भाजपा के झूठ के खिलाफ आम आदमी पार्टी ने मनाया धोखा दिवस, भाजपा मुख्यालय पर किया विरोध प्रदर्शन

अनाधिकृत कालोनियों को पक्का करने व मालिकाना हक दिलाने की मांग को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी ने भाजपा के खिलाफ धोखा दिवस कार्यक्रम के तहत विरोध मार्च निकाला। मार्च शनिवार दोपहर एक बजे प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय के नेतृत्व में आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यालय से प्रारंभ होकर भाजपा मुख्यालय पर खत्म हुई। विरोध मार्च के दौरान पार्टी के सभी विधायक, निगम पार्षद, संगठन पदाधिकारी व सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थें।
इस दौरान प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की ही भांति भाजपा ने भी दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाली जनता को धोखा देने की कोशिश की है, उसी के विरोध में यह प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है। एक तरफ आम आदमी पार्टी सड़क पर अनधिकृत कॉलोनी में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए लड़ाई लड़ रही है, तो वहीं भारतीय जनता पार्टी के गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी मुख्यालय में बैठकर दिल्ली में सरकार बनाने की कवायद में लगे हुए हैं। भाजपा की दिल्ली में सरकार बनाने की जो मंशा है, उससे ज्यादा आज गरीबों के पेट पर लात मारने की इनकी मंशा नजर आ रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली सरकार कई सालों से लगातार कोशिश कर रही है कि दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का किया जाए। वहां रहने वाले लोगों को उनका मालिकाना हक दिया जाए। दिल्ली सरकार ने कैबिनेट में प्रस्ताव पास करके केंद्र के पास भेजा, परंतु केंद्र सरकार कई सालों तक उसे लेकर बैठी रही, उस पर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी। केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग ना करने के बावजूद दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों में 5000 करोड रुपए की लागत से नालियों, सड़कों, सीवर और पानी की पाइप लाइनों को डलवाने का काम किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि जुलाई में केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी जी ने दिल्ली सरकार के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार करते हुए 1 महीने में दिल्ली की अनाधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने का वादा किया था। पूरी दिल्ली में खुशी की लहर दौड़ रही थी। परंतु भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी जी ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने में 6 महीने का समय लगेगा। दिल्ली की जनता आज भारतीय जनता पार्टी से, केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी से और भाजपा दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी जी से पूछना चाहती है, कि भाजपा दिल्ली की जनता के साथ यह धोखा क्यों कर रही है?
गोपाल राय ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के शीर्ष नेतृत्व से उम्मीद जताते हुए कहा कि भाजपा शासित केंद्र सरकार के गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी से लेकर सभी दिग्गज नेता भाजपा मुख्यालय में मौजूद हैं और मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि बैठक समाप्त होने के बाद भारतीय जनता पार्टी की ओर से दिल्ली की जनता के इस सवाल का जवाब मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा देश की जनता को बताए कि आखिर 1 महीने में जो कालोनियों पक्की करने का काम होने वाला था, अब उसमें 6 महीने का समय क्यों लग रहा है? साथ ही साथ उन्होंने बताया कि भाजपा द्वारा जनता को दिए गए इस धोखे के खिलाफ हम इस आंदोलन को दिल्ली के कोने कोने तक लेकर जाएंगे।
विरोध प्रदर्शन में मौजूद पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने जन संबोधन करते हुए कहा कि अभी तक दिल्ली की जनता के मन में एक असमंजस था कि दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने का काम दिल्ली सरकार का है या केंद्र सरकार का है। उन्होंने बताया दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने में दोनों ही सरकार की भागीदारी है। कोर्ट के आदेश अनुसार किसी भी अनधिकृत कॉलोनी को पक्का करने के लिए उसमें पांच मूलभूत सुविधाओं नालियां, सड़कें, सीवर, बिजली और पानी का होना बेहद जरूरी है। दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार ने अपने हिस्से का काम पूरा किया। दिल्ली की लगभग सभी अनाधिकृत कालोनियों में नालियां, सड़कें, सीवर, बिजली और पानी की व्यवस्था कर दी गई है और यह सब काम करके दिल्ली सरकार ने अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने का प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार को भेज कर अपनी जिम्मेदारी पूरी की।
उन्होंने कहा कि हम केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी जी का शुक्रिया अदा करना चाहते हैं कि उन्होंने न केवल दिल्ली को बल्कि पूरे देश को यह बताया कि दिल्ली सरकार ने अपनी जिम्मेदारी पूरी कर दी है और अब केंद्र सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है। इस बाबत जुलाई में केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप पुरी जी ने एक प्रेस वार्ता के माध्यम से यह ऐलान किया था कि 1 महीने के अंदर दिल्ली की सभी अनाधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का कर दिया जाएगा। हरदीप पुरी जी की प्रेस वार्ता के बाद दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने वादा किया था कि जिस दिन केंद्र सरकार दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का कर देगी, अगले ही दिन से दिल्ली में रजिस्ट्रियां खोल दी जाएंगी और दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को उनके घर का मालिकाना हक देना शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि अब दिल्ली भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी जी 6 महीने का समय मांग रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके पीछे भाजपा की एक चाल है। 4 महीने बाद दिल्ली में चुनाव है और भाजपा भी कांग्रेस की तरह चुनाव के समय आकर कह रही है कि इस बार हमें जीता दो और चुनाव के बाद हम कॉलोनियों को पक्का कर देंगे। कांग्रेस भी यही बात बोलकर
