आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता व विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि दिल्ली दंगों की कहानी के मंथरा और शकुनी भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वो सभी लोग थे, जिन्होंने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान भड़काउ और जहरीले बयान दिए। चुनाव के दौरान अनुराग ठाकुर, प्रवेश साहिब सिंह वर्मा, गिरिराज सिंह, सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह और कपिल मिश्रा ने साम्प्रदायिक बयान दिए और लोगों में नफरत फैलाई , लोगों को भड़काया । आज शाहीन बाग के प्रोटेस्ट को प्रमुखता से चलाने वाले नेता भाजपा में शामिल हो रहे हैं, इससे यह साफ है कि यही लोग एक तरफ हिंदुओं और दूसरी तरफ शाहीनबाग में मुसलमानों को भड़का रहे थे। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि 23 फरवरी को दिल्ली पुलिस के डीसीपी की मौजूदगी में भाजपा नेता कपिल मिश्रा ने उग्र बयान देकर हिन्दुओं को मुसलमानों के खिलाफ भड़काया, जिसके तुरंत बाद , वहीं उसी जगह से दिल्ली में दंगे हुए। आम आदमी पार्टी मांग करती है कि भाजपा में शामिल होने वाले शाहीन बाग के सभी नेताओं की जांच हो, वो पिछले तीन महीने तक किन-किन भाजपा नेताओं के संपर्क में थे, उनको भाजपा नेताओं से क्या -क्या निर्देश मिले और प्रोटेस्ट में उनकी क्या भूमिका थी।
भाजपा के लोगों ने तय रणनीति के तहत दिल्ली का माहौल इतना गंदा और खराब किया था कि दंगे होने तय थे सौरभ भारद्वाज
पार्टी मुख्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि फरवरी के महीने में दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव समाप्त होने के पश्चात उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली क्षेत्र में बड़े स्तर पर दंगे हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे जैसे दिल्ली में रहने वाले सामान्य व्यक्ति जो कि दिल्ली में ही पैदा हुआ, दिल्ली में पला बढ़ा, उसके लिए यह मानना बेहद ही मुश्किल होता है कि कैसे हो सकता है कि दो समुदाय के लोग जो आस-पास में रहते हैं, एक ही स्कूल में पढ़ते हैं, एक-दूसरे के त्योहारों में शामिल होते हैं, एक-दूसरे के साथ व्यापार करते हैं, ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है कि यही लोग इस प्रकार हैवान हो जाएं कि एक- दूसरे की हत्या कर दें, एक-दूसरे के घरों की महिलाओं की इज्जत लूट ले, एक-दूसरे को पेट्रोल डालकर जिंदा जला दें।
मगर इस बार दिल्ली का निवासी होते हुए हमने अपने सामने यह चीजें होते हुए देखी है कि किस प्रकार से धीरे-धीरे करके दिल्ली में माहौल को इतना खराब किया गया कि सभी राजनीतिक विश्लेषक, सामाजिक विश्लेषक और अन्य लोग इस बात को निःसंकोच कह सकते थे कि दिल्ली में दंगे होने वाले हैं। भाजपा के लोगों ने एक तय रणनीति के तहत माहौल को इतना गंदा और इतना खराब कर दिया था, कि साफ देखा जा सकता था, कि अब कभी भी दो समुदायों के बीच दंगा हो सकता है।
दिल्ली के लोगों को इस दंगे के पीछे की क्रोनोलॉजी को समझना होगा- सौरभ भारद्वाज
उदाहरण देते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी क्रोनोलॉजी की बात करते हैं, हम लोगों को भी इस दंगे के पीछे की क्रोनोलॉजी को समझना होगा। यदि हम रामायण की बात करें, तो रामायण में भगवान राम को वनवास क्यों हुआ? क्योंकि राजा दशरथ ने कहा कि आप बनवास पर चले जाइए। परंतु यदि इसके पीछे की क्रोनोलॉजी को समझा जाए, तो बनवास का कारण कुछ और था। माता कैकई के साथ मंथरा नाम की एक महिला थी, जो पूरा दिन माता कैकई के दिल में भगवान राम के लिए नफरत भरती रहती थी। मंथरा ने कैकई के मन में इतनी नफरत भर दी कि भगवान राम को भी वनवास जाना पड़ा। इसी प्रकार, यदि महाभारत की बात करें तो कौरव और पांडवों के बीच युद्ध हुआ। परंतु इसके पीछे की क्रोनोलॉजी को समझा जाए तो वहां पर भी एक दूषित व्यक्ति था, मामा शकुनी, जिसने कौरवों के मन में पांडवों के खिलाफ इतनी नफरत व इतना जहर भरा, जिसके कारण महाभारत का युद्ध हुआ।