बीजेपी चाहती तो नहीं टूटता संत रविदास जी का मंदिरः राजेंद्र पाल गौतम

नई दिल्ली। तुगलकाबाद स्थित संत रविदास जी के मंदिर को गिराए जाने पर लोगों में आक्रोश है। मंदिर गिराए जाने के विरोध में रविवार को आम आदमी पार्टी की एससी-एसटी विंग बीजेपी कार्यालय का घेराव करेगी।

दिल्ली के सोशल वेलफेयर मिनिस्टर और सीमापुरी से विधायक राजेंद्र पाल गौतम ने कहा कि 12 अगस्त को हमने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी को खत लिखकर मांग की थी कि मंदिर को फिर से उसी जगह स्थापित किया जाए। लेकिन उस खत का कोई जवाब नहीं आया। यह बीजेपी की दलितों के प्रति दूषित मानसिकता को दर्शाता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि 10 अगस्त को संत रविदास जी का यह ऐतिहासिक मंदिर डीडीए ने गिरा दिया था। यदि बीजेपी और हरदीप पुरी चाहते तो वह मंदिर को बचा सकते थे। लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया। इस घटना को लेकर केवल अपने ही देश में नहीं बल्कि आॅस्टिया, इंग्लैंड, कनाडा, अमेरिका में भी विरोध प्रदर्शन हो रहे हैं। संत रविदास जी से 35 से 40 करोड़ लोगों की आस्था जुड़ी हुई है। करोड़ों लोगों की आस्था पर चोट इस मंदिर को तोड़कर की गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे समय से बीजेपी सत्ता में है। मंदिर-मस्जिद की राजनीति में ही उसका समय गया है। लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि वह दलितों के मंदिर को मंदिर नहीं मानती। उसके कार्यकाल में देश में जगह-जगह दलितों के आदर्श महर्षि वाल्मिकी, रविदास जी के मंदिर गिराए जा रहे हैं। बुद्ध, आंबेडकर की मूर्तियां तोड़ी जा रही हैं। दलितों के महापुरुषों को कोई स्थान नहीं दिया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने बताया कि यह ऐतिहासिक मंदिर था। 1509 में यहां संत रविदास जी आए थे। समाज के दो साधकों की समाधि है। यहां तालाब का नाम भी समाज के नाम पर रखा गया था। 1959 में बाबू जगजीवन राम ने यहां का पट्टा करवाया था। समाज में सभी को सम्मान मिलना चाहिए। सभी को समानता का अधिकार मिलना चाहिए। अगर बीजेपी नहीं चाहती थी तो 10 अगस्त को तुगलकाबाद में संत रविदास का मंदिर आख़िर डीडीए ने कैसे गिराया?
गौतम ने कहा कि हरदीप पुरी जिन्हें बीजेपी ने दिल्ली का प्रभारी बनाया है, डीडीए उनके अंडर में आता है, ये उनके नोटिस में था, फिर भी वह भी मौन हैं। एससी-एसटी समाज द्वारा पूरे देश- दुनिया में ऑस्ट्रिया, इंग्लैंड, कनाडा, अमेरिका सहित कई जगह प्रदर्शन किये जा रहे हैं। देश में भी समाज के लोगों में आक्रोश व्याप्त है। आम आदमी पार्टी शुरू से ही मंदिर को गिराए जाने का विरोध कर रही है। अगर बीजेपी चाहती तो मंदिर को बचाया जा सकता था। उन्होंने बताया कि मंदिर से ग्रीन बेल्ट को भी कोई नुकसान नहीं हो रहा था। यह सड़क के किनारे स्थित है। उसके बाद भी डीडीए ने इसे हटवा दिया जो बीजेपी की दूषित मानसिकता का परिचय है। उन्होंने सरकार से मांग करते हुए कहा कि मंदिर हटाए जाने पर लोगों में आक्रोश है, देश में कोई बड़ा आंदोलन हो, उससे पहले यह मामला सुलझाकर शांति स्थापित करें।
इस अवसर पर आम आदमी पार्टी एससी-एसटी विंग के अध्यक्ष व निगम पार्षद कुलदीप कुमार ने कहा कि जब से बीजेपी सत्ता में आई है, दलितों पर अत्याचार बढे़ हैं। दलितों के इतिहास को मिटाया जा रहा है। उसी कड़ी में डीडीए ने मंदिर तोड़कर यह कदम उठाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे देश में इस घटना को लेकर आंदोलन हो रहे हैं। लाखों लोगों की आस्था को चोट पहुंची है। दलित समाज अपने आपको आज ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा है।
कुलदीप कुमार ने कहा कि संत रविदास जी का मंदिर तोड़े जाने के विरोध में रविवार को आम आदमी पार्टी की एससी-एसटी विंग सुबह 11:30 बजे मार्च कर बीजेपी कार्यालय का घेराव करेगी और मांग करेगी कि मंदिर को फिर से स्थापित कराया जाए। प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान मादीपुर के विधायक गिरीश सोनी भी मौजूद रहे और उन्होंने मंदिर तोड़े जाने की घटना पर आक्रोश जताया।

