेगी। लेकिन आप लोगों के साथ आज फिर धोखा हुआ। पहले कांग्रेस ने धोखा दिया और आज भाजपा ने भी दे दिया। पहले कांग्रेस झूठे वादे करती थी और अब भाजपा झूठे वादे कर रही है।
सोनिया विहार काॅलोनी में आयोजित सीवर पाइप लाइन के उद्घाटन समारोह कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि आप लोग इस नाले से बहुत परेशान रहा करते थे। आप सभी की मांग थी कि इस नाले की सफाई की जाए। मुझे बेहद खुशी है कि जल्द ही इस नाले की सफाई का काम शुरू होने वाला है और इसके बाद इस पूरे इलाके को इस नाले की वजह से जो परेशानी होती थी, उससे आप सभी को मुक्ति मिल जाएगी। श्रीराम काॅलोनी और सोनिया विहार काॅलोनी के अंदर सीवर की लाइन पड़ने का काम जल्द शुरू होने वाला है। उसकी भी आप लोगों को शिकायत रहा करती थी। सीवर लाइन पड़ने से भी आप लोगों को काफी सहूलियत मिलेगी। हमारी सरकार आने के बाद सोनिया विहार और श्रीराम काॅलोनी वार्ड में जितनी भी गलियां व नालियां थी, उन सब का निर्माण करा दिया है। पूरी दिल्ली में कच्ची काॅलोनियों में बड़े स्तर पर काम चल रहा है। आज तक कच्ची काॅलोनियों के साथ केवल राजनीति की गई थी। किसी सरकार ने कच्ची काॅलोनियों में काम नहीं किया। राज्य में पहले कांग्रेस व बीजेपी की सरकार थी। केंद्र में भी दोनों की सरकार थी। सभी ने कहा कि हमें वोट दो, हम कच्ची काॅलोनियों में काम करेंगे, लेकिन सभी ने धोखा दिया है।
कांग्रेस की तरह आज भाजपा ने भी कच्ची कालोनियों के लोगों को धोखा दिया: अरविंद केजरिवाल
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि मुझे दुख है कि जैसे ही हमारी सरकार आई थी। हमने कच्ची काॅलोनियों को पक्का करने का प्रस्ताव बना कर केंद्र सरकार को भेजा था। हमने केंद्र सरकार से कहा था कि कच्ची काॅलोनियों को पक्की कर दो, ताकि रजिस्ट्री खुल जाए। पांच साल तक केंद्र सरकार सोती रही और अब चुनाव नजदीक आया है, तो तीन माह पहले इन्हें कच्ची काॅलोनियों की याद आई है। हमने सोचा कि चलो देर से ही याद आई, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार ने याद तो किया। हमने कहा कि कच्ची काॅलोनियों की रजिस्ट्री कर दो। आज रामलीला मैदान में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की रैली थी। आप सभी पिछले छह माह से तैयारी कर रहे थे कि मोदी जी का धन्यवाद करेंगे। आज मुझे भी उम्मीद थी कि रजिस्ट्री चालू कर देंगे, लेकिन झूठ बोला था। बीजेपी वाले कह रहे थे कि मोदी जी 100 लोगों को कच्ची काॅलोनियों की रजिस्ट्री देंगे। आज अब बीजेपी वाले कह रहे हैं कि छह महीने बाद देंगे। इनकी नीयत खराब है। जैसे पहले कांग्रेस धोखा दिया करती थी। चुनाव के दौरान हर बार कांग्रेस कहती थी कि इस बार वोट दे दो, अगली बार कच्ची काॅलोनियों को पक्की कर देंगे। जैसे कांग्रेस धोखा देती थी। वैसे ही आज बीजेपी वाले कर रहे हैं। पांच साल तक बीजेपी वाले क्या कर रहे थे। जब केजरीवाल गली-गली में घूम कर कच्ची काॅलोनियों में सड़कें बनवा रहा था, तब वे सो रहे थे क्या। क्या तब कच्ची काॅलोनियों को पक्की नहीं कर सकते थे। अब चुनाव के पहले इन्हें कच्ची काॅलोनियों की याद आ रही हैं। ये लोग अभी भी कर देते तो कोई बात नहीं थी, लेकिन अब भी नहीं की।
पांच साल लड़ कर इतने काम कराए हैं, फिर काॅलोनियों की रजिस्ट्री कराउंगा: मुख्यमंत्री
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरिवाल ने कहा कि दोस्तों चिंता मत करना। पांच साल में इनसे लड़-लड़ कर इतने काम करवा लिए। फिर अगले पांच साल इनसे लड़-लड़ कर रजिस्ट्री भी खुलवा लूंगा। मैं जितने काम करता हूं। यह लोग हर चीज का विरोध करते हैं। मैं भी गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री की तरह अपने लिए हवाई जहाज खरीद सकता था, लेकिन केजरीवाल जमीन पर ही रहता है। आपके बीच में ही रहता है। जमीन पर रहूंगा तभी तो पता चलेगा कि सड़क टूटी पड़ी है। हवा में रहूंगा तो कैसे पता चलेगा कि सड़क टूटी पड़ी है। कैसे पता चलेगा कि नाले की सफाई करानी है। आपके बीच में रहता हूं। गली मोहल्ले में घूमता रहता हूं। पता करते रहता हूं कि कहां सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगे हैं या कहां पर क्या काम करना है।