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि यदि दिल्ली में हुए दंगों के पीछे की क्रोनोलॉजी को समझा जाए, तो पता चलेगा कि दिल्ली में हुए दंगों के पीछे की मंथरा या दिल्ली में हुए दंगों के पीछे का शकुनी कौन था? दिल्ली को समझने वाला हर एक व्यक्ति इस बात को आसानी से समझ सकता है कि दिल्ली में हुए दंगों के पीछे की मंथरा या शकुनी भाजपा के वह नेता थे, जिन्होंने चुनाव के दौरान भड़काऊ भाषण दिए। चाहे भाजपा के नेता अनुराग ठाकुर हों, प्रवेश साहिब सिंह वर्मा हों, गिरिराज सिंह हों, योगी आदित्यनाथ हों, अमित शाह हों या कपिल मिश्रा हो, इन सभी लोगों ने दिल्ली के अंदर सांप्रदायिक बयान दिए और एक संप्रदाय के मन में दूसरे संप्रदाय के प्रति खुल्लम-खुल्ला नफरत भरने का काम किया।
शाहीन बाग के प्रदर्शन में मुख्य भूमिका निभाने वाले लोग आज बड़े नेताओं के माध्यम से भाजपा में शामिल हो रहे- सौरभ भारद्वाज
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि यह बात इस तथ्य से भी साबित हो जाती है कि जो लोग शाहीन बाग के पूरे प्रदर्शन को चला रहे थे, उस प्रदर्शन में मुख्य भूमिका में थे, आज वह लोग भारतीय जनता पार्टी में, भाजपा के बड़े नेताओं के माध्यम से शामिल हो रहे हैं। अर्थात यह साबित हो जाता है कि भाजपा के ही लोग एक तरफ हिंदुओं को मुसलमानों के प्रति भड़का रहे थे और वही दूसरी तरफ शाहीन बाग में इन्हीं के लोग मुसलमानों को हिंदुओं के खिलाफ भड़का रहे थे। दिल्ली में हुए दंगों को कराने में इन लोगों की और भाजपा की प्रमुख भूमिका है।
मीडिया के माध्यम से सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि हम मांग करते हैं कि यह जो लगभग 50 लोग शाहीन बाग के प्रदर्शन से जुड़े हुए थे, जिन्होंने अभी भाजपा का दामन थामा है, इन लोगों के पिछले 3 महीने की भूमिकाओं की जांच होनी चाहिए। पिछले 3 महीने में यह लोग भाजपा के किन-किन लोगों से मिले, किन-किन लोगों के संपर्क में रहे, भाजपा के नेताओं से इन लोगों को क्या निर्देश मिलते थे और शाहीन बाग के प्रदर्शन को जारी रखने में इन लोगों की क्या भूमिका थी, इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए।
कपिल मिश्रा के भाषण के कुछ देर बाद ही उस जगह पर पत्थरबाजी की घटनाएं शुरू हो गई थी- सौरभ भारद्वाज
पूरे प्रकरण में भाजपा की भूमिका को समझने के लिए दंगो के समय हुई घटनाओं पर सिलसिलेवार तरीके से रोशनी डालते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने बताया कि 22 फरवरी को सीएए कानून के विरोध में कुछ लोगों ने जाफराबाद मेट्रो स्टेशन के नीचे प्रदर्शन शुरू किया और ठीक अगले दिन 23 फरवरी को शाम को 3.00 से 4.00 के बीच भारतीय जनता पार्टी के जहरीले नेता कपिल मिश्रा अपने कुछ समर्थकों के साथ वहां पहुंचे। उन्होंने वहां पर सांप्रदायिक भाषण दिया, हिंदुओं को मुसलमानों के खिलाफ भड़काया। यह सभी घटनाएं दिल्ली पुलिस के डीसीपी के सामने हुई, सभी तथ्य वीडियो में रिकॉर्ड है। कपिल मिश्रा ने खुलेआम डीसीपी के सामने धमकी दी कि यदि सड़क को खाली नहीं कराया गया, तो हम यह सारा काम अपने हाथ में ले लेंगे। उनके भाषण के कुछ देर बाद ही उस जगह पर पत्थरबाजी की घटनाएं शुरू हो गई और उसी रात में वहां पर दंगों की शुरुआत हो गई। 24 फरवरी को सीएए कानून के समर्थन में एक और गुट वहां जाकर बैठ गया। दोनों ही गुट आमने-सामने बैठे हुए थे। माहौल बिगड़ता जा रहा था, परंतु भाजपा शासित दिल्ली पुलिस ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की। थोड़ी ही देर बाद कुछ लोग जो मुंह पर नकाब बांधे हुए थे, हाथों में तलवारें और पेट्रोल बम लिए हुए थे, पुलिस की मौजूदगी में उन लोगों ने वहां पर दंगे की शुरुआत की। 24 तारीख को यह दंगा धीरे-धीरे उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली के करावल नगर, गोंडा, मौजपुर, जाफराबाद, सीलमपुर आदि कई इलाकों में फैलता चला गया। 25 फरवरी को दंगों पर काबू पाने के लिए अर्धसैनिक बलों की तैनाती की गई परंतु बावजूद उसके दंगे समाप्त नहीं हुए।