New Delhi: The demolition of the Sant Ravidas Temple in Tughlakabad by the BJP-run Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has deeply angered people. The SC-ST Wing of the Aam Aadmi Party will gherao the BJP office on Sunday to protest against the demolition of the temple.
In a press conference held at the Aam Aadmi Party headquarters, Rajendra Pal Gautam, Delhi’s Social Welfare Minister and MLA from Seemapuri said, “On August 12, we wrote a letter to Prime Minister Modi and demanded that the temple be re-established at the same spot. But there was no response to that letter. This reflects the BJP’s anti-Dalit mentality.”
“On10 August the historic temple of Sant Ravidas Ji was demolished by the DDA. If BJP and Hardeep Puri had wanted, they could have saved the temple. But they did not do so. Protests are taking place not only all over the country, but also in Austria, England, Canada, USA. Sant Ravidas ji has close to 35 to 40 crore followers across the world. The destruction of the temple has hurt the faith of all these followers,” said the Minister.
“The BJP has been in power for a long time and it has been practicing the politics of mandir masjid in the country . But it seems that for the BJP, a Dalit’s temple is not a temple. During the BJP’s tenure, the temples of Dalit gurus Maharishi Valmiki, Ravidas Ji are being demolished across the country. Idols of Buddha, Ambedkar are being broken. There is no place for the greats of the Dalit community under BJP. Sant Ravidas ji came here in 1509. The lake next to it was also for the community. In 1959 Babu Jagjivan Ram had provided a lease for the land,” said Rajendra Pal Gautam.
On the BJP’s role in the demolition, he said, “Everyone should be respected in the society. Everyone should have the right to equality. If the BJP did not want the demolition to happen, then how did the DDA carry it out on August 10? Hardeep Puri, who has been made in-charge of the Delhi unit by the BJP, directly controls the DDA. The demolition has taken place despite him having complete knowledge of it, and he’s silent about it now.”
The SC-ST community is protesting against this in many places all over the world including in Austria, England, Canada, America. There is resentment among the people. “The Aam Aadmi Party has been opposing the demolition of the temple since the beginning. If the BJP wanted, the temple could have been saved. He said that there was no damage to the green belt from the temple. There is a lot of anger against the government over this. The BJP should immediately resolve this and restore the temple otherwise people will launch a massive agitation.”
On this occasion, the President of Aam Aadmi Party’s SC-ST Wing and East MCD councillor Kuldeep Kumar said, “Ever since the BJP came to power, atrocities on Dalits have increased. The history of Dalits is being erased. The faith of millions of people has been hurt. The Dalit community is feeling cheated today.”
Kuldeep Kumar announced that the SC-ST wing of the Aam Aadmi Party will march and gherao the BJP office at 11:30 am on Sunday, to demand that the temple be restored. Madipur MLA Girish Soni was also present during the press conference and expressed outrage over the demolition of the temple.