New Delhi: Inaugurating the laying of sewer pipelines in Sonia Vihar and Sri Ram Colony areas of Karawal Nagar constituency on Sunday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that several parties have only played politics on the issue of development of unauthorized colonies for years rather than working for the welfare of the residents of thescolonies. He also criticized the BJP for delaying the registration process for six months even after the passing of the Unauthorized Colonies Bill in both the houses of the Parliament.
Cleaning process of drains and installation of sewer pipelines in Sonia Vihar and Sri Ram Colony to begin soon: CM Arvind Kejriwal
“I know that the blocked drain here caused a lot of difficulties for the residents of this area. I am happy that the cleaning work of this drain will soon begin and the problems faced by the people will be solved. The installation of sewer pipelines in Sri Ram Colony and Sonia Vihar is also going to begin soon. The Delhi government has already constructed roads and laid sewer pipelines in Sonia Vihar and Sri Ram Colony. The development of unauthorized colonies is going on at a large scale in Delhi.”
Parties only playing politics on the issue of development of unauthorized colonies: CM Arvind Kejriwal
CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “To date, other political parties have only played politics on the issue of the development of unauthorized colonies, and no government has actually worked for its development. Before us Congress was in power in Delhi for 15 years, and before that BJP was in power. Earlier, Congress was in power and now BJP is in power in the Center, but every party has done nothing other than deceiving the residents of unauthorized colonies by promising them regularization and development after coming to power. It has been 70 years after independence, no government has ever worked for the construction of roads, or installation of proper sewage systems or water pipelines, or worked towards cleanliness of drains in the unauthorized colonies.”
Other governments did not have the intent to work for the development of unauthorized colonies: CM Arvind Kejriwal
CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “Out of the 1797 colonies, we have constructed proper sewage systems, roads, sewer, and water pipelines and CCTV cameras in 1281 colonies in the last five years. If we could do it in five years, why could they not do it in 70 years? They did not have the intent to work for these colonies. I am happy that all the development work is being done in the unauthorized colonies. We sent a proposal to the Central Government to legalize the unauthorized colonies immediately after the formation of our government in 2015. They did not do anything for five years, and now they are reminded about it just three months before the assembly elections.”

“Our Hon’ble Prime Minister gave a speech at Ramlila Maidan today. I had expected out of the event at Ramlila Maidan that they will begin the registration process like they were claiming for the last six months. But they did not do it even today. BJP leaders were claiming that 100 property owners will receive registration papers before the assembly elections, and the rest will receive registration after the elections. Now they say that the registration process will happen after six months. They have bad intentions, and BJP is deceiving the people just like Congress. I want to ask, where was the BJP when the Delhi government was working on laying sewer and water pipelines and constructing roads in the unauthorized colonies in the city? They are acting on the regularization procedure now before elections when they should have done this way back,” said CM Kejriwal
I will do anything to provide registry to people: CM Arvind Kejriwal
CM Arvind Kejriwal said, “You all should not worry, I have fought with them for Delhi’s development in the last five years, and I will do anything to get the registration for unauthorized colonies. They oppose everything I do, they opposed the free bus rides scheme for women claiming that it is a wastage of money. I want to appeal to them to not harm the women even if they have a personal enmity with me. They ask the source of the funds spent on the schemes. The scheme has cost the Delhi government ₹140 crores. A Chief Minister of some other state has spent Rs. 191 crores on a private jet recently. The same government money was spent by me on the free travel scheme for my mothers and sisters.”

“Arvind Kejriwal belongs to you, and it is because I live amongst you instead of flying in private jets that I know your needs and wants. That is how I know and ensure that roads are constructed, sewer pipelines are installed, drains are cleaned and CCTV cameras are installed. No other government has made free provisions of power, water, bus-rides, treatments in schools and hospitals. All of this is only because you all have voted for an honest and non-corrupt government, who does not dupe people for money. It is your love that will take us forward and take us beyond 67 seats in the last win,” said CM Kejriwal.
