प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा चलाए जा रहे स्वच्छता अभियान के सर्वेक्षण में भाजपा शासित तीनों एमसीडी फिसड्डी निकली हैं। देश के 47 शहरों में हुए स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण-2020 की आई रिपोर्ट में साउथ एमसीडी की 47 में से 31वीं, नार्थ एमसीडी की 43वीं और ईस्ट एमसीडी की 46वीं रैंक है। प्रधानमंत्री जी लोगों से आह्वान करते हैं कि पूरे भारत से गंदगी खत्म होनी चाहिए, लेकिन आज भाजपा शासित एमसीडी के अधिकारियों, पार्षदों, मेयरों और नेताओं ने देश ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरी दुनिया में उनका नाम खराब कर दिया है। जनता ने भाजपा नेताओं को दिल्ली को साफ-सुथरा रखने का काम सौंपा था, लेकिन उसमें भी वो बुरी तरह असफल हुए हैं। भाजपा के नेता दिल्ली के अंदर सिर्फ पैसा बनाने के काम में लगे हुए हैं। आगामी नगर निगम चुनाव में दिल्ली की जनता झाडू दबा कर भाजपा के नेताओं को हमेशा के लिए घर बैठा देगी। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिश्ठ नेता दुर्गेश पाठक ने यह बातें पार्टी मुख्यालय में आयोजित एक प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान कही।
47 शहरों में किए गए स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण में भाजपा शासित एमसीडी की सबसे खराब हालत- दुर्गेश पाठक
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं एमसीडी प्रभारी दुर्गेश पाठक ने कहा कि भाजपा शासित मोस्ट करप्ट डिपार्टमेंट अर्थात एमसीडी की नाकामियों की फेहरिस्त में आज एक तमगा और जुड़ा है। यह तमगा मैंने या आम आदमी पार्टी ने या किसी अन्य पार्टी ने नहीं दिया, बल्कि खुद भाजपा के सर्वे-सर्वा और इस देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने एमसीडी को दिया है।
जैसा कि हम सभी को पता है कि पिछले कई वर्षों से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की यह कोशिश रही है कि हिंदुस्तान एक साफ सुथरा देश बने, और इसको लेकर नरेंद्र मोदी जी कई सारे कैंपेन भी चला रहे हैं। पिछले महीने भी प्रधानमंत्री जी ने “भारत गंदगी छोड़ो” नामक अभियान की भी शुरुआत की थी। आप पूरे देश में कहीं भी चले जाइए, हर जगह प्रधानमंत्री जी के स्वच्छता अभियान के पोस्टर, बैनर आपको लगे हुए मिल जायेंगे। केंद्र सरकार प्रधानमंत्री जी की इन कोशिशों की सफलता मापने के लिए प्रतिवर्ष एक स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण कराती है। इस बार भी केंद्र सरकार ने स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण कराया। यह स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण 47 शहरों में किया गया। इन 47 शहरों की लिस्ट में दिल्ली का नाम भी शामिल है।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस सर्वे के तहत दिल्ली की तीनों नगर निगम के कामों का भी सर्वेक्षण हुआ। आप सभी लोगों को यह जानकर बेहद आश्चर्य होगा कि दिल्ली में भाजपा शासित तीनों नगर निगम इस सर्वे में सबसे फिसड्डी आई हैं। सर्वेक्षण सूची में शहरों की स्थिति पर प्रकाश डालते हुए दुर्गेश पाठक ने बताया कि इन 47 शहरों के सर्वे में दक्षिणी दिल्ली नगर निगम 31 वें पायदान पर, उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम 43 वें पायदान पर और पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम 46 वें पायदान पर आई है।

