आम आदमी पार्टी ने भाजपा शासित नगर निगम की विफलताओं और नगर निगम में फैले भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर पूरी दिल्ली में आंदोलन छेड़ा हुआ है। उसी कड़ी में आज आम आदमी पार्टी ने पूरी दिल्ली में भाजपा शासित नगर निगम के भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान दिल्ली की 70 विधानसभाओं में अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में आम आदमी पार्टी के समस्त विधायकों, निगम पार्षदों और कार्यकर्ताओं ने एक साथ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। पूरी दिल्ली में 250 से अधिक पोस्टर और बैनर लगाकर भाजपा की दिल्ली नगर निगम में पिछले 15 साल की विफलताओं का दिल्ली की जनता के सामने खुलासा किया गया। उल्लेखनीय है कि बीते शनिवार को भी आम आदमी पार्टी के कई विधायकों, निगम पार्षदों और तीनों निगमों के नेता विपक्ष ने दिल्ली में विभिन्न स्थानों पर विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया था।
विरोध प्रदर्शन पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं एमसीडी प्रभारी दुर्गेश पाठक ने कहा कि बड़े ही दुर्भाग्य की बात है, दिल्ली जो कि देश की राजधानी है जहां पर खुद प्रधानमंत्री रहते हैं, देश विदेशों से सैलानी घूमने आते हैं, विदेशों की सरकारों से जुड़े बड़े-बड़े डेलीगेट यहां आते हैं, उस राजधानी दिल्ली को भाजपा ने कूड़े का ढेर बना कर रख दिया है। खुद मोदी जी के सर्वे में राजधानी दिल्ली देश के सबसे गंदे शहरों में शामिल की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने भाजपा को नगर निगम में केवल और केवल दिल्ली की साफ सफाई की जिम्मेदारी है, परंतु भारतीय जनता पार्टी एक काम को करने में भी पूरी तरह से विफल साबित हुई है। भाजपा शासित नगर निगम ने न केवल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की नाक कटवाई है, बल्कि साथ ही साथ पूरे दिल्ली वासियों की भी नाक कटवाने का काम किया है। आज यदि दिल्ली का कोई व्यक्ति दिल्ली से बाहर कहीं जाता है, तो लोग उसे कहते हैं, कि तुम्हारी दिल्ली देश का सबसे गंदा शहर घोषित की गई है, तुम्हारी दिल्ली में कूड़े के बड़े बड़े पहाड़ बने हुए हैं और इन सभी चीजों के लिए केवल और केवल भाजपा शासित नगर निगम जिम्मेदार है। दुर्गेश पाठक ने कहा कि नगर निगम कि इस विफलता का विरोध आज आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता दिल्ली की जनता के साथ मिलकर दिल्ली के कोने कोने में पोस्टर और बैनर लगा रहे हैं।

पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम से आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता विपक्ष मनोज त्यागी ने पटपड़गंज में स्थित ईडीएमसी दफ्तर के बाहर इस विरोध प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा शासित नगर निगम जो सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हैं, भाजपा के नेता यहां बैठकर सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार करने का काम करते हैं, आए दिन यह लोग निगम की किसी न किसी इकाई को निजीकरण करने की फिराक में लगे रहते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा के नेता बेशर्मी की सारी पराकाष्ठा को पार कर चुके हैं। हाल ही में आए सर्वे के मुताबिक पूर्वी दिल्ली 47 शहरों के सर्वे में 46वें पायदान पर आई है, अर्थात आखरी से एक पायदान ऊपर, तो उसमें भी भाजपा के नेता बड़ी बेशर्मी के साथ खुश होकर कह रहे थे कि अंतिम तो नहीं आए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसा प्रतीत होता है, जैसे भाजपा के नेता पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम को अंतिम पायदान पर लाने में ज्यादा रूचि रखते हैं, न कि काम करने में। मनोज त्यागी ने कहा कि पिछले 15 साल से भाजपा नगर निगम में शासित है, बावजूद उसके दिल्ली में कूड़े के पहाड़ों का ढेर लगता जा रहा है, जगह-जगह कालोनियों में कूड़े के छोटे-छोटे ढेर लगे रहते हैं, नालियों की सफाई नहीं हो रही है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दिल्ली की जनता की पूरे देश में जो बेइज्जती कराने का काम किया है, इसके लिए भाजपा को दिल्ली की जनता से माफी मांगनी चाहिए। मनोज त्यागी ने कहा कि आज दिल्ली में सफाई व्यवस्था की जो हालत है, उसको देखते हुए भाजपा के नेताओं को नैतिकता के आधार पर अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए। साथ ही साथ उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी मात्र 1 साल के लिए निगम की जिम्मेदारी आम आदमी पार्टी को सौंप कर देखें, हम 1 साल के भीतर इसी व्यवस्था के साथ उनको दिल्ली को देश का सबसे स्वच्छ शहर बनाकर दिखाएंगे।

उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम से आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता विपक्ष विकास गोयल ने सिविक सेंटर के बाहर विरोध प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व किया। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले लगभग 15 साल से भारतीय जनता पार्टी दिल्ली नगर निगम की सत्ता में बैठी हुई है और उसके बावजूद भी हाल ही के 47 राज्यों के सर्वे में उत्तरी नगर निगम 43वें और पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम 46वें पायदान पर आई है। यह भारतीय जनता पार्टी के भ्रष्टाचार का जीता जागता सबूत है। पिछले लगभग 15 साल में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने भ्रष्टाचार कर करके नगर निगम को इतना खोखला कर दिया है, कि आज स्थिति यह बनी हुई है, कि भाजपा शासित नगर निगम अपने अधीन आने वाले अध्यापकों, डॉक्टरों, नर्सों, सफाई कर्मचारियों, माली, इंजीनियरों और तमाम अन्य ऐसे ही कर्मचारियों का वेतन तक नहीं दे पा रही है। पिछले 15 सालों में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दिल्ली को तोहफे के रुप में सरहदों पर तीन बड़े-बड़े कूड़े के पहाड़ दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा की दिल्ली नगर निगम का अपना खुद का 18000 करोड रुपए का बजट है, भाजपा के किसी भी नेता से प्रश्न पूछ लीजिए वह आपको जवाब ही नहीं दे पाएंगे कि यह 18000 करोड रुपए कहां खर्च हुए। जो स्थिति भाजपा ने आज निगम की बना दी है, उसको देखते हुए तुरंत प्रभाव से भारतीय जनता पार्टी को दिल्ली नगर निगम से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए।

The Aam Aadmi Party upped its attack against the failure and the corruption of the Bharatiya Janta Party-led MCDs in keeping the city clean. AAP on Tuesday held protests against the BJP-ruled MCDs across Delhi. As the part of this protest, all the MLAs, councillors and workers of the Aam Aadmi Party protested in all the 70 constituencies. The BJP’s failures of the last 15 years in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi were exposed to the people of Delhi by putting more than 250 human banners all over Delhi.
AAP senior leader and MCD in-charge Mr Durgesh Pathak said, “It is very unfortunate that Delhi, which is the capital of the country was found to be the dirtiest city due to BJP’s corruption. Tourists from different countries of the world come to Delhi, the Prime Minister of this country Mr Narendra Modi lives in Delhi, all the Cabinet Ministers of the Central Government and all the MPs live in Delhi. But the reluctance and the corruption of the BJP-led MCDs have made Delhi the dirtiest city. The ranks of the areas under Bharatiya Janata Party ruled MCDs are very poor as per the survey. SDMC was ranked 31, North MCD ranked to 43 and EDMC is 46. One of the key responsibilities of the municipal corporations of Delhi is cleaning the city but the survey clearly shows that they have miserably failed. The Bharatiya Janata Party in Delhi has done only one thing which is corruption and making money. The corrupt leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the MCDs have been busy in making money through corruption. The Bharatiya Janata Party-led MCDs have failed in the sectors of education because they could not provide books to the students, in health because they could not give salary to the doctors and they have also failed in cleaning the city. But this time the citizens of Delhi will give a befitting reply to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming election. The citizens of Delhi will defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party and remove them from the power of the municipal corporations of Delhi. We will run the MCDs within the same budget and make a cleanliness model of Delhi just like education and health model if we come to power in MCDs.”
BJP is trying to ruin the EDMC and not performing any duty: Manoj Tyagi
Aam Aadmi Party Leader of Opposition Mr Manoj Tyagi from East Delhi Municipal Corporation led the protest outside the EDMC office in Patparganj. He said, “BJP-ruled municipal corporation is only interested in corruption. The leaders of BJP sit there and work only to do corruption, these people are engaged in the privatization of some other unit of the corporation. According to the recent survey, East Delhi has been ranked 46th in the survey of 47 cities, which is the second last position in the ranking. that the BJP leaders were shamelessly saying that the last one did not come. The BJP is completely shameless and they are not bothered about the development of Delhi. For the last 15 years, the BJP has been governed by the Municipal Corporation, despite that, there is a pile of garbage mountains in Delhi. BJP should apologize to the people of Delhi for the disrespect that the Bharatiya Janata Party has done to the people of Delhi. BJP leaders should resign from their posts based on morality. If AAP gets the responsibility of the MCD then we will run it in the same budget.”

If the Bharatiya Janata Party would have spent just 20% of this budget properly then also the situation would have been better. But the Bharatiya Janata Party does not spend this money properly. Rs.18,000 crore is not little money but it is a very big amount. Bharatiya Janata Party-led MCD should release the pending salaries of the employees within a week. If the Bharatiya Janata Party does not pay the salary of their employees within a week then they will not have any moral right to stay in the power of the MCD and they should immediately resign.”
