अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के मुद्दे पर आम आदमी पार्टी 16 नवम्बर को भारतीय जनता पार्टी के खिलाफ धोखा दिवस मनाएगी। बुधवार को आम आदमी पार्टी मुख्यालय पर आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में पार्टी के प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय ने बताया की पार्टी 16 नंवबर को दिल्ली की सभी विधान सभाओं में जाकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी के खिलाफ ‘धोखा नहीं रजिस्ट्री दो’ का नारा बुलंद करेगी और आम जनता को बताएगी की कैसे भारतीय जनता पार्टी अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के मामले में दिल्ली के लोगों से झूठ बोल रही है।
भारतीय जनता पार्टी अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में रहने वालों के साथ धोखा कर रही है और पार्टी के नेता इन कॉलोनियों में जाकर रजिस्ट्री को लेकर झूठ फैला रहे हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी इस झूठ का पर्दाफाश करने के लिए 16 नवम्बर को बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध जतायेगी और धोखा नहीं रजिस्ट्री दो का नारा बुलंद करेगी। इस दिन पार्टी दिल्ली के हर विधान सभा क्षेत्र की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में रैलियां करेगी और जनसभाओं का आयोजन करेगी। दिल्ली सरकार के सभी कैबिनेट मंत्री, पार्षद, और आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और कार्यकर्ता इन जनसभाओं में अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में रहने वालों को भाजपा सरकार के झूठ के बारे में बताएगी।
प्रेस वार्ता में गोपाल राय ने बताया कि जब आम आदमी पार्टी ने केन्द्र सरकार के ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के धोखे का पर्दाफाश किया तो सरकार सकते में आ गई। आनन फानन में दिल्ली के माननीय लेफ्टिनेंट गवर्नर साहब ने DDA के अधिकारीयों की एक मीटिंग बुलाई और पूरे मुद्दे पर पर्दा डालने की कोशिश की गयी। अब हालत ये है की कोई भी – न तो केंद्र सरकार और न ही माननीय लेफ्टिनेंट गवर्नर साहब ये बता रहे हैं की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू होगा या नहीं। हम अपनी बात साफ़ तौर पर लोगों के सामने रखना चाहते है की अगर भारतीय जनता पार्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया तुरंत शुरू नहीं करती तो आम आदमी पार्टी भाजपा के खिलाफ इससे भी बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध जतायेगी। ये पहली बार नहीं है की दिल्ली की जनता को बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है। इससे पहले भी कांग्रेस सरकार ने चुनाव से पहले अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को प्रोविशनल सर्टिफिकेट बांटे पर चुनाव के बाद उस पर कोई काम नहीं हुआ। भाजपा भी लोगों को ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के चक्कर में फंसा कांग्रेस की ही राह पर चल रही है।

The Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday announced that it will hold a Dhoka Divas on the November 16 across all the Vidhanabhas of Delhi with the slogan of “Dhoka Nahi, Registry Do” against the lies of the BJP-led centre in the name of registration of properties in unauthorised colonies.
“The Bharatiya Janata Party is doing fraud with the residents of the unauthorised colonies and the leaders of the BJP are going to these colonies to spread lies regarding the registration for the residents. The Aam Aadmi Party will hold a massive protest on November 16 with the slogan of ‘Dhoka Nahi, Registry Do’. The party will hold rallies and meetings at every unauthorised colony in every Vidhan Sabha. All the Cabinet minister, MLAs, MPs, councillors and senior leaders will reach out to the residents of the unauthorised colonies,” said Delhi AAP’s convenor Mr Gopal Rai.
He said that when the AAP exposed the fraud of the Center about the online registration through a website link, the Center panicked and Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi immediately called a meeting with the officials of the Delhi Development Authority. Thereafter the Center tried to hide the reality about the registration process.
“The situation has changed as neither the Center nor the LG is ready to disclose whether the registration process will start before the election or not. We want to be clear that if the BJP does not start the registration process immediately then the AAP will launch much bigger protest against the BJP. This is not the first time the residents of the unauthorised colonies are being fooled. Earlier the Congress government distributed the provisional certificate to these people before election and after the election did nothing. The BJP is following the footsteps of the Congress party by opening registration through the website,” said Mr Rai.
