नई दिल्ली : आम आदमी पार्टी ने भाजपा नेताओं के उस बयान पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है, जिसमे मुफ्त योजनाओं का लाभ ले रहे दिल्ली के लाखों लोगों को बिकाऊ कहा गया है। भाजपा ने यह भी कहा है कि सरकार बनने पर दिल्ली वालों को मिलने वाली मुफ्त बिजली, पानी, महिलाओं का बस में सफर और बुजुर्गों की तीर्थ यात्रा आदि सुविधाएं बन्द कर दी जाएंगी। सभी सुविधाएं देने के बदले पैसे वसूले जाएंगे। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने इसपर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा नेताओं ने दिल्ली की जनता को बिकाऊ कह कर उनका अपमान किया है। जनता हमेशा मालिक होती है और सरकारें उनकी नौकर। नौकरों का फर्ज बनता है कि वह अपने मालिक की सेवा करे। उन्हें सुविधाएं प्रदान करे। उनसे वसूली न करे। जनता टैक्स देती है और सरकार का काम होता है कि वह जनता को टैक्स के बदले सहूलियतें दे।
शनिवार को पार्टी मुख्यालय में हुई प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि आज भाजपा के कई बड़े नेताओं के हवाले से भारतीय जनता पार्टी की मंशा देश के कई प्रख्यात अखबारों में छपी है, जिसमें भाजपा नेताओं ने साफ तौर पर कहा है कि अगर दिल्ली में भाजपा की सरकार बनी, तो दिल्ली की जनता को मिलने वाली मुफ्त बिजली, पानी, महिलाओं की यात्रा और बुजुर्गों की तीर्थयात्रा जैसी सभी योजनाओं को बंद कर दिया जाएगा। भाजपा के नेताओं ने साफ तौर पर कहा है कि वह दिल्ली की जनता को मिलने वाली सभी मुख्य योजनाओं के खिलाफ हैं।
भाजपा के नेताओं के बयान से यह साफ प्रतीत हो रहा है कि वह दिल्ली की जनता को बिकाऊ कहना चाह रहे हैं। मैं भाजपा के तमाम लोगों से कहना चाहता हूं कि दिल्ली की जनता को उन्होंने बिकाऊ कहने की हिमाकत की है। जनता बिकाऊ नहीं, बल्कि मालिक होती है। चाहे दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार हो या अन्य राज्य में दूसरी पार्टियों की सरकार हो। सरकारें जनता की नौकर होती हैं और जनता मालिक होती है। नौकरों का फर्ज होता है कि मालिकों की सेवा करें ना कि मालिकों से वसूली करें।
आम आदमी के टैक्स से सरकारी नुमाइंदों को मिलती है सैलरी और होता है विकास कार्य : मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि सरकार के सारे नुमाइंदों की तनख्वाह और प्रदेश में होने वाले तमाम विकास के कार्यों के लिए पैसा जनता द्वारा दिए गए टैक्स से आता है। चाहे एक भिखारी हो या रिक्शा चलाने वाला हो। सभी लोग टैक्स देते हैं और उस टैक्स के पैसे से सड़कें बनाई जाती है। मोहल्ला क्लीनिक बनाए जाते हैं। बिजली मुहैया कराई जाती है। घर-घर तक पानी पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था की जाती है। आज भाजपा के नेताओं ने दिल्ली की जनता को बिकाऊ कहकर जनता का अपमान किया है। सरकार से मिलने वाली मुफ्त योजनाओं का लाभ उठाना, बिकाऊ होना नहीं होता है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव अनिल जैन जी द्वारा जनता को बिकाऊ कहे जाने वाले बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि जनता बिकाऊ नहीं होती।

उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि कुछ दिन पहले भाजपा के दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी जी ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा था कि हम आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा दी जा रही मुफ्त सुविधाओं से 5 गुना अधिक मुफ्त सुविधाएं देंगे। मनोज तिवारी जी के इस बयान पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए भाजपा के केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने उनके बयान का खंडन किया। प्रकाश जावड़ेकर जी ने सार्वजनिक तौर पर बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि हम कोई भी सुविधा मुफ्त नहीं देंगे, बल्कि जो मुफ्त सुविधाएं चल रही हैं, उनको बंद किया जाएगा और दिल्ली की जनता से हर सुविधा के लिए पैसा वसूला जाएगा।
भाजपा सिर्फ चुनिंदा उधोगपतियों को पहुंचाना चाहती है लाभ : मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि भाजपा के इस कदम से यह साबित होता है, कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी कुछ चुनिंदा उद्योगपतियों को लाभ पहुंचाने की मंशा से दिल्ली की जनता की जेब पर डाका डालना चाहती है। पहला तो टैक्स ही अपने आप में गरीब जनता की जेब पर एक बोझ होता है, उसके बाद भाजपा जनता को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं के लिए भी उनसे पैसा वसूल कर, गरीब जनता की जेब पर डबल डाका डालना चाहती है। हमने इस डाके को बंद किया। जनता टैक्स देती है और सरकार का काम होता है जनता को टैक्स के बदले में सुविधाएं मुहैया कराना। हर गरीब और अमीर आदमी को सरकार द्वारा सुविधाएं मिलनी चाहिए।
मुफ्त शिक्षा, बिजली, पानी व बस सफर का लाभ ले रहे लाखों लोगों का भाजपा कर रही अपमान : मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यदि भाजपा आज यह कहती है कि मुफ्त सुविधाएं लेना यानी बिकाऊ होना है, तो भाजपा उन लाखों लोगों का अपमान कर रही है जिनके बच्चे दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ते हैं, भाजपा उन लाखों महिलाओं का अपमान कर रही है जो आज दिल्ली की सरकारी बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा का लाभ उठा रही हैं। उन लाखों लोगों का अपमान कर रही है जिनके घरों का बिजली बिल ज़ीरो आ रहा है। उन लाखों लोगों का अपमान कर रही है जिनके घरों में मुफ्त पानी आ रहा है।
दिल्ली निवासियों से भाजपा से सावधान रहने की अपील : मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि मैं मीडिया के माध्यम से कहना चाहता हूं कि भाजपा नेताओं द्वारा दिल्ली की जनता को बिकाऊ कहने के लिए भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह जी और जेपी नड्डा जी दिल्ली की जनता से माफी मांगे।दिल्ली की जनता बिकाऊ नही है, दिल्ली की जनता मालिक है और मालिकों के साथ भाजपा के नेताओं को तमीज़ से पेश आना पड़ेगा। साथ ही साथ के दिल्ली की जनता से भी अपील करना चाहता हूं कि दिल्ली की जनता भाजपा के इन बेलगाम नेताओं की बातें ध्यान से सुन लें, और तय करलें कि आने वाले चुनाव में भाजपा को जाने वाला एक एक वोट महंगी बिजली, महंगे पानी, महंगी बस यात्रा और महंगी पढ़ाई को जाएगा। दिल्ली की जनता भाजपा के लोगों से सावधान रहें। वैसे भी दिल्ली में भाजपा के पास न तो कोई मुद्दा है और न ही दिल्ली में भाजपा के सरकार बन रही है।

Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Mr Manish Sisodia on Saturday condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party for using the line “Dilli Bikao Nahi Hai” (Delhi is not up for sale). He warned the BJP that they must apologize for terming Delhiites as ‘bikao’. He said that in a democracy people are the masters and the government is subordinate, therefore, it is the job of the government to serve the people. Mr Sisodia also said that every single vote for the BJP will be a vote against free electricity or water, and against better education and health services.
The BJP has planned to launch a campaign ‘Dilli ka Swabhiman’ (Delhi’s self-respect) and they have decided to reach out to people with the line ‘Dili bikao nahi hai’. This campaign is against the AAP government’s welfare schemes of free water, electricity, transport and others.
BJP shouldn’t dare to call people ‘bikao’: Manish Sisodia
“Today I read in a top national newspaper that BJP’s leaders are against Free Electricity, Water, Public Transport. This may be their party’s stand, but along with this, they have made a shameful statement calling Delhi’s people as ‘bikao’. I want to tell them that they shouldn’t dare to call Delhi’s or India’s people as ‘bikao’. Delhi’s people are not bikao”, they are the masters. Irrespective of whichever party is in power, AAP or BJP, the government is like a servant and its duty is to serve and and not loot their masters,” said Mr Sisodia.
He added that all money for all government expenses, for their aeroplanes, their salaries, comes from taxes paid by people. No matter what a person does, whether he is a rickshaw puller, a daily wage labourer, he is paying taxes and it is from that money that Government buys buses, builds mohalla clinics, buys electricity is bought, creates water supply system etc. Rich or poor, all pay taxes.
BJP insulted people of Delhi by calling them ‘bikao’: Manish Sisodia
“BJP has insulted people of Delhi by calling them ‘bikao’. Getting benefit from subsidized services of govt doesn’t make people ‘bikao’. BJP’s leaders have time and again made statements that they don’t want free education, water, electricity. Mr Anil Jain, National General Secretary, BJP has said that BJP is against giving subsidies, as this makes people ‘bikao’. Again, I want to say that people are not ‘bikao’, they are the real ‘masters’. A few days ago, Union Minister Mr Prakash Javadekar also said that they are against free electricity, water etc. Mr Javadekar had also hurriedly refuted a statement made by Delhi BJP Chief Mr Manoj Tiwari a few days ago, where he had said that they will increase subsidies by 5 times. Mr Javadekar, who is the Election In-Charge then said that they would charge for everything like they do in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana etc. Vijay Goel had also said that they will not give subsidy,” said Mr Sisodia.
BJP wants to put a double burden of tax on Delhiites: Manish Sisodia
He said that Delhi’s people know the truth, they know that BJP just wants to use all facilities created from people’s tax money to benefit few industrialists thereby making it a double tax on people. “Paying a tax is anyway a burden on people, but when you charge people to provide the services which have been funded from tax collected from the people, then you add a double burden, ‘double . We have ended this double burden. People pay taxes and it is the government’s duty to provide the services to them. Now whether rich or poor, they are benefiting from govt’s facilities” said Mr Sisodia.
He further said that if BJP calls people ‘bikao’, then it is insulting all those people whose children are studying in govt schools, those lakhs of women who are travelling to work in buses for free, those people who are enjoying free and subsidized electricity and water.

“I demand that Home Minister Mr Amit Shah and BJP’s working president Mr JP Nadda must apologize to people of Delhi for this shameful statement of their leaders. Delhi’s people are masters and BJP leaders must behave properly with them, this kind of misbehaviour will not be tolerated. I also implore the people of Delhi to listen to these BJP leaders carefully, they are calling you ‘bikao’,” he said.

“People of Delhi must know that every vote which goes to BJP will be equal to expensive electricity, water, bus ride, education and health. They want to make everything expensive and make life difficult for the common people of Delhi. BJP is struggling in this election, because they have no work to show, they don’t have any leader, any vision, and thus resorting to these statements. People are already dealing with inflation, how much more does BJP want to burden them,” said Mr Sisodia.