दुर्गेश पाठक ने कहा कि दिल्ली देश की राजधानी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के कई मित्र अक्सर उनसे मिलने दिल्ली आते हैं। इस सर्वे में भाजपा शासित दिल्ली नगर निगम की जो स्थिति सामने आई है, एक प्रकार से दिल्ली नगर निगम ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की नाक काटने का काम किया है। प्रधानमंत्री जी पूरे देश में घूम घूम कर देश से गंदगी को खत्म करने का आह्वान करते हैं और भाजपा शासित दिल्ली नगर निगम के अधिकारियों ने, मेयरों ने, भाजपा के तमाम निगम पार्षदों ने मिलकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का नाम पूरे देश ही नहीं अपितु पूरी दुनिया में खराब कर दिया। 47 शहरों के इस सर्वे पर नजर डाली जाए, तो सबसे बुरा हाल दिल्ली का ही नजर आता है। आप दिल्ली के किसी भी गली मोहल्ले में चले जाइए, अपने ही घर के आसपास के क्षेत्र में घूम लीजिए। मैं गारंटी देता हूं कि एक भी नाली आपको साफ-सुथरी नहीं मिलेगी। भाजपा शासित नगर निगम की लापरवाही का खामियाजा पूरी दिल्ली की जनता को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। इसका परिणाम यह हो रहा है कि जरा सी बारिश मात्र से पूरी दिल्ली में जलभराव का संकट पैदा हो जाता है।
दिल्ली की जनता को भाजपा शासित एमसीडी से कोई अपेक्षा नहीं रही – दुर्गेश पाठक
दिल्ली की जनता ने नगर निगम में भाजपा को चुनकर भेजा और नगर निगम को मात्र एक ही काम सौंपा, दिल्ली की साफ-सफाई का। बड़े अफसोस की बात है कि भाजपा शासित नगर निगम अपनी एकमात्र साफ सफाई की जिम्मेदारी को भी नहीं निभा पा रही है। आज भाजपा शासित नगर निगम का केवल और केवल एक ही काम रह गया है, भ्रष्टाचार से पैसे बनाना। ऊपर से लेकर नीचे तक पूरी की पूरी लीडरशिप केवल और केवल पैसे बनाने में लगी हुई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज भाजपा शासित नगर निगम शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में फेल है, भाजपा नगर निगम के अधीन आने वाले स्कूल के बच्चों को किताबें तक मुहैया नहीं करा पा रही है, शिक्षकों का वेतन नहीं दे पा रही है। इसी प्रकार से अस्पतालों के क्षेत्र में भी भाजपा पूरी तरह से फेल साबित हो रही है, नगर निगम के अस्पतालों के भीतर जरूरी सुविधाओं की भारी कमी है, अस्पताल में काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों का वेतन नहीं दे पा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 15 सालों के कार्यकाल में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने नगर निगम की ऐसी हालत कर दी है कि अब दिल्ली की जनता को भाजपा शासित नगर निगम से कोई अपेक्षा नहीं रही। मुझे उम्मीद है कि आने वाले निगम के चुनाव में दिल्ली की जनता खुद जिम्मेदारी लेगी और इस बार झाड़ू चला कर भाजपा के तमाम भ्रष्ट नेताओं को एमसीडी से बाहर निकाल फेंकेगी।

Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and MCD in-charge Mr Durgesh Pathak on Thursday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party ruled MCDs of Delhi have tarnished the image of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi as all the three MCDs have been ranked as worst performers in the 2020 cleanliness survey conducted by the Central government. He said that the survey was done and published by the union government where SDMC rank is 31, North MCD rank is 43 and EDMC was ranked to 46. The survey was conducted for 47 cities. Mr Pathak said that one of the key responsibilities of the municipal corporations of Delhi is cleaning the city but the survey clearly shows that they have miserably failed in their duty.

“MCDs of Delhi has remained the most corrupt department and again and again they have proved how incompetent they are in their works. Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi is campaigning for clean India for a long time and last month also he had held a campaign known as “Bharat Gandgi Chodo”.
Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi held a cleanliness mission across India. You can see banners and hoardings of this campaign by the PM across India. The department under the Prime Minister has also done a cleanliness survey across India. This survey was done in 47 cities. Delhi was also part of the survey. The ranks of the areas under Bharatiya Janata Party ruled MCDs are very poor as per the survey. SDMC was ranked 31, North MCD ranked to 43 and EDMC is 46,” he said.

Mr Pathak, “Delhi is the capital of India and many people including close aides of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi come to Delhi every month. The BJP ruled MCDs have clearly tarnished the image of PM Mr Modi by getting such poor ranks in cleanliness survey. The Prime Minister of India goes everywhere and talks about the cleanliness mission of our country. But the Bharatiya Janata Party councillors and leaders have devastated the sanitation situation of capital and this has tarnished the image of our Prime Minister.”

“This survey is not done by the Aam Aadmi Party but by the Union Government. We all know that this is the reality of the Bharatiya Janata Party ruled municipal corporations of Delhi. If you try to find out any 10 drains of your locality you will see that the Bharatiya Janata Party-led MCDs never cleaned those drains. This is the key reason behind the waterlogging problem of Delhi. Whenever it rains the whole city suffers from huge waterlogging due to the poor performance of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led MCDs,” he said.

“One of the key responsibilities of the municipal corporations of Delhi is cleaning the city but the survey clearly shows that they have miserably failed. The Bharatiya Janata Party in Delhi has done only one thing which is corruption and making money. The corrupt leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the MCDs have been busy in making money through corruption. The Bharatiya Janata Party-led MCDs have failed in the sectors of education because they could not provide books to the students, in health because they could not give salary to the doctors and they have also failed in cleaning the city. But this time the citizens of Delhi will give a befitting reply to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming election. The citizens of Delhi will defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party and remove them from power of the municipal corporations of Delhi,” he said.