दशकों से दिल्ली की जनता को बेवकूफ बनाती आ रही थी। एक बार चुनाव हो गया तो फिर से 5 साल के लिए यह मुद्दा ठंडे बस्ते में चला जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि हम सब मिलकर यह संघर्ष जारी रखेंगे और केंद्र सरकार पर दबाव बनाएंगे कि चुनाव से पहले ही दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का किया जाए और वहां रहने वाले लोगों को उनके घर का मालिकाना हक दिया जाए।

The AAP conducted a protest march against the BJP for its betrayal with the people of unauthorized colonies by celebrating Dhoka Divas. The march started on Saturday afternoon under the leadership of Delhi AAP chief Gopal Rai starting from the AAP office to the BJP headquarters. During the protest march all the MLAs, Councillors, office bearers and volunteers were present.
During the march Delhi Chief Gopal Rai pointed out that just like the Congress, the BJP is now trying to betray the people of Delhi who reside in unauthorized colonies and that is what led to this protest. On one hand the AAP is fighting for the rights of the people who have been living in these colonies for years and on the other hand Home Minister Amit Shah is trying to formulate strategies to deceive the people and form the next govt in Delhi. The ambition of the BJP to form govts today appears to be weaker in front of their new found ambition of tormenting the poor people of the country.
He said that the Aam Aadmi Party’s Delhi govt has been trying hard for the past few years to regularise these colonies. The people should have the land rights like normal residents of the city. The Delhi govt had cleared a proposal for the same and sent it across to the centre but the file was stuck like many others due to unusual animosity towards the Delhi govt and no response was provided on the same. Even after receiving no cooperation from the Central government the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal started a project worth 5000 Crore rupees to develop roads, sewage and water pipelines in these colonies.
He said in July, Union Minister Hardeep Puri gave the go ahead to the proposed changes and promised to regularise these colonies within a month. The entire city was happy with this news. But Delhi BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari claimed it will take a time of six months to regularise these colonies now. Today the people of Delhi want to know from the Union Minister, the Delhi BJP Chief and the BJP Delhi Unit why have they cheated the city in this manner?
Gopal Rai in his statement made his hopes clear towards BJP head and other eminent BJP Ministers that they’ll answer to people of Delhi why the work of unauthorised colonies is taking 6 months when initially it was told that it will be done within 1 months.
He also said that Aam Aadmi Party will take this protest march to each nook and corner of Delhi.
During protest, AAP Chief Spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said till now there was a confusion among people as to whose job is it to regularise colonies. He said that it is responsibility of both governments. According to honorable court, any colony in order to be regularised has to first be provided basic facilities like water, electricity and sewage. Delhi Govt has fulfilled its role of providing all basic facilities in this colonies and only step left is approval from centre for regularisation.
Mr Bharadwaj extended his gratitude towards Central Minister Hardip Puri as he made sure to convey the message that Delhi Government has fulfilled its obligations and now it’s the Centre who has to work. CM Arvind Kejriwal has already ensured that he will make sure to open Registry in Delhi day after Central sanctions permanent status to Unauthorised colonies and people living in unauthorised colonies will start getting their ownership rights.
Saurabh Bharadwaj also made it very clear that the time extension asked by State Chief Manoj Tiwari is nothing but a political mind game. Since the Delhi elections are in 4 months they will use this ground to win the elections. Congress party has been using the same and fooled the people of Delhi through a decade. He said that Aam Aadmi Party will continue its struggle to ensure that unauthorised colonies in Delhi gets it rights. Aam Aadmi party will continue to make pressure on the Central Government to give people of Delhi living in unauthorised colonies their ownership rights.
