नई दिल्ली: मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शनिवार को आम आदमी पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय परिषद की बैठक में देश भर से आए पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित किया। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पांच साल बाद आज विरोधी भी मानते हैं कि हमने अच्छी सरकार चलाई। देश में पहली बार लोगों को लगा है कि काम तो हो सकता है। अन्य पार्टियों ने 70 साल तक लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाया। दिल्ली मे भाजपा और कांग्रेस के लोग भी अब आम आदमी पार्टी को वोट देने के लिए तैयार हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरिवाल ने कहा कि इतिहास में देखा गया है कि जब जब पार्टियां आंदोलन से बनीं, तब तब कुछ सालों के बाद वह पार्टियां अपने निकम्मेपन की वजह से कुछ नहीं कर पाई। वह आपसी झगड़े की वजह से कुछ सालों में खत्म हो गई। 1977 और असम का उदाहरण हमारे सामने है। जब हमारी पार्टी बनी थी तब लोगों को लगता था कि यह भी ज्यादा दिन चलने वाली नहीं है। अचानक तुफान आया और यह कुछ लोग बन गए, लेकिन हम लोगों ने आंदोलन किया। वह आंदोलन काफी बड़ा हुआ। इसके बाद हम लोगों ने पार्टी बनाई। विरोधी दलों की उम्मीदों के विपरित हमें भारी सफलता मिली। जनता ने हमें पूरा सहयोग दिया और विश्वास किया। जिसकी बदौलत बहुत बड़ा बहुमत मिला। इसके बाद का सफर ज्यादा मुश्किल था। अक्सर सत्ता में आने के बाद अहंकार आ जाता है। अक्सर सत्ता में आने के बाद सत्ता संभाल नहीं पाते हैं। नए लोगों को सरकार चलानी नहीं आती, लेकिन आज पांच साल के बाद हमारे विरोधी भी मानते हैं कि हमने सरकार बहुत अच्छी चलाई। पहली बार हो रहा है कि आज तक 70 साल में कोई भी विरोधी ऐसा नहीं होगा, जो यह कह सके कि हमने स्कूल अच्छा कर दिया है। इसलिए हमें वोट दो। कोई ऐसी पार्टी नहीं होगी जो यह कहे कि हमने अस्पताल ठीक कर दिया और हमें वोट दो। हमने सड़कें बनवा दी, पानी दे दी और हमें वोट दे दो। पहली हमारी पार्टी है, जो धर्म जाति की बजाय अपने काम के नाम पर वोट मांग रही है। अब हमें काम गिनाने नहीं पड़ रहे हैं। हमारी जनता हमारे बीच खुद आकर काम गिना रही है।
भाजपा और कांग्रेस के जो लोग हैं, वोटर हैं, वो भी आम आदमी पार्टी को जबरदस्त तरीके से वोट देने वाले हैं। यह जो बदलाव हम लाकर आए हैं, यह बहुत बड़ी बात है। वही भाजपा जब हरियाणा में जाती है, तब जाट के नाम पर वोट मांगती है। वही भाजपा जब गुजरात में जाती है या पूरे देश में जाती है, तो हिन्दू मुसलमान के नाम पर वोट मांगती है। लेकिन जब वह दिल्ली मे आती है, तो उसे काम की बात करनी पड़ती है। उसे कच्ची कालोनियों की बात करनी पड़ती है। दिल्ली के अंदर उसका हिन्दू-मुस्लिम कार्ड नहीं चलता है। पिछले 70 साल में कोई पार्टी ने काम नहीं किए। अब लोगों को उम्मीद भी है कि काम तो हो सकते थे, लेकिन 70 साल तक इन लोगों ने हमें बेवकूफ बनाया। जब दिल्ली के अंदर पांच साल में इतने काम होे सकते हैं, तो 70 साल में और भी काफी काम हो सकते थे। यह हमने पूरे देश को एक उम्मीद व आशा दी है। अब दिल्ली के चुनाव को एक से डेढ़ महीना रह गया है। दिल्ली हमारी पार्टी का आधार है। यहीं से हम लोगों ने राजनीतिक सफर की शुरूआत की है। यहां पर हमें बड़ी मजबूती से चुनाव लड़ना है। हमारा लक्ष्य भी काफी बड़ा है। पिछली बार हमने 70 में से 67 जीती थी, तो इस बार हमें 67 से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए। इससे ज्यादा सीटें हमारी आनी चाहिए।
पूरी दुनिया में हो रहा दिल्ली के काम की चर्चा – संजय सिंह
इस दौरान राज्यसभा सदस्य संजय सिंह ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने देश की राजनीति को बदला है। पहले हम अमेरिका से सीखते थें, आज अमेरिका और कई अन्य देश हमारे मोहल्ला क्लीनिक से सीख रहे है। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में हुआ काम पूरी दुनिया के लिए नजीर बन गया है। आज पूरी दुनिया में दिल्ली सरकार के काम की चर्चा हो रही है।

Delhi Chief Minister Mr Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday addressed the Aam Aadmi Party workers from across the country at the AAP National Council meeting. Addressing the gathering, Mr Kejriwal, who is the National Convener of the AAP, stated that after 5 years of governance in Delhi, even the opposition parties and their people agree that the AAP government has performed well. He also said that witnessing the work of AAP, people have now realized that a political party can deliver good governance and that the other parties have been fooling them for the last 70 years. He also said that many supporters of BJP and Congress are now saying that they will vote for the AAP in the upcoming Vidhan Sabha election of Delhi.
“We have often observed that all the political parties that have formed out of a movement could not sustain because of internal feuds and differences between the members. The examples of 1977 and Assam are stark reminders of this fact. People had the same misconception regarding AAP, and they used to think that the party will disintegrate soon. But our movement grew larger and larger. We formed AAP and we garnered a large number of votes which was contrary to the expectations of all the sceptics,” said Mr Kejriwal.
He also said that people have believed and showed faith in AAP. “What came after the victory was more difficult for AAP. It often happens that after coming to power, parties become arrogant and eventually are not able to handle the responsibility they were elected for. People’s initial thoughts were that we do not know governance. But after five years, even our opposition believes that we have performed exceedingly well.”
“No other government in the last 70 years has dared to appeal for votes based on the work that they have done. We are the only government to appeal for votes based on the improvement of schools and hospitals, development of roads, 24-hour power supply. We are the only party to appeal for votes not based on religion or caste, but based on the work that we have done in the last five years,” said Mr Kejriwal.
He added that we do not even have to count our work anymore, people themselves come up to us and applaud the development initiatives we have taken in Delhi. “I am sure that this time, BJP and Congress supporters will vote for us in large numbers. This kind of political discourse that we have together brought here is commendable and something that ought to make all of us proud.”
“The BJP appeals for votes in Haryana in the name of Jats and non-Jats, and in the name of Hindu-Muslims in the rest of the nation. But in Delhi, they are forced to talk about development issues because they cannot play the religion card in Delhi. People have realized that these parties have fooled us in the last 70 years, for making us believe that there are constraints in development. We have shown that development is possible, we have given hope to the people of the entire nation. Now one month is left for the elections of Delhi. This is where we started. We have to fight strongly and aim to win beyond the 67 seats we won last time,” said Mr Kejriwal.
Discussion of AAP government’s work happening all over the world: Sanjay Singh
Rajya Sabha MP and senior AAP leader Mr Sanjay Singh echoed the sentiment of Chief Minister and said, “Earlier people used to learn from America and now America and many other countries are taking note of the governance model of AAP in Delhi. The work of the AAP government in education, health, power, water and other sectors are being discussed all over the world,” said Mr Singh.