भाजपा के नेताओं ने दिल्ली में इतनी नफरत फैलाई कि दंगे कभी भी हो सकते थे , ये सभी देख पा रहे थे।
अब भाजपा को दर है कि उनके नेताओं का नाम और कारनामे जनता के सामने न आ जाएं।
इसलिए भाजपा दिल्ली सरकार के वकीलों को हटाकर, अपने ही वकील अदालत में खड़े करना चाहती है।
अंत में सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि दंगों को बीते हुए काफी समय हो चुका है। दिल्ली के लोगों को बैठकर इस पर चिंतन करना चाहिए और बहुत ही आसानी से इस बात को समझा जा सकता है कि किस प्रकार से भाजपा के लोगों ने दोनों ही तरफ, दोनों ही समुदाय के लोगों को एक-दूसरे के खिलाफ भड़काया और उसका राजनीतिक लाभ उठाने की कोशिश की।

Aam Aadmi Party Chief spokesperson Mr Saurabh Bharadwaj on Tuesday launched a fresh attack against the Bharatiya Janata Party saying, before and during the Delhi Assembly election, the BJP has created a riots-like situation in the national capital in a well-scripted manner. He said that from the language of Home Minister Mr Amit Shah we need to understand the chronology, the BJP followed in Delhi to make a riot like situation. Giving examples of the epics Mr Bharadwaj said that the Manthara (character of Ramayana) and Shakuni (character of Mahabharath) of Delhi riots were the BJP leaders who made hate speeches. He said that the BJP leaders provoked the people of both the communities which led to a riot. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party demands that a thorough probe should take place against the 50 people who have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and were organisers of Shaheen Bagh protest. He said that the Delhi police under the BJP was silent, when clashes erupted between anti-CAA and pro-CAA protesters which led to the Delhi riots.

“Earlier, when we heard about Gujarat riots, we always wondered how two religious communities could fight against each other in such a cruel manner. But in Delhi, we witnessed communal riots in the month of February. Two religious communities who celebrate their religious functions with each other, study in same schools with each other and spend their days as friends from the very childhood; they suddenly became enemies of each other and a riot took place. People killed each other, burnt houses, harassed women and many other crimes took place. In February, the people of Delhi witnessed how the Bharatiya Janata Party polarised two different communities. Now all the independent observers, citizens and others agree that in a very well scripted manner the Bharatiya Janata Party communalised and polarised the situation of Delhi during and before the Delhi assembly election. The polarisation was such that a riot like the situation was formed,” he said.

Mr Bharadwaj said, “Union Home Minister Mr Amit Shah made a very significant statement that we need to understand the chronology. We really need to understand the chronology, the BJP followed in Delhi to make a riot like situation. In the epics of India like Mahabharata and Ramayana, we have witnessed such chronologies. In Ramayana King Dashrath who was the father of Lord Ram asked him to go for “Vanavas”. If we look at the chronology then we will understand. There was a person named Manthara who pursed Queen Kaikai to make Lord Ram’s brother Bharat the king. After her continuous persuasion, the queen requested King Dashrath to send Lord Rama to “Vanavas”. In Mahabharata, we know that the mastermind behind everything was the uncle of Duryodhana, whose name was Shakuni. After his continuous mind game eventually the battle between Kauravas and Pandavas took place. So the chronology is very important.”

Minister Mr Anurag Thakur, Mr Giriraj Singh, MP Mr Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma, UP Chief Minister Mr Yogi Adityanath, Home Minister Mr Amit Shah and Mr Kapil Mishra were the key people who spread hatred in Delhi. These people continuously made hate speeches and those hate speeches were broadcasted through various mediums and the polarisation took place,” he said.

“Two days back when the key functionaries of the Shaheen Bagh protest joined the Bharatiya Janata Party it exposed the fact that at one side the leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party for spreading hatred among the Hindus and on the other side other leaders were spreading hatred among the Muslim protesters of Shaheen Bagh. This way a script was prepared and the riots took place in Delhi,” said Mr Bharadwaj.

“The Aam Aadmi Party demands that a thorough probe should take place against the 50 people who have joined the Bharatiya Janata party and were also the organisers of Shaheen Bagh protest. Police should check the records of these people, find out with which BJP leaders they were in touch with, what kind of instructions the BJP leaders have given them and other issues. The police should also probe the role of these people in organising and continuing the Shaheen Bagh protest,” he said.

“After the Delhi election where BJP got defeated and on February 22 a sit-in protest took place near the Jafrabad metro station by anti-CAA protesters. Next day, senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Mr Kapil Mishra made a hate speech along with pro-CAA protesters between 4:00 to 5:00PM. He delivered the speech in front of the local DCP. He threatened the protesters that if they do not withdraw the protest then the Bharatiya Janata Party people will take the law in their hands. From that afternoon various clashes started taking place across Northeast Delhi. Shortly after his speech, incidents of stone-pelting started at that place and riots started there on the same day around 11:00 pm. People were present there with swords, stones and petrol bombs. The Delhi police under the BJP’s central government stood there in silence and did nothing. On the 24th, this riot gradually spread to many areas of Karawal Nagar, Gonda, Maujpur, Zafarabad, Seelampur and in other areas of North-East Delhi. On 25 February, paramilitary forces were deployed to control the riots but despite that, the riots did not end. The whole incident has direct involvement of the BJP,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
